Great location, clean plus lots of extras like the 2 bikes amongst other things. Master king sized bed very comfy. Did not sleep on guest queen sized bed but did not feel as comfy.

Several of vertical blinds and slats off n laying tucked away in living room. Other than that 1 issue still was acceptable for us. I would suggest replacing as they did not open or close properly.

One of the kitchen outlets was broken. The recliner didn't recline due to a bad cord. That was disappointing because its not the most comfortable to sit on if it doesn't recline.i noticed there were tiny little bugs on the floor in the 1st floor bathroom and going up the staircase.

Very clean and the manager came back to show us how to use the blinds. The pool was right out our veranda

This property was advertised as BEACH FRONT, so I booked based on that. But, it wasn't. It's actually about 2-4 miles from the beach. Therefore, please change your advertisement and don't deceive people into thinking it's BEACH FRONT. I didn't like that it's 2-story. My husband has a bad back and I have arthritis in both knees and had no idea that it was 2-story. Sheri (not even sure if that's really her real name) was very helpful and informative before our stay. She answered my texts quickly before our arrival. However, at the end of our stay, as we were leaving the townhouse, I texted her several times to tell her we're leaving among other things. But, SHE NEVER REPLIED TO MY TEXTS.

I loved everything about this condo everything was nice and clean the kitchen and all the rooms I just loved my room with the balcony
