Incredible location. Amazing views. Great facilities.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The balcony has great views which can also be viewed from inside the living room. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool/spa which were very relaxing. We also loved the fact that it was somewhat in a secluded part of the local area while still very close to all attractions.

Lovely property and as described

Great accommodation in a fabulous location. The only minor criticism would be the house is just starting to get a little tired and in need of a good spring clean. But the fundamentals are great: new couches, good beds, good fridge, good bathrooms, awesome TV and Foxtel HD etc. highly recommended.

A group of 6 adults for 3 nights - this was absolutely perfect. Beautiful views, close to the beach and a great infinity pool. Comfortable accommodation. Fantastic place for quality time with friends.

Fantastic house with breathtaking views. We loved the infinity pool and balcony views particularly. The Port Stephens area also has plenty of options in terms of water sports and dining out. Birubi Beach is beautiful and a must see. I don't think you could be disappointed with this property or location!

Lovely home with sweeping views of the beach. The home was comfortable for our family, with plenty of room for the kids to run around. We visited over the Australia Day long weekend with very high temperatures, and while the listing mentions air conditioning, it is only available in the kids room downstairs. Upstairs remained incredibly warm and stuffy, even with the ceiling fans on. Glenyss and Alan were kind and very quick to provide a solution, by bringing over two brand new pedestal fans which made sleeping in the upstairs bedroom much more bearable. Only other minor negative was the exceptionally steep slope of the driveway - my brother was not able to get his car up to the property as it would damage his car. It’s only a short walk from the visitor car park though, so unless you are less mobile it’s not a big issue. The pool and spa were a stunning escape, gorgeous vistas over valley below! And the beautiful beaches of Port Stephens only a quick drive away. Overall a lovely family holiday, we are grateful for the helpfulness of our hosts and for the relaxing stay!

An excellent location atop the hill allows for sweeping views, and a short walk to the beach. House was exactly as shown in photos, and came fully equipped with all the modern appliances to allow a family to live in comfort. Was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it to friends.

The property and location was absolutely stunning , shops nearby made it easy to find things to do and the view of one mike beach was incredible. The complex itself is peaceful and quiet but you’re still able to have an amazing experience and fun!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was amazing with dreary views to the beach, lot of natural light, highly recommend this place and had a shared pool and spa which was great too.

We were very disappointed with condition of crockery and cutlery utensils needs better lighting and the stairs very dangerous needs some sort of protection at end of steps. More chairs on veranda Unit is stated as sleeping 8 but insufficient glasses etc for that many guests salad bowl needs to be replaced and all crockery needs to be updated. Overall cleaning needs some attention with cobwebs in lounge room area main lounge room needs air conditioner and more blinds

Property was fantastic! Clean, fully equiped and very comfortable. Lots of heating even though it wasn't required most times. The views from the property were amazing and so was the location. We had a wonderful time, thanks!

A wonderful getaway! Amazing views! Enjoyable walk through the neighbourhood and to 1 mile beach! And at the end of the day, relaxing pool and spa. Great for just the two of us, or for a group of 6 or 8. Owner and property manager were great to work with. Hope to be back one day. Some wonderful memories. Cheers!

A very modern, well set out and spacious apartment. The apartment was very clean and well resourced. With a short and pleasant walk to One Mile Beach we had a great time.

Not a good place to be in winter , only have heater in one room rest you need to deal with blankets . Cleaniness could be better . cannot complain the view of Beach .

The house is full of sunlight from first thing in the morning until the last ray from the sunset. It is so warm and inviting. I love the stunning view over the beach and bay. We arrived to the sight of a whale cruising the bay below us. Just magical, the house is bueatiful with everything you could ask for. It is so relaxing

All our expectations were exceeded. Working as a realestate agent selling some of Sydney's top tier properties, I was genuinely impressed and the stay was beyond my personal expectation. The view was simply stunning, access to the beach was too convenient, the condition of the house was very good and we collectively thought it was fantastic value for money. Definitely recommend anyone to stay weekend or longer.
