Beautiful home in a cute neighborhood. The house was clean, stocked with necessities to make our family beach vacation so easy and seamless. Beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms, nice deck space. Very close to beaches that were perfect for our two small kiddos. Would definitely return!

This home was the perfect for a family vacation! There was room for everyone to spread out and we especially enjoyed the great room. We did lots of cooking and appreciated the well stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans. You’ll probably find some salt, pepper, and a couple other spices along with coffee filters. The beds and furniture were so comfortable and the house was tastefully renovated. We really enjoyed Stony Beach and the Woods Hole shops and restaurants. All of them in walking distance which is a good thing as parking is at a minimum. We bought the freshest salmon ever at The Clam Man in Falmouth. Another night we ordered lobster from them and they cooked it for us! The grandkids loved playing frisbee in the yard and performed a music show for us on the patio. There are a lot of fun things to do in the area, but since we came from all over our priority was to spend some downtime together. Out of all of the houses we have rented, this is by far our favorite. And to top it all off, Devorah was the perfect host. Always available and wanting to be sure we had everything we needed. You won’t go wrong here!

Stay was perfect for four moms their high school girls getting ready to go off to college just a weekend getaway. Wish the weather was nicer only complaint, but you can’t do anything about the weather - amazing home thank you for allowing us to rent - beds were great too 👍

Devorah is an excellent, service-oriented owner who is responsive and delightful to work with. The house sits high on a hill and provides the perfect mix of natural light, privacy, and space, with a layout that brings family together, inside and out. We loved our week in Woods Hole at 10 Carrot Hill Road.

We went here for Thanksgiving holiday/ weekend.
Very, very nice house and accommodations.
The kitchen well equipped to cook! Big kitchen table. Nice outside deck. (We didn’t use the lower patio but also very nice)
The bedrooms/ bathrooms are so nice and all good sized.
The location is fun and close to walk to town and the ferry.
The communication with owner was fantastic. Very responsive with any questions.

We highly recommend this home! With the instructions from the host we accessed the property with no problem and found a modern, clean, comfortable residence complete with a welcome basket! We were three couples from Colorado and Wisconsin who were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The beds were comfortable, everyone had a bathroom, and the open floorplan of the kitchen, dining, and living space made it simple to relax together. We could easily walk to Wood's Hole to make the most of the restaurants and shopping while avoiding all the parking hassles in this tiny community. We looked up an earlier listing for this home and were amazed at the creative renovation the owners accomplished, turning this older home into a fresh updated retreat. Beautiful! Would love to return when we had more time!

Everything in the house felt brand new. Great location near downtown Woods Hole (walking distance) and short drive to everything else. We had a great stay! Golf, Pickle, beaches, boating, restaurants. Woods Hole / Falmouth area is the best.

Devorah was great and easy to communicate, house was just what we expected, towels were left nicely in each room and a nice welcome! Town was cute, found a nice playground for my daughter. Would definitely rent again if we go back!

We loved the recently remodeled home! We had 3 young adults with us, so the four bedrooms and three bathrooms worked out perfectly. The property is on a very quiet street with cozy accommodations, including a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, and comfy tempur-pedic mattresses throughout. It's a short drive to Falmouth and even a shorter drive (or a nice walk) to Woods Hole, both with lots of charm and beautiful homes. This is definitely a property that we would stay at again in the future.

Great location and property!!
We were two families with young children who rented this property for a week. It was a great layout and size for all 9 of us. The house had everything we need to make meals, very well stocked!
The location was perfect for adventures. We spent each day at a new beach or exploring Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket!!
Property manager was so easy to work with. She answered all my questions before and during the trip!

Spectacular Week!
The house is spectacular, clean, sunny, neat, well-appointed and very comfortable. We had six adults coming and going through the week, enjoying morning coffee on the deck and sharing the patio dining table during the day as a co-working space with plenty of wifi and a magnificent setting of birds chirping and chipmunks scurrying. An easy walk to town, restaurants, parks and beach. Perfect kick-off to the summer!

Great house and location!
Property was in great shape and in a good location close to ferry / Falmouth. Owner helped get some earrings someone in our party left behind, which we really appreciated. Only complaint is the steep cleaning fee and then being asked to clean and start laundry before we left - does not seem fair to me.

Amazing girls weekend!
Great property with all the necessities. Walking distance to the Main Street and ferry, close to bike path. We took a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and also walked down to Nobaska Lighthouse. Great location. Well decorated. 4 bedrooms were comfy and spacious for four friends! Very happy with this stay.

A house that we expect to return often
This is a beautiful house on a hill that’s a few minutes walk to Woods Hole. We loved waking up to the singing birds in the tall trees that surround the house. The second floor living room is sunny with tall ceilings and big windows that’s great for bird watching. The kitchen is so well stocked that you can tell the owner loves cooking. The memory foam beds in each bedroom are super comfortable. The owner Devorah is super helpful during our stay and gave us ideas on nearby hiking trails. Our family had great memories here in this house and we would love to come back with our friends in the near future.

We had a great time with family , talking, eating , playing cards. The house is perfect with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Extremely clean with plenty of room for everyone . We would definitely come back next year!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation
When your kiddos go to school in the East and you are looking for somewhere to call "home" for them as you pamper them with food and love, this is the place! The house was spotless from top to bottom and with beautiful views of the colors of fall from each window. Hiking, coffee, ocean, bay all within walking distance. Wonderful place to unwind while enjoying all the conveniences of a modern home (individual heater/ac in each room, washer dryer, dishwasher, etc). A+ vacation for this family of 5.

Fantastic Stay!
We had an absolutely amazing stay - the property was exactly as the listing described and yes, Devorah is just as amazing as everyone said! She was super responsive both via VRBO and text. The location of the house was great and we loved our morning walks to Pie in the Sky (a must!). 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Woods Hole.
