Though Breakfast offers very little variety, still the preparation, Quality and Taste is very Good. Even the Lunch and Dinner is also very good.

Wifi / Internet was not available at the rooms. Even the signal of the mobile is also very week which makes it a bit difficult .

The Environment associated with this property. Close to nature.

The property location and distance from the chikmagalur town is wrongly mentioned. This misinformation messed up our plan. Besides this, the behavior of the staffs are not upto the mark atall.

zero maintenance. Rooms are dirty, No bed comfirt. Food quality is not upto mark.

The hotel location is good. There is ample of parking space. The staff is pretty helpful.

Breakfast is served only after 9:00 am. The flush in the toilets is poor condition. In the rooms door curtain is missing hence no way to make it dark during night. Some rooms have solar hot water , that doesn't work.

Awesome stay experience within my budget. Exceeded my initial expectations...!!! Excellent staff, very helpful. Good location, on main road itself. Close proximity to all places. Reasonable price. Good food. Hot water and huge dining, parking available.

No small play area for kids. Food menu could be improved.

AC wasn't working properly in our room, so just to sleep we got another room

Good location. If well maintained, this could be a prime property. Most staff were polite, except manager.

Manager was not at all courteous. No phone in room. Long queue to get breakfast. No timely refills. There was no power for quite some time on 24th Dec night.

Room was clean, surrounding area had greenery, only basic facilities.No kettle in room.

Break fast items were satisfactory

Room service could be better. Morning tea /coffee could be made available from 6.am. communication from room to reception are not available. They stored the credit card details and deducted room charges in full two days in advance without information to us

Very cooperative staff, clean rooms, ample parking space, reasonable room tariffs, well maintained garden, no noise pollution

This was previously a privately owned resort thus facilities were truly 3 star. I hope KSTDC maintains it properly as other KSTDC properties are lacking in many areas.
