The property was clean and well kept and offered a variety of things to do during a rainy weekend, especially for a bunch of kids. The Jilly's basket was an added bonus. Jody was very helpful and accommodating!

Everything from booking, communication leading up to the rental, and our time in the house was excellent! Jody is amazing to work with and always willing to pick up the phone and chat with you about any questions. Parking in the free spot was a breeze and all parking attendants were wonderful! Everything about the property was as expected from the description and the house was lovely! The town itself was extremely clean and kid friendly, which was perfect for our 2 and 4 year old. Super pleased and hope to come back in the future!

Jody is an amazing attentive owner, he responds quickly to any issues and genuinely cared about us enjoying our stay. The house is a single family home, new construction, everything inside is beautiful, cozy, and functional. Plenty of space for our family and also our dogs. I would highly recommend this property for a getaway to the awesome Ocean City shore.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean, in a great location, had updated bathrooms and kitchen, and had plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 3 children. The house seemed brand new or close to it. The garage living space, the VIP beach parking pass, and the Jilly’s welcome pack put this house over the top!

House was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Having access to dedicated parking at the boardwalk and the beach chair/umbrella setup service was super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

This home was beautiful and had such a relaxing vibe to it. The location was perfect! We enjoyed taking walks back by the bay each day. Communication was great with Jody. Overall one of the best OC vacations we’ve ever had!

We had an amazing stay with our children while in town for a family wedding. The house was located conveniently near all the fun but far enough away that it was peaceful and relaxing. House was clean and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and our kids enjoyed the “game room”, as they call it, in the converted garage. Off street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We loved the little touches the owner added to our stay to make it extra special for our kids. We will return!

We really enjoyed our first stay in Ocean City. Loved the location of the house, close to the Boardwalk and Boardwalk beaches as well as great bakeries and cafes on Asbury for great takeout. House was very comfortable, great for 2 families or 8 people and and especially loved the front porch!

We had a fun week at this beautiful home in OCNJ. We really enjoyed the location and the parking spot at 12th street boardwalk was an amazing bonus with 2 little ones! Maybe we just had a freak off week, but we were really disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. From the moment we walked in, it was very evident the house was not cleaned, or cleaned very very briefly. Showers still had sand, hair in the drains, carpets were not vacuumed at all, counter tops had food on them, glass on the floor, opened food in cabinets and freezer, etc. After calling the owners, they had the cleaning crew return and the second team did a better job, but it was evident the house needed a much more thorough clean. I’m sure the cleaning crew is short staffed, like other businesses, but for the price we paid, we felt the condition was inexcusable. Despite the cleaning issue, we had a great week of vacation. The house itself is beautiful and the location (especially with the parking pass) was perfect for our family. We’d love to return if things changed with the cleaning company.

Amazing air conditioning, wonderful mattresses, great location - walk to everything. Mallon’s on the corner for breakfast is so convenient . The man cave was a bonus!

This house was the perfect place for myself and friends to stay! We stayed for 4 nights and had the best time. House is near good eats like Dead End Bakehouse and in close proximity to Walgreens, downtown for shopping and to boardwalk/beach. Hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to questions about our stay! Also, appreciated the welcome basket full of goodies from Jilly’s! Would definitely recommend this rental to groups of friends (love the basement for hanging out!) and would love to stay again!!

We have rented this property twice, and both times the experience was wonderful. The property is a new and very clean, modern, single family beach house. Staying in it felt like it could be our own home away from home. The owners were super responsive to anything we needed. It’s in a great location as far as access to all Ocean City has to offer. I highly recommend this property and it’s owners.

We contacted Jody at the last minute when a different rental fell through unexpectedly. He met us 15 minutes later to check us into his spacious house, which was immaculate, incredibly comfortable and absolutely beautiful! We loved everything about it and would love to stay again. It's a fantastic house, with an incredible host.. You can't go wrong with this rental. Definitely my favorite and we rent through VRBO several times a year.. Thanks again for everything Jody!

Beautiful house and layout. Super clean with everything you could need. The garage "man cave" was a hit. Location is convenient to everything you want to do in Ocean City. VIP Parking for the beach and boardwalk was a terrific and much appreciated perk. Owner was prompt in responding and easy to work with. We plan on coming back next year. Everyone in our family loved the house, location and set-up. Luxury stay in OCNJ!
