What a great place! We enjoyed our stay, played and relaxed all week. Chris and Debbie are great hosts and go over and beyond to make sure you have all you need. The beds were so comfortable. The trundle beds were perfect for our 4 grandsons. There was plenty of room to sit and eat. There are two refrigerators which is a great help when you have 14 in the house. I think our favorite part was the pool-they have a lovely backyard with little lights hanging in the trees and the pool was a perfect size for our 6 little ones to enjoy with plenty of chairs for us to relax too.

This house is very close to the path to the beach, with a crosswalk just yards away! Lovely huge oak in one corner, yard has sun and shade, is nicely landscaped, and has plenty of seating around the pool. We appreciated the use of new beach chairs provided by the owners, as well as a beach cart. House was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Debbie and Chris were kind and accomodating. If things work out for us, we may be returning there for a week next summer.

Enjoyed our stay! Debbie is a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had about the area. House is located across the street from a nice beach which we walked daily in the morning and then returned to after lunch to read, relax and swim. Pickleball courts, grocery store and some great restaurants close by too. Would definitely consider going back…great house and great area!

This is a very nice property. Kitchen and bedrooms well stocked and furnished. Front deck and backyard area very enjoyable. Living/dining area somewhat small for a large group but adequate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property was a great house for our multigenerational family of ten to gather. Seating was limited in the living room and dining room, but we made it work. The pool area, surrounded by live oak, crepe myrtle, and palm trees, was a charming oasis. An added bonus: the house is located only a hundred feet from a crosswalk that leads to a public beach path. In the other direction, two blocks away, a playground and tennis courts add to the convenient location. A Harris Teeter is located close by for quick grocery trips.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, location of beach across the street along with pool in back yard perfectly fit our needs. Able to take day trips. Space allowed us to eat, convene and chat together but also to read and chill apart as needed. Debbie very responsive and helpful!

The process of checking in and out was simple. The house was beautiful and spacious. Best of all, it is a very short walk to the beach, making trips there so easy even with the small ones in our group. We had six grown ups, four teens and two children and everyone fit easily. I highly recommend this rental.

We all loved this house so much and want to book it again for another year. It is more spacious than it shows online. The front porch and back yard were such great hits. We are beach people, but enjoyed ourselves so much there that we spent most of our times in those 2 areas. The house is perfect for small children with the trundle beds and it’s proximity to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with more kitchen items than we ever experienced. The hosts were so accommodating to any of the needs and questions we had. Overall, the week was so enjoyable because the house was so wonderful.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house is lovely, very clean, and in a great location! The kids loved the pool, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owner is very accommodating and always available.

We had a family vacation here. There were eight adults and eight children. The kids loved the pool as well as the beach. Access to the beach was very easy. The house was as presented with comfortable beds for all. Debbie was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Everyone loved that we were close to the beach and for those of us who prefer a pool - it was a great place to hang out. Even the beach people came back to be in the pool. The kitchen and dining room were big enough and the outdoor dining was great too when we had a short rainfall! We took family pictures on the beach! Can't wait to see them framed!! Our host Debbie was great and was quick to answer any questions that popped up. Grandpa took 2 of the grandsons on a fishing charter and that was another wonderful bonding experience. Great memories were made by all!!

We had a great week at this house. The private pool was the best part. There is a pool guy that came mid-week that we didn’t know was coming so be prepared for that. Palm Blvd is a little busy and sometimes hard to get out of the driveway. The extra fridge downstairs was a lifesaver.

This was the perfect place to bring together 12 of my friends from all over the country to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house was spacious and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The front porch was great for breakfast and casual conversations. We LOVED sitting in the backyard at night by the lights of the big tree. The private pool was wonderful for people like me who aren’t fans of sand and can’t spend an entire day on the beach. But the beach was beautiful. We had easy access to the beach just by crossing the street. We started and ended each day with a long walk on the beach. The water was warm and we had fun jumping in the waves. Debbie was quick to respond to the questions I asked about the house and provided a long list of restaurant recommendations in IOP, Charleston and Sullivan’s Island. We had a wonderful time and we hope to return again!

My family - 7 adults, a 3-year-old and two 18-month-olds - had a wonderful week in this lovely home. The house was incredibly clean and the layout is really great for a large family. My nephews loved the big backyard and, of course, their very own pool! The location is perfect - the beach across the street, playground, shopping, restaurants all a quick bike-ride away. I think the best thing about this wonderful vacation home, though, is the owner. Debbie was amazingly responsive and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my family. She made me feel like we were staying in the home of a dear friend, not just renting a random house on the Internet.

