We went down with some friends for the Snow Canyon Half Marathon. It was close to all we needed and accommodating for our group of 20 (8 adults, 12 kids). The projector stopped working while we were there and they came over to try and fix it pretty quickly. They were unable to do so and suggested we receive some reimbursement for it. They have not given that yet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and the space provided for 4 families.

We had 4 adults and 11 kids and this house was great! All the adults had their own room and bathroom while the kids fit on the bunk room with two bathrooms. The downstairs theater and arcade room (unfortunately only 2 of the 3 machines worked) was awesome and kept the kids and noise downstairs. Lots of room in the kitchen and dining area for eating. Went during record heat but the house and pools kept everyone very entertained. Only critique would be while it felt surface clean there was stuff under couches and beds (like a vape!) and fans and such look dirty. But overall great and for sure would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Arcade home despite two of the arcade machines not working. We were notified before we got there that parts had been ordered, but they wouldn't get there in time for our stay. That was disappointing. When we arrived we noticed that a third machine didn't work either, however, they responded quickly to my text and had a repairman there the next day who was able to get it working again. We enjoyed our time at both pool areas. The splash pad/lazy river is about a block and a half away, so we were grateful we had a stroller for the toddler. The pool just down the street was fun too.
The home is beautiful and met our needs. I really appreciated how responsive the management company was. They were easy to communicate with. I would rent there again.

The Arcade house was awesome! the kids absolutly enjoyed the arcades and Theater room! The water park area was so much fun as well. We definetly want to make it a tradition to stay here once a year now. the only thing that I would suggest to improve would be the TV viewing options. the TSD subscription that the home has only has local channels. it would be nice to have a better variety for the adults for tv watching while the kids are playing the arcades and air hockey downstairs. it was a good someone brough a fire stick to plug in to the TV.

Great experience
This was pricey, but a very pleasant three days. Property was clean and in good condition. Paradise Village is a fun development and pretty professionally run.
The bedroom circuit breaker went out and Red Rock was quite responsive at getting it fixed (since the breaker box was in a locked closet). One or two of the video game machines were broken, which was a bit disappointing. And the theater room equipment was pretty hard to deal with since they locked most of it up in a cabinet, used a low quality HDMI cable that can't handle a high-res signal, and had no instructions whatsoever. But other than these electrical and electronics issues, everything was wonderful. Thanks very much.

Large home lots of things to do!
Fun to be by two pools…arcade was a great bonus even for adults. Needs a deep cleaning, shower curtains were smelly and carpet was filthy. Nice having lots of king and queen beds. Hot tub was dirty but they sent a service guy over within hours, great guy!

Perfect property for lots of kids! The kids loved all of the arcade games and activities and the adults loved being able to send the kids into the basement and enjoy adult conversations on the main floor.
The mega bunk bed room was great for sleeping and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone.

Great house, terrible cleaning company
When we arrived, there were 3 large trash bins completely overflowing right by the front door. We tried to contact the property management company but they were closed for the entire length of our stay. Once inside, we found a child’s sock, trash, beer bottle caps, etc under the sofa cushions. The towels and bedding had stains, and one of the bath tubs was slow to drain. The bunk beds all had trash under them, as well as another stray sock. The house itself is really nice and a fun place for a family. We were just disappointed at the cleanliness. They charge every guest a substantial cleaning fee, so we felt it should have been better taken care of.

Don't let the pictures fool you.
We might have had a different experience if we were dealing with the property owner, but because we had to deal with a very poorly run management company, it was a terrible experience. The online listing shows a theater room with big comfy chairs for 8 people. We had 8 family members so we thought this was perfect. We gathered family movies and planned to spend our COVID vacation in the theater room. Unfortunately, they removed furniture without changing the pictures so there was not room for everyone to sit comfortably (no other chairs were available to even bring in that room.) Moreover, all of the directions for using the screening room involved the "universal" remote - which was MISSING from the room. The charging station for the universal remote was there with nothing in its cradle. The property management company is not around on the weekends and their voicemail was full. When we finally reached them, their only response was to look in the cushions of the chairs. Maybe it was removed when they removed the chair from that room. We rented because they represented there was a screening room for 8 adults. Unfortunately, there was no way to use that room to show our movies or watch anything in that room. What a bummer. Plus the people at the management company "had problems" with their software which was their excuse for not responding to email questions or concerns. Lastly, the place was NOT clean. Garbage was found in three rooms on the floor and hair was in the shower drain in two different bathrooms. GROSS I would NOT recommend staying there. Moreover, I would be very wary of any VRBO property that excludes the actual "O" for owner. This property manager was horrendous.

Perfect Family Getaway.
This property is absolutely amazing. The community is very kid friendly. The amenities and pools are more than enough to keep a active family entertained and busy the entire stay. Shopping is very close by to keep you stocked up. Communication and checking in process was very easy and efficient. My family loved it and we will definitely book this property again in the near future. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in the St. George area.
