Had to send email to the office to sort out the TV issue, there were broken glasses and mugs outside the bedroom windows (from previous tenant).

£450 security deposit. i felt this was excessive due to the property being tired. leak from bathroom into communal hallway area, broken slates on sofa bed. 1 small bathroom for 8 people to share.

Location. Oven was clean. Shower was ok. TV & Hair dryer. 1 loo roll, fairy liquid and a tea towel.

Cleanliness. Dirty hob extractor fan, fans, lamp shades, no dishwasher, no plug for kitchen sink, no washing up bowl, poor condition work top. Furniture all very tired, tiny living room. Dining chairs wobbly and shabby. Bulb not working in bedroom, no plug for lamp in second bedroom. Flies in bedroom. Ants in bathroom. Curtain hung inside out and only 1 in each room so it didn't cover window in full. Hair on bedding, beds not sturdy, would make noises on rolling over. Bathroom was best room but had ants and not clean under or around shower surround. The photos displayed on booking were nothing like this flat. I was expecting a modern flash apartment not a tired tiny flat. Feel very mis-lead/mis sold. It was functional but disappointing and we didn't cook like we hoped due to poor cleanliness and not wanting to spend any time their. The sofa bed in living room was tiny in width, you would struggle to get 2 adults sleeping there. Only room for 2 to sit comfortably in lounge, rest on hard chairs.

Very lovely hosts and perfect location - easy to get to the tube and around Camden. Pictures Don’t reflect the property however it was a spacious place that did the job, may just need a little more cleaning. Very happy with it and with the kind service at the check in desk. Will definitely be coming back.

Check in process was tedious, needing over 10 minutes walk to collect the keys from the office, which is inconvenient with luggages. Unit wasn’t ready at check in time, was only able to occupy at 6pm. This wasn’t notified to us until we called. No basic toiletries provided not coffee or tea.

The location was great and the flat was very big and beautiful.

The flat had a severe problem of humidity. As soon as you walked in the smell of humidity was overwhelming. I would recommend people with health and/or respiratory problems to avoid this property.

The location

The pictures were misleading. The furniture was old and uncomfortable and the oven did not work properly. We booked to say here to save some money and cook at home but we ended up buying three meals a day out as the oven took hours to heat up, the sofa was very uncomfortable and the table was very worn

The location is amazing. Close to tube stations and Camden Market. The house was clean and the sofa bed was better than many. Fans and heaters provided, which was great as we had hot weather. Beds were comfortable (but double sized as seems to be standard in the UK, King beds and a twin room would be useful). Staff were very helpful and let us leave it luggage at the office in the last day of holiday. For the price and location, great value for money.

The small beds. Only 1 pillow each. No toaster in the kitchen? This is a standard kitchen item. A poorly stocked kitchen for the amount of people that the house sleeps. Pots and pans etc. Top bedroom carpets are very tired.

Check in process was brutal - the office is difficult to find - we walked around forever looking for it They gave us 2 sets of keys for 3 people but the 2nd set were not the right keys We called the office to request a proper set of keys and had to wait two days before we had to pick them up Very inconvenient as we all has separate plans and we had to cancel some of those plans to coordinate our return with only one set of keys. Your staff did not believe us initially about being given the wrong keys - even though we told them 7 people tried the keys as well and confirmed they were not the correct keys - as if we would make that up!? On another day, while putting our recyclables outside the door, the door slammed shut locking one if out Had to walk to the office 15 blocks away in bare feet, no phone, no money to get yet another set of keys 😠Honestly for under a $100 bucks you can get a combo door lock for your guests The apartment location is on a very busy and noisy street I think its close to a police/fire station Constant loud sirens all night long The apartment was so hot and the windows only crack open a little There was no air conditioning and no fans available in the unit All the dishes, glasses and cutlery looked dirty when we first arrived Had to buy dishwasher detergent and rewash everything The building is full of cobwebs, dust and spiders - including in our unit yuck

Discussed. Horrible shower ,heating wasn't working ,tv wasn't working , rooms were very dusty .my children started itching didn't want to stay there,.had a bad experience

Location to Camden center. Great The guys who booked us in where super helpful and friendly Beds were comfortable 2 toilets for large groups

The TV wasn't working. The now TV box not connected , no remote. Not enough seating -3 double beds and only a 2 seater sofa. No tea or coffee - very basic

no double quilt on the bed, just 2 single quilts and was very noisy with work going on outside and upstairs neighbour.

It was grubby smelled it was like being in a dungeon

Location, a few minutes from the metro and just a few meters from a bus stop. Nice area.

The place was nothing like the pictures. The toilets weren't completely clean. The shower was too small, I don't think they show this place is any of the pictures. The living room was also small. We were using the sofa bed and because of that there was barely space to hangout in the living room, definitely not a place for 8 people. There wasn't a proper pan, just a pot and plates and cutlery weren't really clean. We had to clean everything before using it. There were mice. And bed weren't comfortable.
