This house is incredible and stunning! The views were spectacular and you were only steps from the beach. Everything you needed was provided for you. I wish I could live there year round. The host, Amy, was amazing. Any questions or concerns, she responded quickly. Thank you again. I will definitely be returning…one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed with.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Great access to the beach and easy drive to local restaurants and grocery store. The house was beautiful! The host was quick to respond to all messages. The host provides a pack n play and high chair which was a great addition since we traveled with our young toddler.

House was lovely. Views sublime. Each of the rooms with a view. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Deck furniture sturdy and well kept. Easy access to beach. 10 minutes away from restaurants, etc.

We loved that we were able to bring our entire family, plus our furry friends. Plenty of room for all of us. Extra chairs and beach toys were awesome. Great location. Great view. Great weather. Great week.

House was updated. Perfect location. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Large kitchen Beautiful decks on all levels. Just perfect. And our host responded quickly to all of our questions. Would definitely go back again.

Great property; great location; friendly vibe. Informative and timely communication from the host in response to our questions -- this was our first trip to Emerald Isle. Nice, large deck areas; kitchen well-equipped (altho the ice-maker was not working, and the refrigerator was running a little warm -- we were keeping milk for infants -- and there is no garbage disposal.) Dog-friendly area, which is important to us. Nice touches from the host, like extra beach chairs and sand toys in the storage shed.

Great place for our family vacation. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. We especially appreciated the grill area and closet full of beach chairs and toys.

Amy communicated with us and was very accommodating. She did all she could to make our stay amazing and it was perfect!! The house was gorgeous and very clean. The area was great for pets and kids with lots of bonus amenities. Great view and beds were super comfy. Walking distance to store made it nice too.

We did a family trip and really enjoyed this house. It was well kept and the location was great. Amy was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Well-maintained property, clean and bright. Perfect location- felt private while also being close to everything. Could not have asked for a better location for our first annual Christmas at the beach!

Came in with 3 other couples for a long weekend. Cooked everything at the house with no problems. Each couple had their own bath. Worked out perfectly. Our property owner was super to work with

We had a wonderful time! We were worried about finding a dog friendly beach rental and found this property and knew it would be perfect. Amy was so helpful throughout the whole process. The house is great and the location was perfect. Our dogs got to live their dream beach dog life!

Everything was perfect I am so glad we found This home to rent. From booking to check out Amy was amazing to work with. We had a large group of family and friends the house had so much room you always had your space. The beach was only steps away and the views from the deck were always picture perfect. The house had everything we needed or wanted. Can not wait to stay again

We had our family vacation here and it worked out great. Everyone had their own space and we were right on the beach. We were close to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go, though we did not leave the property much. The three different floors gave everyone separation, when needed! Amy was great to work with.

We loved this house. Excellent group/family rooms but also enough privacy when you need some alone time. Perfect location and access to beach.

We loved our week at Carolina Dawn. The three levels were perfect for our group of 7, allowing everyone to have their own spaces and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. Amy was very responsive to any (mild) issues that popped up and resolved them quickly. We would love to visit again next year!

The property was fantastic. The only suggestion I would have would be to have chairs that were a little bit taller on the main deck, so you could see the ocean better. The deck rail is in your view. The house was fabulously equipped, everything you could want in the kitchen. We didn't need all the toys provided for the beach, but it looked like a really nice collection. We loved the decks for relaxing in the early moring, late night and watching the moon overhead in the middle of the night.

This duplex is so perfect. Literally walk off the porch and you’re on the beach. The place is extremely clean and roomy. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. Walking distance to dollar general and gas station. So many beach toys and at least 4+ chairs for beach. Host responds very quickly. We will definitely be back!!

Had a wonderful stay. The property is in a great location, perfect size for our group. Waking up to the view of the beach and enjoying morning coffee on the deck was incredible. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

All my questions were answered very quickly. Amy was very helpful and friendly. Everyone that stayed loved the house and location.

This is a great place to vacation on the beach! The house is clean (and I'm pretty fussy) and well-equipped. All 3 decks were replaced this year - looks great! The new deck furniture is made with recycled material - very sturdy and doesn't get hot in the sun. Plus, you don't have to worry about splinters! :-) The kitchen is nicely equipped . . can't imagine anything it doesn't have. When we arrived, there were starter supplies of paper products. Always nice to find after a long trip. The living room furniture is different from the picture. There is a sectional and a faux leather couch . . . darker colors than the pictured furniture, but they also make the area roomier. The beach is fantastic - very wide and you can walk for miles. It was very clean. We were told it was recently cleaned in preparation for the turtles arriving to lay eggs. The owner is very quick to answer questions and extremely easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is steps from the ocean and holds a large group easily. We had a great stay and we would recommend it for a nice beach getaway!

This house gave us lots of room and a wonderful beach location! Our Host (Amy) went out of her way to accommodate us and make this a wonderful experience. The house was away from the main road and right on the beach, but lots of shops, restaurants, and fun activities were very easy to get to. And the balconies were perfect for happy hour at any hour of the day.

We enjoyed our stay. The view and accessibility to the beach is awesome. You can tell they are still doing a little work to the place but overall it was clean and the home owner was very nice and accommodating and always a message away! We would stay again!

The property was just as advertised - a great spot for a group of 8-10 friends to bunk down for a long weekend. Thanks to Amy for her responsiveness and generosity!

We were right on the ocean. Amazing sunrises. We went surf-fishing and took the ferry to Shackleford Island. Great time shelling.
