The condo was fabulous, beautiful, and very well-equipped. The views were absolutely stunning. Communication with the host was excellent, he was very responsive and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental. We miss it already and will definitely request a re-book!

This is my second rental and will not be my last. The condo is top of the line with all the amenities of home. It is working distance to the broad walk on downtown Christiansted. Great place to stay. Finally, the property manager is the owner & is very accessible and friendly.

This place was great! It had everything we needed for the couple days we were there. Location was 10-15 minute walk to downtown, but there was also closer restaurants and a grocery store. The pool was great and steps from condo (there are two but only used one of them). We used the grills at the pool for dinner one night as well, and that was a great add-on feature. Communication with host David was amazing. He was very responsive. When we left, we forgot a couple items and he arranged for the cleaning crew to leave them outside for us to be picked up which was very helpful! Overall - great stay and great location. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in at croix.

One of my best experiences to St Croix. We made the short walk to the broadwalk several times during the week. The views from the condo were phenomenal. Loved the upgraded kitchen space with the center island. Very nicely done. Blessings, Ronnie N. Johnson

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well-appointed condo that is close to the boardwalk with many walkable options for shopping and dining. The property was very clean, had a great view with everything needed for a great vacation. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was meticulously clean with shade and plenty of chaise lounges and other seating. The property owner, Dave Klosterman, communicated in a timely and complete manner regarding our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, perfect view, comfortable and spacious!

We loved our time in this unit. First of all, communication was very good ahead of time, and all of our questions were answered promptly. Dave is very passionate about his second home, and it shows. Check in was a breeze, and could not have been simpler. Once we arrived we were very happy with how immaculate the unit was. It was exactly as described and exceptionally clean, but also even more spacious than we expected. Everything has been renovated, with clean lines , durable surfaces and very comfortable furnishings. We loved the bed in particular, as it was new, the perfect firmness, and we woke up feeling great each morning. The huge gallery was our favorite place to have breakfast every morning. Not only is the unit up high, but it sits nicely on a corner, so the breezes and lack of insects were absolutely fabulous. There are also fans on the gallery ceiling, so that really beats the heat and humidity. The air conditioners are modern individual; one to each bedroom, and one in the living area. We only used the living area a few times in the evening because the breezes were so nice, and we used the one in the main bedroom while we slept. Both did a wonderful job of cooling their respective areas fast without having to run long at all. The kitchen is fully stocked with clean and durable dishes. We loved making mixed drinks in the blender which pureed ice in a snap. There is ample room for any food you might buy. All appliances were clean and worked great. The towels and bedding were all soft, clean, and even folded cute. There was conditioner, lotion, TP, paper towels and hand soap supplied. The location is very close to Christiansted. You could walk it pretty east in 10-15 minutes. We chose to drive and park in public parking (which is super cheap, $1 per hour, max $5/day) because we often made multiple stops, but we definitely felt like it would have been an easy walk. The pool area is great, too. We only used the one on the West side which is super close to the unit, but it was always a nice end to our afternoon, and the people that came, whether visitors or residents were all friendly. Overall we loved it and hated to leave. We were there just shy of two weeks and it was an awesome space to land in each day. We had to leave a day early due to an incoming storm, but Dave was very sweet in offering us an extended stay if our flight got canceled, and we really appreciated that kindness. Wonderful stay and host. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Dave’s place. It is located in walking distance to a number of restaurants and attractions and the place has been beautifully remodeled.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. It is very conveniently located and the complex is safe and views are great and you can walk to town if you wish. Communication with the owner is quick and painless. Check-in and check-out is easy. I have already recommended to a few people! The only downside for some people would be that there are a lot of stairs so if you are mobility challenged it would not be a good fit. Highly enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

The condo unit is beautifully equipped for a vacation stay. The manager provided helpful information about St. Croix and was a most hospitable host.

Excellent place to stay in St Croix. Schooner Bay is a great location, beautiful views of Gallows Bay and Christensted, walking distance to downtown. Dave is an excellent host, very responsive. Unit has updated flooring, kitchen and bathrooms, unlike some of the other units available. Definitely rent a car if you ar staying more than a long weekend so you can get out and explore the island. You do have to drive on the left and dodge the potholes on many of the streets. You will get some exercise walking the hills and stairs to and from the unit so be aware.

Overall great experience. Easy check in and out. Beautiful place!

We really enjoyed this rental. Check in was easy; show up, unlock the door using instructions from the owner and move in. The place was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all necessary items and they were in good condition (non-stick pans were actually non-stick, knives had a good edge, blender was like new). The location is convenient to downtown and to shopping. The on-site security over night was nice. PJ was always cheerful when we went out and came back in. We’re divers and found the balcony to provide a perfect place to hang dive gear at the end of the day,. There is a fan on the balcony that helped dry our gear quite fast and provided a welcome breeze on the rare occasions when mother nature didn’t give us any. The balcony also provides a nice place to enjoy the expansive view of the harbor, as does the living room. Watching the ships, boats and seaplanes coming and going was entertaining as we sat and relaxed after a day of diving and shopping. Separate A/C units in each bedroom and the living room allow you to cool where needed and not waste electricity. In summary, we were very pleased with the entire transaction from booking to checking out and recommend this property highly.

This spot was modern and clean, very close to where I was working. Will definitely stay here again, and pass along this location to others coming to the island for work.

It is a lovely condo, very quiet, with beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed each having our own bedroom and bathroom. David was an excellent host, and answered all of my many questions.

We had a great time staying at this property. It had a great view. The unit cooled off nicely in the evening. Needs some shades in the living room. But the place is redone beautifully. We had everything we needed there. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a couple of glitches with the condo but it was out of their control. A water line broke so we had limited to no water for a couple of days until it was repaired. Power went out a couple of times one evening.The condo was immaculately clean with a lot of new upgrades. Very comfortable. Location was good. Walkable to Christiansted where there were numerous good restaurants by the bay. A little sketchy walking back at night but we just walked fast and minded our own business.Just a few minor cons: A screen door on the front door would be great because that's usually where the breeze is coming from. One more lounger on the balcony there's only one. One more beach chair because there's only one. Sun shade on the balcony. It gets really hot mid day in the living room/kitchen. A few non fragrant candles for when the power goes out.All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend this condo.
