Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Location was convenient to the beaches and other points of interest. And was an added treasure to be able to come home from our day’s adventures and relax in our own private pool instead of having to share a pool with the masses at a hotel. Hope to visit again!

It was my 70th birthday and I wanted to do something different. The home is very nice and the pool area is very nice. The home was well equipped with things that was needed. I know that it’s a rental but the furniture was not comfortable. John is very tall and I’m even had problems getting out of furniture but we are older. The beds were very hard also. Kathie was great to work with.

Great house with all the amenities you need and some you didn't know you needed. Lots of personal touches. House is perfect for family meals, and making new memories together. We loved that the property is certainly located to most everything and very close to a great dog beach.
Host was very responsive and there to assist with any questions or issues. We enjoyed this house very much!

Such a great house! We enjoyed the area and dog beach was close by but really spent most of our time in the backyard relaxing by the pool and cooking. Would recommend this place to any family or pet parent.

I live in St. Pete, but thought it might be fun for all of our visiting family to have a fun staycation. Had such a great time that I forgot that I live only 10 minutes away;) The house was perfectly cozy, wonderfully supplied, and the heated pool in the oasis of a backyard space was perfection. Kathie really thought of most everything!
Thanks for a great stay...we may have to make this a new Christmas tradition with our kiddos!

The house is bigger in person than it seemed in the pictures. Very clean! Had everything we needed. Great location to get to the beach, Fort Desoto, downtown St Petersburg and easy to get to Tampa. We loved having the pool to enjoy. We had a great time! Would definitely stay again!!!

The owners and property managers went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a beach vacay! The outdoor area was great. Home was very clean. The only reason we are doing 4 stars instead of 5 is because the beds were very uncomfortable to everyone in our group. Beds, pillows and showers could definitely use some work!
Other than that it would’ve been perfect. ( We really value the sleep we can get on vacation).

Absolutely loved our stay here. The home and property were easy to find, absolutely spotless, very comfortable for everyone. We were so grateful to find beach equipment ready to go in the pool shed, made our stay so easy. Would definitely stay again!

Process was seamless. Communication with kathie was excellent. House was equal to listing. Access to pinellas trail, not mentioned in listing was a real plus for exercising our dog. Pool was great , property was spotless at check in. Close to downtown as well as Gulfport and beaches. We were there for a month and wished we had booked a longer stay at this property

Nice place to stay. We used one of the bikes to ride into Gulfport. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. The weather wasn’t cooperating so we didn’t get to use the pool. But sitting outside was really nice, especially with the early morning sun.

The home is very clean and well cared for. You can tell the owner takes pride in the home and knows how to do VRBO. I loved that the pool was warm enough.

The house was perfect. I was there for a concert at Jannus. My daughter came up thurs and stayed over. Most of the time I was solo with my little Pooch. I spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and outdoor area. We enjoyed brunch outdoors. The covered area was great for a meal.

Very homey, comfy place. Great location central to all the fun in St. Pete! The pool is great, outdoor space is lovely. Property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. Very nice, we had a great time!

Private Paradise
We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located, well appointed home. The house has plenty of room for family and pets. The back yard is a private paradise. The pool is warm and delightful. There’s plenty of seating, areas for the dog, and a privacy fence. There’s even a poop scooper and bag dispenser to make picking up after your dog easy.
Kathie was very responsive to our questions and any concerns we had. She provides excellent management of the property.
We hope to stay here again soon!

Cozy and comfortable beach house
There were six of us coming in for my cousin’s wedding and this house was the perfect spot for us. Bedrooms were comfortable and the host was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer and used the pool…next time!

Last minute getaway
This was a last minute getaway for me and my husband. The home was actually nicer in person thaw what is portrayed in the pictures.

Back yard Oasis
Although, the weather was on the cooler side while we were there the back yard was still our happy place, beautiful. The house was Immaculately clean . It is a short walk to the quaint little beach town of Gulf Port that I,s always bursting with activities. Our property host Kathie was incredible nice. We will be back.

Quiet house with a pool and nice yard!
This house was perfect for us. We stayed for a few days while visiting our college son. The kitchen was great and the oven worked well, I was even able to make a birthday cake. We enjoyed the pool and the nice quiet yard every day. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit.

Cozy FL Home
We loved our stay! The home is exactly as pictured. The heated pool was lovely to enjoy even during the colder days in FL. We enjoyed making many meals in the kitchen and back patio and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back!

LAST MINUTE RESERVATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER
We had to make a last minute decision to stay in St Pete due to Snow in Atlanta area. We had to have pet friendly due to my wife’s PTSD service dog. We were grateful to find 696 Gray St to stay at and be able to function professionally with high speed internet, fully outfitted kitchen, lovely back yard to relax in and convenient to all that St Pete has to offer. I highly recommend this property.

Clean & nice pool
Even though previous renters checked out late and evidently left a mess, the place was very clean when we arrived. We liked that the property had bicycles (air pump for tires provided in an outbuilding), as well as beach towels and chairs. It was a quick trip to the beach and to restaurants. The pool was heated and a welcome treat at the end of the day (even in January!). The backyard is private and although there were fireworks for New Year's Eve in the neighborhood , everything was quiet after 10:30 p.m. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and it was nice to find coffee, creamer, and sweetener in the cabinet. The entire house is updated and nice.

Great House for family gathering!
A Perfect house for our gathering! Open spaces for people to read/nap/watch TV, great pool in the backyard for our swimmers and well equipped kitchen for meals! The property manager was very helpful with the questions we did have and super quick response.

We had a great time! House was very nice, stocked with all the amenities. The host had great communication and even touched base with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend renting from them! Liked the organization of the checkout items along with other pertinent info in frames on the walls along with a binder. The pool and pool area was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood.

House was fantastic with everything someone would need. Property manager was very prompt with issue from previous renter. Issue was fixed really fast. We’d definitely stay at this house again. One final thing, second bathroom needs better ventilation with possibly addition AC vent too.
