A lot of work going on but we made the most of it

Check in was flawless. Condo was very pretty, very clean and met our needs. Would certainly recommend this property.

When arriving at the condo you could see that the building was not as new as advertised and it needed painting. When entering the condo, the area inside was not cleaned properly and any recent repairs wasn’t done by a professional. The furniture outside was old dirty and faded. In one bedroom, it was dirty linen in the closet from the previous guest. In the showers was old mats with sand underneath. Luckily we bought what we needed to make it livable. We enjoyed the area. The community was very friendly. We paid for the property to be cleaned, I think that part should be refunded to my group. Make sure that all the key cards work getting into the property

This was the perfect location for us. A very short walk to the beach. This location has everything you need & more.

We would definitely stay here again. The unit was super clean and comfortable. The beach is a very short walk down the drive, and beautiful. The kids love the 2 pools as well. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We loved it!

This place was wonderful! The host thought of everything we would need during our stay and had it available for us. I would definitely stay here again. The unit was quiet and a short walk to the beach.

It was a 4l hour drive for us but well worth it. The community was gated snd condo was very clean. The host responded quickly and professionally to any questiond.

Nice beach access and a comfortable space for all

The location was great, since it was a short walk to the beach, and the condo as well equipped. However, even in September the deck was too hot to use. The fan in the master bath did not work, so the wall paper was peeling and the shower curtain liner was moldy. Two light bulbs did not work (there were extra bulbs in the hall closet) and one lamp did not work at all. The refrigerator was rusty and had yellow spots on the outside. Some of the plastic that covered the drawers in the kitchen was coming off. We were not told that the white cards we got in our packet were to get back into the property in the evenings. We almost didn’t get back in one night because we didn’t have that card with us.

The kitchen has most if not all the kitchenware you need to make your meals, plenty of plates, silverware... Having bathrooms in each of the bedrooms was a definite plus. I loved the porch, it was like having a bonus room outside. We spent a lot of time out there. The walkway to the beach was just across the parking lot and the pool was a short walk from the front door. There was no pool furniture, but I was told by one of the other owners that it had been ordered and it should arrive at anytime. We had a few small problems that, with a phone call to the management company, were handled in a timely manner. It was close to the largest area of shopping on the island. Now for the Almost😂 It rained most of the week we were there, but not all day. We thought there we as a lot of thunder from storms going around us, turns out it was gun training week at the Marine base. With the exception of one morning, when they were obviously training on a field in our direction, it was barely noticeable. Overall two thumbs ups!

Property wasn’t ready on time—more than 90 minutes late. As we were walking property, a maintenance worker left a ladder on his truck sticking out onto sidewalk. My son ran right into it—hard—left marks and swelled. Patience! Beach is nice, but only one building is really oceanfront. Our building was a decent hike to beach. Patience ! Pool had no chairs; you had to carry your own. Patience! Walls were really banged up in unit, and we found some empty wrappers/stuff under furniture.

We loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again. The beach is a stones throw away, and beautiful. The kids love the pool also!! Thanks for a wonderful memory!

Super convenient, right down the road from anything and everything you need!

We arrived and the check in process was easy. Arriving, we were so excited to go on the balcony, the bedroom sliding door did not work. The manager sent someone out at 8pm like we requested, he was not able to get it open. The condo was already musky and the pb blaster he used made it worse. We didn’t mind that to much as we told him. There were plenty of linens. However, the master bathroom shower did not work. Once we were able to get it going, what came at my friend didn’t feel comfortable using it. The bedroom I used, the shower curtain were filthy and I would not use it. We both used the first bathroom with the stand up shower. That shower was clean but the drain comes out and it slips around. We received cards for the gate (we didn’t know it was for the gate to get back in as there was nothing on the paperwork for booking or the packet we picked up). That’s us probably not thinking. There was only 1 comfortable bed, I slept on the couch for the rest of the stay. The fridge was clean on the inside but the outside had what looked like orange stains on it. All appliances work properly, the throw blankets need washed as the musk smell and feel. The location of the condos are clean and easy access to the beach. We did wake up on the last day with people putting ladders on the balcony to reach the one above us. Again, the property manager was nice and responsive but at the time I was already disappointed, there was no reason to keep asking for things after the first night.

A short walk to the beach and plenty of room for our family of five.

Great location, walk distance from beach (property where apt is located is beach front but building is just min walking distance to the sand). Property was clean and well equipped, fully furnished with plenty of towels, linen was spotless clean and immaculately set. Looking forward to going back later in the year.

Paulette and Dan were waiting for us when we arrived and helped carry our things into the townhouse. My girls loved the spiral staircase! We loved sitting in the living room and bedroom and listening to the waves crash. Every day it was a short walk to the beach. The townhouse is clean and well equipped with cooking supplies. Beds were so comfortable. The size was extremely comfortable for our family of four. We made lots of great memories there and truly enjoyed the beach and surrounding towns. Great food and things to see and do. Highly recommend this rental. Paulette was friendly, on top of things, and gave us lots of great ideas on places to go and things to do. You can’t go wrong with thhis rental!

Nice place but the pools were closed, big draw for my wife and the girls so we were really bummed. No bar soap, little toilet paper and smelled musty. Perhaps I am being picky but that was all the negatives!
