We had a wonderful time at this large York Harbor condo. It easily accommodated my entire family - daughter, SIL, grands, significant others, and friends. The home was clean with a lovely coastal décor and well-stocked kitchen. The beach was a very short walk away and restaurants close by. The large deck overlooking the beach gave way to great views and peaceful morning coffee. The host was terrific; readily available to answer our questions to help us settle in.

We had a fantastic week in York. Whitney made the whole process so easy and was so quick to respond with any questions. The house was equipped with everything you needed for the beach and any meals you want to cook. We mainly went to York Harbor beach since it was a 2min walk but Long Sands was right around the corner if we needed a change of scenery. The house stayed cool and comfortable but there were plenty of fans just in case! Would definitely stay again!

This property is fantastic! Whitney was so responsive and generous, letting us check in early and making sure everything was okay. The house had everything we needed for 8 adults and 2 infants under 2- from beach towels to kitchen gear, it’s fully stocked, super clean and comfortable! We loved the big deck, grill, large dining table and quick walk to a beautiful, fairly private beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Our family enjoyed every minute in this rental. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to cook/serve large family meals and the dining area expansive and sunny. The living room area conducive to many long conversations and the open concept dining/living room perfect for those doing crafts on the super large dining table to be part of the conversation. The bedrooms charming and bathrooms spacious. So many glorious windows to let in ocean breezes and views! We spent lots of time on the very large front porch soaking it all in. Owners really lovely, attentive and very accessible. Highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful week with the family in this light and bright beautiful condo that is within a hop, skip and a jump from Harbor Beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a family vacation. The deck is perfect for morning coffee and reading, and late afternoon cocktails and conversation. Whitney is the best host … very responsive to all communication and quickly addressed any needs we had. This was a family vacation we won’t forget … memories for a lifetime!

This home and location had everything we could want for a Maine getaway. Starting with the house...lovely, comfortable for a large group (we only had 5, but accommodates many more), large deck with ocean views. All in all the home provides a great "seaside feel". Location...Just up the street from a fantastic and relatively quiet beach with plenty of sand framed by Maine's famous rocky coastline. We brought our dog along and she enjoyed socializing with other dogs in the sand and surf (dogs allowed before 8am and after 6pm). We had one rainy day and that was perfect for visiting both Kittery and Ogunquit since both are only 10-15 minutes away. Other highlights...the drive to Nubble Lighthouse and seeing the hustle and bustle all along Short and Long Sand beaches, the beautiful cliff walk, the fisherman's walk to Wiggly Bridge and the "off the boat" lobsters. We recommend the soft shell version...a bit sweeter and you can crack them open with your hands! The hosts...Excellent! They checked in regularly to make sure we were not in need of anything and they provided a notebook full of information about the area. All in all we had a memorable time in York at this property and look forward to our next visit.

House was spotlessly clean when we showed up and had all the amenities needed for a great family trip. Air conditioning made sleeping on the upper floor very comfortable and we loved all the extra blankets, beach chairs, and sand toys that were available. TV worked perfectly, as did all other appliances. The best part was that it was an easy walk right down the street to the beach - it’s a huge plus to not have to put the kiddos in the car to visit the beach! One downside is that for anyone who has mobility issues, both sets of stairs are pretty steep.

Very clean and excellent time in YHB. Place came with amenities such as beach chairs, outdoor grill, and kitchen supplies. We’ll be back. Thnx again.

A group of us stayed here while celebrating a friend's wedding in York! Perfect spot, right next to the beach and cliff walk. House was clean and very comfortable! Loved the deck!

We absolutely enjoyed this property! We have two children that are married, one with a toddler and a son in college. There were plenty of bedrooms and the lay out is perfect. The huge deck made for a perfect spot to gather and you can hear the ocean! We found the house to be very clean and everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. Honestly, the only thing I didn’t see was a muffin tin. No problem…..my son-in-law made it in a pie dish and cut into pieces😅. The short walk to the beach made it easy to visit throughout the day. Check in and out was super easy. I would absolutely recommend this property.

We rented from Whitney for a girls get away. Her property was in a perfect location. The house was super clean. She was very prompt with her response when I needed to contact her. The only thing that could be improved would be which door to enter through. We parked in the parking area and there were several doors in a row and several entrances as this appears to be a multi-unit building. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect!

Hi! We had a wonderful time! We all wished we were staying the whole week. Loved the winter peace of the neighborhood and Harbor Beach. We enjoyed the company of many other dog owners at the beach. Great walking and running location. The home is So light and bright, well stocked, and appointed with special touches. We were very cozy! It was a lovely place to spend the holidays with plenty of room for seven adults and several Xmas guests. Thank you so much Whitney - You were great! Happiest New Year to you!🥂🎉

We have stayed in this house for a number of Thanksgiving vacations. We have always loved it and the new owners have made it even better.

Our family was able to stay together in York Harbour this October. The apartment is spacious with 6 bedrooms over 2 floors, easily accomodating all of us. The location is perfect, close to the beach, walking paths, and a quick drive into York and other surroudning areas. We spent our sunny days on the deck, grilling and enjoying the view. The house is well prepared with towels, cleaning supplies, fans, and games. Host is very responsive.

My family was unable to use cell phones and had very weak Wi-Fi during their entire stay - could text only. Dishwasher did not work and was never fixed during stay.

Spent a week in this beautiful spot. Accommodations were perfect! We had everything we needed and then some. Sleeping quarters were perfect, we were all able to get a great nights sleep after a great day at the beach. The beach location and size were perfect with small children. They could run to their heart’s delight and were always in eyesight! Couldn’t ask for better! Definitely recommended. Whitney was great in communicating with us! Perfect!

We had a wonderful time at Whitney’s condo. Perfect location & a 2 min walk to the beach/ ideal for our 2 toddlers. The deck off the living room is such a great space, plenty of room for the 6 adults. Loved our trip & would definitely recommend!

Our family beach trip was wonderful! Perfect location and steps away from the beach and the fisherman’s walk and wiggly bridge. The house is very well maintained and the owner made sure we had everything during our stay. An added bonus was that there was AC on the 3rd floor in all the bedrooms. Overall a great stay!

This home has a large deck with ample furniture, a grill, and ocean views. We spent most of our stay there. The home was a great mix of well appointed modern amenities with a historic New England style house. Because it is a historic house, the stairs at the entryway and in between floors are pretty steep and narrow. I believe anyone who has difficulty navigating stairs would find it difficult to move between floors. We had a great stay and would certainly stay here again.

My family and I had an excellent experience with this rental. It was super clean, nicely and comfortably furnished, equipped with everything we needed, and had ample space for nine of us. Due to consistently bad weather during our stay, we didn't get to take advantage of the very large, well furnished deck with ocean view, but I'm sure that would be a huge plus as well with better weather conditions. The house is just a minute's walk from one smaller beach--which our kids loved, even in the rain and chill-- and a short drive from other beaches. It's also convenient to a supermarket, restaurants, the Kittery outlet stores, and other visitor attractions. The owner was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the York Harbor area!

Our family had a wonderful weekend at Whitney's condo in York. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach for even our youngest child. The home was beautiful, cozy and had a great vacation vibe.

We stayed at Whitney's beautiful, huge apartment for a week with our family and dogs in May while work was being done on our home. It is newly renovated, beautiful inside and out (we loved the porch overlooking the Harbor Beach -- you could smell and hear the ocean), with very comfortable and new beds and bedding, and a fully supplied kitchen. The place was spotless and full of light. The location is perfect for the Harbor and Harbor Beach. Whitney was the nicest host -- excellent communication and very kind. We loved it!
