Lovely cottage with all the amenities. Plenty of light and breeze. Comfortable outside space. Easy walk to Venice Beach. Nice neighborhood. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery, etc. Host was gracious and helpful. Although the cottage is on her property, we had plenty of privacy .She was easily available if we needed her. I hope we get to come back.

Perfect LA cottage
Lovely cottage with all the amenities. Plenty of light and breeze. Comfortable outside space. Easy walk to Venice Beach. Nice neighborhood. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery, etc. Host was gracious and helpful. Although the cottage is on her property, we had plenty of privacy .She was easily available if we needed her. I hope we get to come back.

Susan was a great host, and a really nice person. She went put of her way to make sure I had everything I needed while staying at the property, and even went out of her way by meeting me prior to Checkin to help store my luggage. The property was warm and inviting, and even had lime trees right outside the door.
The pictures are exactly how the cottage looks in person, and was walkable to Venice beach/ abbot Kinney area in under 30 min.
I would most definitely stay here again.

Diego was an amazing host. He was easy to get in touch with and he had a fast response rate. The property is beautiful!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was perfect, clean and such a great location. Parking was a bit tricky but we were always able to park on Highland drive. I would give this place 6 stars if I could! :)

Such A Pleasant Stay!
My daughter and I loved the property! Suzan, the property owner is a sweetheart! Our visit back home to California was awesome and it felt so comfortable to relax/rest here. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

A wonderful place to stay with an excellent host
A friend and I booked Suzan's beautiful cottage for a few short nights. The space was perfect for us -- we found everything we needed, it was comfortable, had great natural light, thoughtful guidebooks and recommendations, and a comfortable bed. Suzan was super communicative, responsive, and kind, and was quick to respond to any and all needs. Would highly recommend this booking for anyone looking to explore L.A., we hope to come back!

Wonderful stay with a wonderful host
The cottage is so cozy. It’s great if you just want to relax or if you need a place to kick your feet after adventuring. There’s a grocery store close so we just hopped on lime scooters or lift bikes to get some stuff and spend a night relaxing on our last day. Suzan and sunny are amazing hosts! Suzan is very helpful with check in and while she is right there for anything you need she also gives you your privacy to enjoy yourself. I would stay here again if I’m ever in California again.

Loved the Cottage!
The Cottage was excellent- nicely arranged, wonderful art, luxurious bedding. The neighborhood was convenient to getting around to beaches and Venice area. Suzan was very hospitable, friendly while allowing privacy. I hope to stay there again!

Suzan is a wonderful host! The cottage room is very cozy and clean and the area is nice. The bathroom is gorgeous and there’s lots of storage for longer stays. Close to a great big park and close to the beach, our stay was just right for a night away.

Great place
We enjoyed our stay! The cottage was exactly as described, in a convenient location to Venice beach and the surroundings shops. Suzan was an excellent host, providing information about the area and suggestions on where to dine/shop. We felt safe knowing it was gated and did not have trouble parking.

Quaint, relaxing, and chill neighborhood
We stayed at Suzan’s place for two weeks. The indoor outdoor nature of the studio made it feel nice and open. Nice modern features and Suzan’s hospitality made it a pleasure to stay. I’d enjoy coffee outside by the lime tree and walks around the neighborhood. Wifi wasn’t very strong, that would be my only point of feedback. Would love to visit again!

Great Hideaway Venice Cottage
We had a terrific stay at Suzan's cottage. Venice is a welcome getaway neighborhood in the middle of LA - a perfect midway point between our San Fernando Valley and Newport Beach families. It is impeccably clean and very functional. I even appreciated the artwork! The queen bed was comfortable. Great restaurants in the area, for eat in - social-distanced - or delivered to the cottage.
Suzan was very easy to communicate with; and the bit of gracious face to face time made our stay more personal. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

Quaint & Near Everything
Bright & airy space located within minutes of everything, most importantly the beach is just over a mile away. Property owner is very nice & helpful.
