First and foremost, the exterior of the property was filthy. Even after informing the management about the degree of filthiness, the cleaning crew returned to the property and haphazardly cleaned a portion of but didn’t bother to clean the majority of the trash strewn about. Unbelievable! Secondly, there were guest staying at the property when we arrived. Following several phone calls to management, they eventually forced the other guest to check-out after refunding their money. So embarrassing for all of us. The general condition of the property is in poor condition. Obviously, no money spent for upkeep.
