We came to see a concert at the Fillmore and were able to walk from here. Great location for dinner first. Beautiful and super clean property. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited our son who attends USF, and the location was super convenient. The unit was clean, modern, and very well-kept. Ethan (host) was very responsive to any questions.

Great location, in the middle of everything and very walkable. Very quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of parking, but there are restrictions during the day. Clean, well maintained property and host is wonderful! Ethan was very quick in responding to questions and made our stay very pleasant.

The owner of the property lives upstairs and what you’re booking is essentially the downstairs basement with no windows. I booked this airbnb for my fiancé and another couple for Outside Lands. A few hours after checking in we started hearing fighting coming from upstairs. It kept getting louder and was getting out of hand. I’ve honestly never heard people scream so loud and it was in a different language so we had no idea what was being said. It went on for about 5 mins and then we heard loud thuds and screams and knew it had turned physical so us 4 ran up the staircase from the basement (where we were staying) up to what we found being a locked door to the top floor where the owner lived and that’s when a girl started screaming HELP HELP he won’t let me leave HELP ME PLEASE. We all started banging on the locked door yelling let her go we are calling the cops. He heard us and said OK I’m letting her leave. We run outside and a girl bolts out his door and runs into our arms crying and thanking us. At this point my girlfriend and I are crying with her. She was hysterical telling us he wouldn’t let her leave and was being abusive. She called her dad and he came over and we exchanged numbers to keep tabs on her to make sure she was okay cus she was very distraught. As for the owner….He never came out to address it nor did he apologize. We all felt very unsafe and I hope no one else has to experience what we did as it was terrifying and we were very uncomfortable staying there.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 4. The apartment was as advertised with plenty of room, clean dwellings, and prime location at the center of SF.
We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a USF graduation. It was exactly as advertised. Convenient to both campus and local spots for food and shopping. The host is super responsive and attentive. Easy enough street parking, clean and modern. As advertised, be sure to note the kitchenette. Small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and large sink. Not a place to cook and eat meals. Two couples comfortably each with a full bathroom.

Great location, nice neighborhood, ample and safe street parking, and a clean unit with updated bathrooms. Ethan was very timely in his responses and kindly provided missing items. The simple minimalistic unit worked well for our needs, but for someone who wants to cook, know the kitchen amenities are minimal (no picture of that view on the site). There is a mini refrigerator but no stove or oven. We enjoyed our stay.

We chose this property based on its proximity to USF which is perfect. For our morning journey to coffee, we had to venture a little further looking for local shops. All in all, the location was great for using public transportation and getting where we wanted. The neighborhood is very quiet and the owners respond quickly.

Overall experience was very good. We really liked the location and the accomodations were just what we needed. It would help to have curtains in the bedrooms that block out the light. The outside lighting comes directly into the rooms.

This place is easy access to public transportation as well as quite a few interesting places withing walking distance. The beds are comfortable, it was clean, very minimalistic but served our purpose. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend it.

Comfortable, clean, modern… all the basics covered. A nice, no frills home base for seeing SF and super close to USF. Parking was exceptionally convenient — with the important caveat that we used the car every day. You will get ticketed if you leave your car on the street all day, as it clearly states in the listing. We did hear the upstairs residents occasionally but it was never disruptive. Very quiet, residential neighborhood.

Fantastic spot in a quiet private neighborhood, close to shops and all San Francisco has to offer. Unit is all newly renovated with nice bathrooms, great showers and super comfy beds. Street Parking was easy and close access to the highway and Golden Gate Bridge. Communication was great and access to the unit was a breeze. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

My 3 friends and I spent 2 days at Ethan's rental and had a fantastic time. The unit was just as described! Very fresh and clean with modern conveniences and comfortable furnishings. Just the perfect size for 4 adults, with a king bed, a queen bed, and a large sectional in the living room, not to mention 2 large and beautiful bathrooms! It was located in a great spot in the City--safe and within a close walk or drive to many great landmarks. I was able to enjoy SF's cool summer weather on a nice morning run to Golden Gate Park, which is less than a couple of miles away. Ethan was a fantastic host! He was super responsive, accommodating, and flexible, meeting all of our needs during our stay. Parking is relatively easy to find if you have a car or have guests come to visit you during your stay. I'm so glad we chose to book our stay here rather than book a hotel. Thanks again, Ethan!

Suggestions.
Property met expectations. Awkward portion are the stairs leading to the main residence are open. We are quite certain there is a door to stop renters from entering the main residence. It would be nice to have a similar door at the top of the stairs to stop owner from entering the renter residence as well. No door makes it a bit uncomfortable. All in all it was a nice stay hence the positive rating, but this is addition of a door would be very welcome.
