Francesca and her brother were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, putting in extra lovely touches. The room was lovely and the shared area was well equipped with everything you would need. The breakfast available is in the cafe below and was great.

Lovely place in Garda lake. 10 min.walking to beach and city centre. Nice cafeteria besides to have breakfast. Very charming room and guest area with terrace.

Bru Rooms - what can we say. We had a very enjoyable stay. The little extra’s like the bottled water, juice and yogurts in the fridge together with the personal touches from the hosts are what make the Bru Rooms so special. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was perfect. 5 min walk to train station and 10 mins to centre of Pescheira.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel with incredibly friendly owners who made my stay truly enjoyable. They were so accommodating even to my late arrival, and the hotel facilities were excellent!

The room was nice and clean and the owners were super friendly! Was near the lake and breakfast was great! Would recommend!!

We just finished our stay in Bru rooms, and I just don't have enough good words to say about this place and the owners. Our room was exactly as on the pictures, super clean and refreshed every few days. The apartment is near the main road, close to shops, restaurants, train/bus station and 10 min walk to old town. Even if it's on the main/ busy road, there was no noise inside. It was just perfect. We had breakfast included, and it was served in the restaurant on the ground floor of the apartments. There were 5 choices on the Bru Rooms menu in the restaurant, but there was never a problem to change something if needed. Apartments also have a communal area, between 4 rooms and it has absolutely everything ...fridge with water and juices, coffee machines, lots of snacks, fruits etc. The room is clean and perfect, but the main treasure is the owners!!! Francesca and Cristiano are simply amazing! Nothing was too small to answer, advice, recommend, or just chat. Thank you for making our stay even more wonderful and pleasant 💛 I do recommend it with all my heart, and we hope to be back someday.

It was definitely is of the best of our stays. The rooms were cleaned frequently and well maintained. The owners are very loving and kind and greeted us with a smile every day. Water and other snacks were always available. We will definitely come here again. Thank you!!!

So accommodative, friendly and reliable owner! She always made sure we’re comfortable. Bedroom was simple, clean and comfortable. We love the balcony we could use to relax and have some breakfast. Simple but good Italian breakfast. Good location, just 10min on foot from station, 20min on foot to Gardaland, or to the city.

It was a little difficult to find where the property was for the first time. Eventually, we found a small signboard, but wished it was more visible. We hear well the people from next door, but as along as we’re good with each other, it’s fine.

The location is excellent - supermarket, bus/train station and the center of Peschiera del Garda are all within walking distance. The rooms are spotlessly clean as well as beautifully and tastefully designed. There is a kitchenette fully stocked with a variety of snacks, coffee, tea, water etc all for free. Also, a huge outside terrace is a great place to relax or have a drink. However, the most wonderful part is Francesca. She is absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I recommend Bru Rooms with all my heart.

Lovely bright clean rooms with everything you needed. Great shower. Very comfortable beds.Lots of little extra touches like sweets,suncream, and wipes provided free. Lovely outdoor area. Great hosts.

Entrance to building was a little dark and as the area was very quiet in October we felt a little uneasy at night time when returning. There are some small lights at the entrance.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location was close to Railway station/ Bus stop and reasonably close to town centre. Overall sense of good value for money.

We were more than satisfied with this accommodation. Nothing really to dislike.

Everything was just great. Very nice people, great location, close to public transportation for the parks. Great rooms, equipped with everything. Free parking really close by. Can't wait to come back for another great vacation.

Location was perfect, located a short walk, 5 mins, from the main bars and restaurants and the lake itself. Air condition was great. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Price was great for the area as well.

This was set an ideal location, 5 minute walk to the lake, comfortable accommodation with friendly staff and all amenities.

Everyone was very welcoming and treated us well. The room was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations on modern updates and cleanliness. The homemade breakfast was delicious and our hosts were some of the best we've experienced.

Lovely and modern accomodation. Super Super clean and situated in a nice area. Parking available nearby. The breakfast was good and enough for us. Also the owners was very nice, welcoming and helpful. We couldn't ask for better. Highly recommend it. 🔝
