House has beautiful views! The layout is perfect for 2 families with it having 2 king suites and a spacious upstairs.

Our family spent two full weeks at Lighthouse Point in the summer of 2022 and we absolutely love everything about it. The house is very clean and in excellent repair. More importantly, it was stocked with everything we needed, especially in terms of kitchen supplies, beach towels and equipment, and children's toys). We have been visiting Bald Head since the early 1980s and has rented a different house along South Bald Head Wynd every summer since 2011. Lighthouse Point is our new favorite rental property and we hope to return next year. Our favorite features definitely included: - the ocean view from both decks, - two (actual) master suites with private baths and king beds, - being very close to the Bald Head Island Club but not next to its beach access (which gets busy), - three streaming-enabled big screen televisions, and - a smaller downstairs living room for children to play in. We have no reservations recommending Lighthouse Point to anyone. The house is wonderful, the owners were extremely kind and helpful before and during our stay, and the location might as well be oceanfront.

Everything was fantastic about this rental home. The hosts went above and beyond to have everything for our comfort and entertainment. The location is perfect being across the street from the beach and halfway in between the harbor and the market. The views are stunning and everything was comfortable - the beds, couches, etc. Very clean and well built home with lots of upgrades. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

This house is excellent for families with children of all ages. It is well equipped with anything you could need. We did have the grandparents stay with us for a few days . Ages 72-75 and I think the stairs were a bit challenging for them especially with luggage. The house was in order and very clean. We do have a child with moderate to severe asthma who had some issues secondary to dust . However, I think most rentals have a certain amount of dust. This place is wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. We would stay here again!

Kristin was VERY responsive and answered all our questions promptly. While not front row on the beach, the architect has done a masterful job with window placement that makes you feel that you are front row as the unobstructed views from much of the home are stunning . We could not have been happier with the house, it was perfect!

This house is perfect for one or two families. There are two master bedrooms which is a huge bonus. The house is new and decorated amazingly. The owners were more than accommodating for anything we needed and very responsive. The views are breathtaking and the golf carts are in great condition. We will definitely be staying here again.

The location is EXCELLENT and centrally located- very close to the beach & a very easy walk; very close to BHI Club; and a short-cart ride to the market. Terrific view, tastefully appointed, this house has all the best parts of the BHI experience: access to the BHI club, beach access across the street, short golf cart ride to the market & restaurants. While you're there recommend climbing to the top of the light house, going for a cruise down to Mike's Bites or the Conservancy. Learning point on the BHI membership: Kristin provides your names to the BHI guest membership team - don't fill out the paperwork online. Recommend booking tee times at least a week in advance, along with any restaurant recommendations, and 48 hours in advance for the pool/water slide. Note that guest members can only take golf tee times after 12pm. Highly recommend the Palms restaurant - delicious and great service. Also great is Delphina - you can order take out online, which is great but do it before 5pm for full access to the menu (lesson learned). Maritime Market has wood fired oven pizza made to order in about 8 minutes! Amazing for the kids. Also, check out the BHI facebook page - we were able to find a babysitter for a few nights so the adults could eat out. All in all really perfect family vacation. Highly recommend!

We loved this house! Bright and airy, with amazing views of the water and such close access to the beach - our three-year old had no problem walking all the way even. It was a ell-stocked and so comfortable. Great for little ones as well. We can’t wait to come back one day!

We stayed at this property in September with two families, both having young children. The house had everything we needed and the space perfectly suits two families. It is beautiful and spacious! It has everything you need for fun on the beach as well, which makes packing easy. The owners clearly communicated all of the details of our stay and we can't wait to come back!
