Wonderful property that was able to accommodate 2 families perfectly! A short walk from the bolt castle boat house and right on the golf course ! Very clean and spacious, with extras such as all linens and toiletries were provided ! Will definitely rent again!

The property is in a nice quiet location right on a golf course! Very convenient to a boat rental business as well as just a few miles from the Alexandria Bay area. The house has many amenities and was very comfortable for all the guests staying there. My children definitely enjoyed the golf cart and the many trails to drive and explore on! The property manager was great with communication and got back to me very quickly with any questions that I had!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this great house in an excellent location on the golf course. The house has everything you need and more. The six of us were very comfortable. We enjoyed walking the trails and exploring the outdoors. It is a quick drive to both Alexandria Bay and Clayton. We had fun exploring both towns. We recommend this property and will stay again!

Walked in, house was completely filthy/disgusting, wasn't cleaned, thick dust/hair on furniture, crumbs/food on couches, bathrooms were gross/stains all over, animal hair everywhere, and food left in microwave/kitchen sink. Tried to call owner, he doesn't take phone calls, only messages thru VRBO, which we finally received a response after over an hour. Cleaning person then arrived 45 minutes after that. We were told to be patient, host never apologized, he never said he was sorry. And he told cleaning person it wasn't a priority, get there whenever, next day is fine, which they told us. True class on display right there. House had some nice upgrades, but nothing worthwhile. Would never stay at a property of this so called "premier" host ever again. Good luck to those of you who do book this place, word to the wise bring your own cleaning supplies, you might need them.

It was a nice home with an open layout floor plan. Situated directly on the golf course which is convenient. It also came with a golf cart that my son and I had more fun with than is allowed!

Excellent stay

This property was as described. Upon arrival (15 minutes after checkin time I could not access the home due to lack of VRBO sending me the codes automatically). I had to contact the owner who got back to me right away. I received the auto message AFTER the owner gave me the codes (come on VRBO you charge enough for service fee you could at least send codes before the checkin time!) Plenty of room and comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The towels could have been nicer and thicker for "luxury" accommodations. We were each given one towel and washcloth per person. Also beware there are no shades on the windows and my dog would bark at the golfers who were up pretty early as the windows face the golf course (not a fault of owner). Unfortunately we had lots of rain and the cushions on the chairs on deck took long to dry so we had to bring in house a couple of times before raining. Perhaps a web chair without cushions would be a better alternative since there is no covering on deck. The grill was really dirty and we had to burn off the crud before grilling. Please be aware there are just beds and small tables in bedrooms, no dressers. Though there are plenty of closets for hanging clothes, dressers would be nice for casual clothing and keeping toiletries on since there is limited counter space in bathrooms, so basically kept clothes in suitcase and toiletries in bag on floor. Also there is a fire pit on side of house but we never used. This is s great place for wildlife viewing (saw a bald eagle and ospreys!). There were trails for golf carts but we walked the dogs frequently on these and would step aside for golf carts (not many). The golfers were very friendly and some would stop and talk to us. There is a pizza place, ice cream place and fine dining at Thousand Island Country Club but we bought so much food we never went out except for ice cream. Also there is a marina across the road from the house but no boat launch so we had to launch from Dewolf point which is approximately 7 miles away and drive the boat back to marina. If you do go off the island be aware that to cross the bridge on it is a $3.25 charge every time you go back to island. Alex Bay is only about 15 minutes away over the bridge. Overall it is a nice private place and even better if you are a golfer which we are not. There is a golf cart but we never used it. Also will note the owner was very responsive to any issues we had.

We loved staying at the 19th Green. The house was very comfortable for the five of us. The location was beautiful and convenient for visiting Boldt Castle (via ferry from nearby Boldt Yacht House), kayaking (at Wellesley Island Boat Rentals), and hiking and swimming at Wellesley Island State Park. The house was nicely furnished and we'll equipped. We loved the golf cart, the fire pit, and the BBQ grill. Thanks to Michael for a great stay. If there was one downside, it was the lack of nearby amenities on the island. The few places present (restaurant, ice cream stand) were closed for most of the days during our stay. But, once we stocked up our kitchen, we were fine.

The house is lovely and spacious. Things to know: the entry code is supposed to come 24 hours before check in and did not come automatically. Several contacts were required to get the information- build the time in if you are coordinating a group. Several service visits were made while we were onsite, with no prior notice from the landlord. The vendors were professional and courteous, and always contacted the residents when they first arrive.

Excellent quiet place tucked beside a golf course fairway. Quick loop around to Alexandria Bay. Great host, plenty of room.

we wished it had a fire pit it was the only thing missing. The golfers asked us if we moved in just fine and they also said that the place looks better than it did before. There were alot of spiders

This home was beautiful and welcoming, making it easy to relax and kick back, especially in the large main room with its comfortable seating options, and the wonderful light that poured in through the many windows. I loved that the home had the pretty view as it backed up to the golf course, and that there were no other homes next to it. This fact gave it a nice secluded feel. The kitchen was a pleasure to prepare meals in. We had some drama related to the internet and tv at the beginning of our trip, but Michael was right on it, and it was greatly improved after a couple solution attempts. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable. It is a nice short drive to Wellesley Island State Park, which has a beautiful hike from the Nature Center along the water, and some beautiful kayaking in Eel Bay. It is also close to Alex Bay where we had a very nice dinner outside on the water, as well as ice cream the following day following a nice boat tour of “The Narrows.” My family and I are looking forward to coming back in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s “19th Green” Wellesley Island home. It had everything we could need and more! It was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and very private. Michael was wonderful at communicating with us and taking care of our questions and needs. We are already planning for our return visit to this awesome property!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay than this property. House is set up perfectly both inside and out. Close drive or walking distance to A-Bay, the water, and all sorts of outdoor activities. Mike is a great host that was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the process. Will absolutely stay here again!
