First time in SLC, came with a group of friends for the Kilby Block Party. This place was a great home base to start and end our days. Rooms were comfortable, the rental was clean, kitchen had all the basics for us to make breakfast every day. The owner was responsive to any questions or issues during out stay, they even hooked us up with a bigger coffee pot when I said the Keurig wasn't cutting it for our group of caffeine addicts! Location was convenient to the airport and fairgrounds, helping us save on Uber fares. Had a great trip, in large part due to this comfortable unit that felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

The property was nice. Only problem was we were a little hot. I didn't say anything until the last 2 days and it was still too warm for my liking. Otherwise great place to stay

This rental is clean and in a good neighborhood. However, within 30 minutes of our check-in (we were in a basement) we had goats outside our windows and in the window wells and they were bleating constantly. We had to keep all the shades down and tried to turn on the TV (which didn't work) to drown out the sound. I had to ask the owner to clean the ice and snow off the concrete stairs down to the apartment as I didn't want my six month pregnant daughter to slip and fall, the snow was cleared by the next morning. Lastly, the apartment does not have a thermostat and because we couldn't control the temperature, most of us were up all night because of the excessive heat. Even though it was approximately 20 degrees outside, my daughter opened her window in the middle of the night to get some relief. The owner did message us regarding apartment temperature the next day but this seemed like a guessing game - that I didn't want to play - to determine the right temp in our apartment from an upstairs thermostat in the middle of the night.

We had a great stay with kids. Host was very responsive and kind. There are four different rooms and enough beds comfortably for a family with 4-6 kids. The common area was large enough for a group gathering and the rental is very spacious. Don’t be afraid to communicate with this host; reasonable requests and responses were handled very quickly. The home is easy to find and instructions were clear. The neighborhood is very safe and there is easy access to everything (major roads, highways, restaurants). Would stay again when we come up with all the kids.

This place was awesome. We loved the layout and was convenient for getting anywhere in SLC. Will stay here again.
