Internet never worked and was a source of frustration and I needed to use it for work purposes. The login given to use didn’t give us a network to choose (I sent a photo of choices) & the login on the back of the modem didn’t work either. Also, 2 table lamps were broken-one by door had to be plugged in to turn on and off and bedroom one has wired exposed and flops over at switch.

Every time I called them they answered my question for me

I didn't like that the sink and bathroom was stopped up

I didn't like anything about this trip. We didn't get to stay because the property owners never gave us the information to get in or better yet no apt # no codes not ever a return phone call. I had to book a room for us at the Hilton. I'm very disappointed and angry

Had plenty of room. Quiet surroundings. Premises seemed secure. 1st floor - no climbing stairs. Washer, dryer. If had a question, could text and get prompt reply. Had to call twice and answered the phone promptly. Bathrooms were clean. Hardwood floors clean.

Bedroom carpets needed cleaning, especially bedroom with two double beds. Mattresses were way too soft and/or worn out. 100% polyester sheets don't breathe and make you hot. Refrigerator door opens wrong way. Had to google Black and Decker on how to operate coffee maker. TV hard to figure out. How to lock front door upon leaving required phone call. Main gate clicker doesn't work so have to code in number each time you enter complex. Overcharged on City Tax. The deal breaker was a gigantic roach crawling up bedroom wall on third night's stay. Host offered to swap out mattresses and have exterminator come but we were not staying there any longer and moved to hotel. We asked for refund for remaining two nights and host obliged. There needs to be a booklet explaining how to operate coffee maker, how to work TV (Roku TV), etc.

super smelly, extremely dirty and dusty. There where pet hairs all over the beds strong urine smell tv controls had no batteries.

The floor plan was great, as well as the location

I really enjoyed my stay there wasn't any dislikes for me.
