We LOVED staying in this home! There was SO MUCH ROOM for our very large family! SO MANY BATHROOMS!It was beautifully decorated! The PERFECT location to downtown Seaside and to the beach. We will definately rent again...and again...and again!

We loved the decor & accommodations of this property. The amenities were great, the beds were comfortable & we had everything we needed. The only area that could use a little attention is the grilling area as the cooking utensils for this were limited although Royal Destinations did bring a small set over once I mentioned this. The home is on a busy street but had magnificent views & the beach was right across the street & is just down the road from Seaside.

The house and the location were better than we ever imagined! Positioned directly across from beach access was so convenient to go back-and-forth from the beach. The kitchen was perfect to cook dinner, and the pool was wonderful to jump in after a long day at the beach. the owner and the property management were so helpful and friendly and made everything about our stay so easy. We will definitely be back for next year’s annual week in paradise!

We came into town for a wedding and had the best time in this quaint area! This house was perfect in all ways, lots of bedrooms, super clean, across the street from the beach, pool and so much to do within walking distance! We loved it!

The home was absolutely stunning. Rooms were large and comfortable. We really loved having the hangout room on the first floor where the teens could hang out while the adults enjoyed the upper living area. Had every amenity we needed and was super close to Seaside village where we could either walk or ride bikes every day. The alarm on the pool was very annoying since it constantly buzzed if the door was left open for more than five seconds. Made using the pool a terrible experience. The only suggestion is to tint the glass on the front door. So many people were walking up to our driveway looking in and then trying to open the door because they saw our teenage girls hanging out. It made the girls nervous to be downstairs at night.
But the rest of the experience was completely wonderful! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to be near Seaside!

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful stay! This home is beautifully decorated and the amenities are top of the line. We had a couple small issues with internet, tv’s and one shower only spraying hot water, but Royal Destinations came to the house promptly to address these issues. Kitchen could use more hot pads and towels. We had a wonderful time!

Most amazing house in Sea Grove
The experience was spectacular! Amazing views... Extremely convenient to shopping, restaurants, grocery and most importantly, the beach! Wonderful accommodating people to rent from. Highly recommend.

Overall great experience
We very much enjoyed the home and thought it was nicely furnished and had great amenities. Great for large families or groups. The location couldn’t be better.
The only downside is that the management company didn’t do an inspection until right before we checked in, although it was empty for a few days prior to our arrival. So the tv was smashed in the queen room and they didn’t have a tv for 3 days of the 5 days which was unfortunate. Their communication in this regard was not that great and it should have been addressed first day. When people spend this much just go to Best Buy and get a tv.
Otherwise it was a great experience

One dishwasher did not work. Pool was over-treated with strong chemical(s). Shower doors had no stops to prevent floors from flooding. Maintenance was there for two out of our four days fixing locks and floodlights and tripping breakers. Outside grill drawers were full of rainwater. But other than that....

This home was the perfect rental for our weekend away on 30A. The living space was incredible. Our group enjoyed many sunsets from the front porches and rooftop deck. Beach access was directly across the street and the property was just a short walk to the many shops and dining options in Seaside. The management team was professional and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze. We hope to visit again!

House was beautifully appointed. The downstairs A/C was out, which we discovered later the first evening. Reported it to management and was informed they already knew and new coils were on order. It was repaired on our 5th day. We did not ask for an adjustment, nor were offered one.

Exceptional home to host a group of gals
Absolutely stunning home with ALL the amenities and space a big group of gals need. We were there for my bachelorette and we had the time of our lives from being just steps away to the beach, to grilling out by the pool, to cocktails on the 4th floor terrace. This home is exceptional to host in.
