We had a great time running across the street to the ocean, and then returning to a nice/spacious apartment for the evening! The owner was great, and even the one little problem we had upon check-in she quickly worked out with us and checked back to make sure all was good. Thanks Tiffany!

Very cozy, well furnished ground floor condo conveniently located near the beach. We stayed 3 nights with our two black labs who thoroughly enjoyed romping in the surf at Walton Rocks Beach. There are plenty of pup friendly restaurants and activities nearby. Definitely recommend Archie's, The Edge, Crocadillo's and Islamorada brewery which are all very pup friendly. We definitely plan on visiting again!

Perfect for what I needed

Tiffany was wonderful! The condo and location are absolutely beautiful!! The condo had everything you need including beach cart, beach towels and chairs and all the essentials for cooking!

We had a great experience working with Tiffany the owner who couldn’t be more accommodating and her property manager Adrianne was so helpful and friendly. The place was decorated so nice and had everything we needed to make the place very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back Hutchison Island it’s wonderful! Thank you Tiffany and Adrianne !

Cute condo with short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. It was nice to have plenty of towels and beach gear for us to use. The owner had excellent communication and was very helpful!

The place was just what we needed and great location!

It was a very relaxing 4 day get away to the beach. We had a very relaxing time we couldn't have ask for a better place to stay very homey. We took walks on the beach and did some fishing at night. Would diffidently go back. Thanks so much for your hospitality Tiffany:)

We had the best time ever. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tiffany was the best host and made sure everything was perfect. She made sure we had everything we needed. Adrienne was the best property manager. She checked with us several times to makes sure everything was ok. We will definitely be staying there again.

Tiffany’s place is so wonderful! Everything is as described in the listing. I stayed in Unit A in the bldg., which is closest to the beach, right next to parking, very clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is literally a short pathway to the beach. Her kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. There are plenty of towels, blankets, and patio chairs to sit outside…. Very welcoming and comfortable. Both the bedroom and living room has mounted TV’s and ceiling fans with remotes.There is also a bench outside the unit filled with things useful on the beach… chairs, boogie boards, shovel and pail, etc. In addition to the awesome accommodations, Tiffany is a wonderful host. She provided a list of recommendations for restaurants, checked in to ensure everything was going well, and genuinely cared about our experience with her. I highly recommend her as a host, and her rental. YOU WON’T REGRET IT! I will definitely be back.

The unit was FANTASTIC!!!! Clean and VERY tropical. Had EVERYTHING you would need. And right across the street from the beach!!!!! We'll be back...

The property was clean and many extras were included for a great beach vacation. Great location right on the beach with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Good communication with the owner made it feel like staying with family. Can’t wait to to go again.

We never stayed in Hutchinson Island before and it was so beautiful. The water was so blue so much better than the beaches further up like cocoa or Daytona. We walked to the beach from the condo here and had so many restaurants so close to us all right on the water it was great. It is close to the Inlet where you can see tons of beautiful boats and yachts coming through which made me want to buy one and live there. The condo itself was cute and the location was very convenient. The host was very helpful and was a joy to talk to. She responded right away and answered any questions we had she was more than helpful to make sure our stay was fabulous. We loved it here and are wanting to go back already!

We had a great time. The condo was neat and clean with nice amenities. Great location right across the street from the beach. Just down the road from a bunch of fun bars and restaurants. Tiffany was super helpful getting us in and situated. All in all a great experience.

The fridge was horrid. Moved to Vero Beach much better.

Great communication with the host!

The before and during stay communication with owner was great, the owner is very responsive and helpful. The condo was well decorated-beachy style-and exactly as the pictures portrayed it. The easy access to the beach was phenomenal and the owners recommendations of eateries was very helpful. We cannot say enough about the attentiveness of the owners-especially when i locked us out of the door-Tiffany was great and so patient with me when i screwed up the electronic lock! We look forward to staying there again, this time was for business and pleasure, next time just for relaxing! (and more of the creamery ice cream). Great experience.

The condo was very,very clean. Had everything we needed. The area is great. Lots of good food available. The Elliot Museum is not to be missed. Thank you for letting us enjoy your awesome property.

The place is decorated cute and in a good location to the beach. However it was very dirty and complex itself is not that nice. The beach was great. Would pick a different place next time. Just writing an honest review.

By far this was the best condo we have rented in Ft Pierce. Location to the beach is perfect. Well stocked with everything you need. Coffee, soaps, linens, blankets , beach towels and chairs. Even a beach cart. Washer and dryer on site was easy for access. We will stay again in the future.

It was great from the first day we signed to rent all the way through our stay. I will definitely use this renter again. They were extremely accommodating and we were very impressed renting sight unseen. We had a great time

Very nice comfy beach condo. Gorgeous Hutchinson Island shore across a quiet street. Owner (Tiffany) made checkin and out very convenient. Condo was well apppointed and very central location. Enjoyed our stay.

The owner, Tiffany, did a fabulous job with the decor, felt so beachy and coastal themed. The beach was literally across the street making the sunrises and sunsets easy, super accessible and picture perfect! The owner was available to answer every single question within minutes. She had restaurant and favorite spot recommendations making the trip less stressful and more enjoyable. It was stocked with beach gear, beach towels and even a cart to schlepp everything to the beach. It was super comfortable, cozy and Tiffany couldn't have been more helpful. This unit's location in the building is convenient because the washer and dryer are right outside the door. Parking was easy as well, as there were 2 separate lots with an assigned spot and multiple guest spots. We would definitely stay here again!
