Southern Peach East Beach House 3BD Private Pool Boat Dock

Our family of six (and two dogs) enjoyed Thanksgiving week at Southern Peach East. The property is beautiful, with inviting porches, water views and lush green spaces. The beach is across the street and the dog beach was just a few minutes down the River Road. I can't say enough good things about the hospitality and great communication of our host! She was wonderful! Our family highly recommends this property!

This house was very clean and everything was nice and organized. We used the pool and grill which both worked nicely along with the boat dock was useful as well.

We loved staying in this house! It had everything we needed and the location is unique for this area. As far as the beach location you are in a place where there are no crowds. There are no condos close by so we felt like we were in a private area. You just have to walk down a very short distance and cross the road. Beautiful white sand beaches! We brought our bay boat with us and the slip on the canal in the back of the house was easy to get in and out of. Also, the location on the waterways was ideal. We were not too far from fishermans corner and the cut through to the ocean where the fishing is great. In addition you are not far from Robersons Island and Perdido Pass where boats anchor and float. We brought two dogs and felt perfectly comfortable in the house. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed it. There were neighbors staying in the other side of the house for part of our stay. It was not a problem. Their kids were in the pool some and they had a dog also, but they were not there at all times so we got our time in as well. I will add that we have spent many years staying in Orange Beach and Destin. Perdido Key will be our place from now on for many reasons. We would hope that this house is available as we will for sure want to stay here again.

We had a great time at this property. We occupied both units with our family! Location and the ability to leave our boat in the water works perfectly for us. We boat most days and enjoy the private pool afterwards. Will definitely be going back!

The host was awesome and got us taken care of with a very last minute reservation. The house is perfect. Location is perfect, the house had everything you could need, it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. They provided plenty of towels which was nice to have plus so many extra little things like hand soaps at the sinks and travel sized shampoo and conditioner which my girls enjoyed using! The outside area is just as great with several patios and a pool and the dock. Easy check in and out process and an all around great place!

Great birthday stay.
We had plenty of room. There was pool toys and beach toys. The pool was sparkling and lots of seating options. We had everything we needed to cook with. Loved all the hooks in the shower,room for all the swimsuits. 11 y.o. opinion, could there be a TV in a downstairs bedroom to plug in Playstation. Definitely recommend this place. Also just a short walk to the beach.

Nice Property
We enjoyed our stay very much. The host allowed us in a little early which was very helpful. Beds are comfortable, the place was clean & directions were helpful. Even though it is on a high traffic rd, you could not hear the cars or trucks.

Excellent Vacation Home
This home was perfect for our family. We loved the ability to be able to bring our boat and have a boat slip and lift to use while there. The house was very clean and had everything you needed for an extended stay including, ice machine, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen appliances, etc. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of seating room for tv watching or eating. Great decks on front and back of house with fabulous views.

Perfect location
Beautiful home with superior landscaping that was located near the beach and bay. Bonus private pool that was well maintained and had an abundance of outdoor furniture.
Comfortable beds and furniture throughout the home.
The kitchen could use some newer cookware and a better selection of baking pans. (That is my only complaint and I did not notify the owners.)

We can't wait to go back!
Ellen was super accomodating during our visit. Her and her husband were both very helpful and welcoming when arriving to the house. They were responsive when we had a question about the pool. The layout of the house and the location was perfect for our visit. Teenagers could walk across the street to the beach, littler kids could stay in the pool supervised, and those who wanted to fish could easily walk down to the boat lift and head out for a few hours. We will most likely be back!

Beautiful Home
Very nice house! It had everything we needed. The pool was awesome. We loved how close we were to beach access, and since it is part of a state park, it didn't have the big crowds. There were no condos right on the beach near us, so the beach wasn't crowded at all!

Great service and communication, quick walk to beach, and boat dock is a bonus!!!
Location is great! You get a quick walk to the beach. I have walked further than that on a beach front condo. Also that part of the beach is in a state park so its not crowded. You can see all the stars at night and beach front strolls are the best. Plus if you like to fish you have the boat dock and if you have a boat that is even better! We had our 25ft fishing boat and the dock was awesome! The owners are very very responsive and accommodating. Plus if you have a big gathering you can rent both sides of the building/home.

We took the family here for Spring Break! The pool was amazing, the view was breathe taking, and the time spent with family was memorable!

Spacious and great location
Our time spent at this house was wonderful. Perdido key is a hidden gem. The property is located right across from a state Park with easy access. The owner of the house was quick to respond to inquiries or questions. The home is very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and lovely front and back porches. I highly recommend this house for a beach vacation!
