very steep stairs to bedroom and bathroom almost like a ladder, we couldn’t get the baby up there so made the sofa bed up, parking is tight.

The heater in the main room was not working and it was a bit cold especially for Decenber.

Not very accessible Key for outside door did not work, we kept it unlocked.

It’s in a great location, walking distance to all sightseeing. The city is so beautiful! We didn’t know it, just stopped for night on the road back home. But were very much surprised. The flat has everything is needed.

Location was excellent. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was good and toiletries available. Free parking was great for us just outside the apartment.

Better signage to locate apartment e.g., number on door would be useful.

Found the keys easily, the host had kindly sent pictures beforehand. Parking right outside the door. Apartment felt safe. D was very clean. The location is perfect! Only downside was it was a little hot in the attic room but they had provided a fan and it was in August so not complaining . Communication was brilliant

Great location, check in by key box very convenient, received message checking that we had got in ok. Handy to have parking space outside front door. Local map provided. It's small, ok for a couple of nights. During thunder storm had great view of cathedral backlit by lightening.

Steps up to sleeping area and bathroom very steep, almost a ladder. Came down backwards for safety. Bed not the most comfortable.
