Wowza. What a great location and view. Ample room for families and includes a great living room TV to catch all the games on your agenda. Great family board games and puzzles included as well. Plenty of beach toys and access to Malibu beach. Great pool. Excellent host. All the kitchen amenities you could ever expect. Fantastic showers.

Host was great to deal with. Speaker system sounded great. Pool was relaxing. Pool was maintained twice in the week that we were there. Anything we needed was there. There were high end bath products. There was a great view of the ocean. Only issue was that there was highway noise but you have to expect that with it being right on highway 1.

My family rented this house for a week for a wedding. The house is absolutely amazing and the location is perfect. The host was EXTREMELY responsive throughout the whole process, including when we arrived and had some questions. I highly recommend and would stay here again!! Other family members were so jealous of the house and location!! Can't say enough great things about it.

Worth the money, close to everything and the view is spectacular!!! Spent a week there with my family and a fabulous time was had by all. Also pet friendly which made it easier for us. We are already planning our next visit!! A must place to visit!

Really lovely, well appointed and spacious home in the middle of Malibu. Great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. House has plenty of room for 8 adults and having several hang out spaces was a plus for our group. Must get a great pic on the pool swings!! Joubin is really responsive and on top of things. Would totally book again!

Beautiful home in Malibu
Beautiful home with great amenities. We enjoyed the outdoor pool areas and walking in the neighborhood. Close proximity to great restaurants. The host is very responsive. Our family is looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Malibu.

I reached out to Joubin multiple times and he always responded in a timely and courteous manner.
It’s self check in. But in order to get in the gate, you have to park on the street. The house has a magnificent view sitting right on the corner. But it is also anxiety provoking to get in and out of the driveway. But we appreciated being able to park in a garage and behind a gate because we had two car s of stuff from moving my daughter out of her dorm in LA.

It’s a great location on PCH if traffic noise bothers you may be a problem but the house and amenities are nice. One other issue is spa he wanted it kept at pool temp 94 degrees which isn’t spa temp

Modern Boho Malibu Home
Beautiful property that is decorated with cool artwork. Modern appliances and plenty of space to work, dine or relax. If you are a car enthusiast, the front deck has THE best view of exotic super cars parading on a Sunday Ocean drive. That stated, know that you are on the PCH and will experience the sound of passing cars while taking in the amazing views of the beach an ocean. The house conveniently sits across the street from one public beach and is close walking distance to the Carbon Beach (Billionaires Beach) access, where we were lucky enough to spot Robert Di Nero. Loved our stay here.

Great location, host, and home!
Joubin is an incredibly responsive host of a great home just across from the ocean. The sound of the ocean, especially when the traffic is low (early morning, weekdays, late night) is so serene. When traffic is up, it’s not ideal, but it was during busier points in the day when I wasn’t concerned about it, and it didn’t prove burdensome. I had an amazing time, and found the location to be a great proximity from what I cared about (great restaurants, shopping, grocery store nearby), and a reasonable drive from hiking locations, Santa Monica, etc. Ideal fit for what I was looking for.

You can't keep your window's open unless you like to hear a lot of speeding cars roar by ..other than this Joubin did his best to alleviate the on going issues

Perfect Family Get-A-Way!
The perfect lodging for our family's Labor Day holiday weekend get-a-away! Joubin was very accommodating and responsive. We felt right at home but still had the sense of a luxury accommodations! Beautiful ocean views, enough space to for our group of 8 adults, and great pool area to relax and listen to music! Thank you Joubin! We had a wonderful time!

Large Malibu house with ocean views
This Malibu house was large enough to comfortably accommodate our multi-generation family of 10 and 3 dogs. The living room and master bedroom both have lovely views of the ocean, including outside decks. The home is beautifully decorated with an eclectic, whimsical style and has a small pool and plenty of parking for 3 cars. The home is on the Pacific Coast Highway, which is busy, but the location was good for us with close proximity to all the Malibu beaches. Our teens loved Zuma beach and touring nearby college campuses in LA. The host was lovely and very responsive.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house is beautiful and very clean. Joubin our host was available for any questions and really wants to make sure that his guests have a great stay. We absolutely loved the house, it was a great location with a nice neighborhood walk up the hill with beautiful views. The house was bigger than it appeared in the photos and it was beautifully decorated. Joubin was a great host and was very responsive and had extra little supplies to make the stay really special. We absolutely loved it and would recommend it!