We returned for our 2nd visit this year. The house is beautiful and also practical. There was a baby gate available for the top of the steps for our toddler. Comfy beds, great front porch and deck. Close to a great grocery store. Short walk to the beach and only a couple of blocks to a playground. We had a fun vacation week. Thank you!

Great location. Close to grocery store, golf, and beach. House is a tad dated, but in good shape. Nice back yard and pool. Great grill. Owner was very easy to deal with and quick to respond.

We had 14 family members and the house was plenty large enough for us. We loved the pool, the kitchen was a nice size. The location was very nice and relationship to the beach.

Debbie was quick to respond to questions, wonderful location close to beach, well-stocked bathroom and kitchen, liked the extra refrigerator in lower level, backyard landscaping and pool were beautiful, comfortable beds, big fluffy towels, house is older and showing signs of wear but overall clean. Would stay there again.

Our parents and four siblings stay in this area ever year. We had an excellent time. Debbie went out of her way to help us with a door sticking and brought us supplies before the tropical storm hit. The house was great and we lived in the pool. Kitchen was very well supplied with cooking utensils. I can’t say enough about the house and owners.

House is 1 block from beach with plenty of bedrooms. We had 5 different family groups and each was able to have their own space. Common areas are all located on upper floor and small table in kitchen was great for kids while adults could use the dining table. Backyard pool was great and a wonderful way to spend hot afternoons. We had a great time. With week long stays you will go through household supplies that are provided so be prepared to purchase laundry and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc.

We had a wonderful time staying at this IOP property! Debbie was friendly, accessible, and very helpful. The house was great as well - clean, spacious bedrooms, and a wonderful back yard and pool! A small, outdoor shower would make a great addition to the back yard for showering off after the beach. We had a great experience and would definitely rent again!

Our entire family was blown away by the layout, comfort, convenience and overall ambiance of this beautiful beach house. Beautifully appointed and carefully equipped, it was an amazing home away from home. The pool and yard kept our two grandsons happy when we weren't at the beach, and the well-equipped kitchen was perfect for a family like ours that loves to cook. Debbie is an absolute gracious hostess - we couldn't have asked for more! Everything exceeded our expectations!

I had my 17 person bachelorette at this house and can't imagine a better place to stay. The house was clean and the decor was light and bright (it was actually much better than the pictures - I don't think those have been updated). The beds were incredibly comfortable and housed our entire group without anyone having to squeeze. The front porch was delightful for hanging out, having appetizers, playing games, and drinking cocktails into the night. The pool was an absolute must and we didn't realize how great it was until we were there. There was a day where it was too cold and windy on the beach, but the pool and backyard were sheltered from the wind so we could continue the fun. The location was also wonderful - our crew made several trips to the Co-op for rosé and it was a quick 5 minute car ride away. We also walked on the beach to Windjammer one afternoon. The beach access is right across the street. There was ample parking. Not sure I can say enough good about this place. Also, Debbie was incredibly responsive when we decided to be lazy and not look hard enough for the coffee maker. She immediately called and helped us find it. We talked the entire weekend about how we want to rent this place annually. Highly highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The house was exceptionally clean and the perfect location. The beach access is just across the street and there is a fun park/playground right around the corner (walkable). We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! The pool and backyard are beautiful- the kiddos in our party all got chlorine rash after swimming in the pool though- may have been a bit too much chlorine in it? We would absolutely stay here again none the less- really comfortable calming house to come back to after the beach or being out and about. Great screened porch too! Our host was easy to get in touch with and check in/check out was a breeze! Thanks for a great stay.

Overall had a great stay. Very prompt and clean. Debbie was great to communicate with and the location was perfect for our group of girls. A lot of space and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and walking distance to beach. Would love to stay here again!

We were in town for my son's wedding. Family came from Kentucky, Vermont and Georgia to stay at the house. It was clean. Some outdoor furniture needed updating but the owner is aware and plans to improve (she is a new owner). The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. My only complaint is that the bed configuration was not as presented on the website (but again she is a new owner and made some changes that had not yet been reflected). We made it work and had a wonderful week. Would definitely go back. Owner was very resposive. overall 5 star
