After renting several different homes in 30a, this was by far our favorite. Beautiful, liveable, impressively clean, perfect location, great community pool + beach is super close less than 5 minute walk, concerned managers and service was all 5 Star!! Thank you for making it a perfect vacation 30a beach girls. A grateful family of eight from Michigan who will return next summer, we have never rented the same place twice until this home!

We loved the house!! It was in such a great location with walking distance pool, beach and stores. Rosemary beach common was so cute and we loved riding bikes. The house was roomy and accommodated 4 families and we had so much fun staying there!

We have a large family with lots of cousins and kids and there was lots of room for everyone to spread out. Kids found areas to hangout and there was plenty of seating for meals and hanging out in the living room. The house had everything we needed. It's hard to find houses that can comfortably fit our family! 30a beachgirls was great to work with, answered every text and then some. Thanks for a great stay.

Home was very clean and the best appointed we have stayed in to date. We had plenty of everything. Pool was close as was the beach. We parked the car and walked everywhere the entire stay. Megan and Kelly responded to all our texts in a polite and timely manner. Would return and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The location was perfect, situated near the beach and pool and many excellent locations. The very thorough instructions regarding entry and how to operate things at the house were much appreciated. It was clean, spacious and very "homey." The only negatives (and I'm reaching here a bit) were the small porch one back for grilling would be nice to have a seating area there, and the fact that there are minimal paper goods provided only 2 rills of toilet paper for each bathroom. We have stayed in several VRBO properties and this was the first one that said you may want to bring extra toilet paper. The management company was wonderful to work with. The home was very clean huge to me, they communicated instantly. Helped us locate a stolen bike, gave us great recommendations for dining. 30a Beach Girls is everything they promise to be, a birthday cake delivered to our bonfire was the ultimate touch to an already amazing time. Overall, the two minor negative things I mentioned in no way put a damper on our stay. We loved the property and would love to stay there again hopefully in October. I highly recommend it to other travelers!

This is a beautiful home right in the middle of it all in 30a. You can walk to neighborhood restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. We walked to lunch and dinner almost everyday. The owner Hollie is local and is very responsive to messages should you need anything. They are very flexible and easy to work with. I am a clean freak and this house is very clean and comfortable. They took the time to make it extra special for my family and I, greatly appreciate the attention. We will return.

Best Airbnb experience I have had yet! Everything about the property, including the host, check in process, etc., was fabulous. We were greeted with a box of cookies! Kids were so excited. Loved having all the bikes, host also provided some beach gear they had leftover from the season. We just asked where we could shop for some and she had a bunch of stuff dropped to us. AWESOME and thoughtful! House was spotless, beds were so comfortable. This house is close to everything. We love this area this time of year and since this host has a house just a few doors down as well this will be our new summer family escape. Can't wait to come back in July.

Heidi, from 30A Beach Girls Vacation Rental went out of her way to make sure we had a place to stay and a place that felt like home. The house we reserved from another company had an issue when we got there. Very dirty and a bad smell. We would not stay at the house. I called 30A Beach Girls and Heidi answered! Thank God she did because she found us not only the last house available but stayed two hours past her off time to make sure we secured the house. I will from now on only rent through 30A Beach Girls and I highly recommend you ask for Heidi.

We enjoyed our stay at Dunn Inn 2. The home was beautiful, plenty of room, but the cleanliness was lacking. There was dried blood/hair on the sheets and the floors were dirty. However, once addressed it was quickly rectified.

Our family had a amazing experience. A perfect location, short walk to the beach, food and shopping. The pool close by and tennis court in Rosemary Beach (5 minute walk) is perfect for us. Numerous playgrounds in nearby Rosemary and Alys Beach, perfect for families. Spacious and very clean I didn't feel like I had to do a checking in spot clean as is common with rentals sometimes. The owner Hollie was amazing, she communicated very well, and even went out of her way to bring us a pack and play and highchair for our extra babies late the first evening. Highly recommend! Will be coming back in 2022.

The entire family was in awe of this house the entire time - and every time we ventured out to the beach, the pool, shopping or dining all within walking distance by the way, we looked forward to getting home to our quiet piece of paradise.As for the house, there's literally nothing negative to say - it's incredibly spacious, amazingly clean, decorated incredibly, there are extras everywhere - beach towels, ) bikes, grilling area, and a kitchen w/ everything you'd need to cook up some amazing meals. 30a Beach Girls for a fee will swap out your towels, it's worth it. I didn't want to be washing towels. FYI ;) And 30a Beach Girls was great - we had a bit of a mixup on check-in times, and Hollie was incredibly accommodating and flexible. Talked us through all the details and was always available. She texted each day to see if we needed anything else. Helped us arrange a bonfire and snorkel in Grayton Beach. Game changer so I would highly recommend! Definitely the most memorable family trip we've ever taken - and we'll be tempted to come back to this house next year! :) Thank you for helping kick off summer on an awesome start!!

We loved our time at Dunn Inn 2! The 30A Beach Girls could not have made us feel more welcome. From the time of booking, they were so gracious and made us feel like family. The location, the flowers and charcuterie board, the golf cart, to just the amazing access to the beach. This rental is a must!

Even before we booked our experience was outstanding. Hollie always answered our questions promptly and continued through the entire trip. The house was perfect and very clean, when we checked in Heidi greeted us with a wonderful charcuterie board and they continued with exceptional service every day going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The kids loved the Seacrest pool and beach both with a perfect mix of shade and sun. 30a Beach girls arranged a bonfire with a seafood boil one evening and it was exceptional. I would definitely recommend staying here. We are considering another trip to Seacrest this fall and will stay here again if we do. Recommend this home and 30a beach girls

I have stayed at the Dunn Inn2 for the last several years and I am already looking forward to going back again!The house is perfect for our annual girl's trip. The couch is the most comfortable couch and is perfect for a lazy rainy day or just relaxing after a day in the sun! The beautiful kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal and the spacious dining/living room are perfect for game night and just being able to all be together. Need your alone time- don't worry there is a second living room for you to chill in. I highly reccommend the Dunn Inn2 and already have plans to return!

The Dunn Inn 2 is a sweet escape nestled in the paradise of 30A, Seacrest Beach! We stayed for our annual girl's trip and the house was not only beautiful (and very clean and well-maintained) but SO comfortable. There are large, open areas for cooking, eating, and lounging if you all want to be together and individual bedrooms/bathrooms for when you need a little bit of privacy. The location was awesome and we were able to take an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and cocktails without needing a car! I HIGHLY recommend the Dunn Inn 2 and can't wait to visit again!

Love this beach house- it's in a great location. My 3rd time staying. Lots of room for our group! The house is very homey feeling, clean and quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Loved that we could walk and ride bikes to Rosemary and Alys shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

The Dunn Inn 2 is everything you want in a beach house vacay! The floor plan is great, definitely feels like home, and was very clean. We had a wonderful time at Dunn Inn 2 with our family and friends a few weeks ago! The house was clean, spacious and had everything you need for kids and adults including separate living room spaces for kids to game (upstairs) and adults to relax (downstairs). There was parking for 2 bigger cars (maybe 3 small) at the house but plenty of parking for others in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and biking the neighborhood. It was great that the house came with adult bikes so we only had to rent kids bikes. The 30A Beach Girls were also awesome to work with. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Dunn Inn 2 is the perfect, upscale beach getaway spot! I've been lucky enough to stay there in more than one occasion and I honestly can say there's nothing I'd change. Accommodations are spacious and you don't feel cramped, even with a large quantity of guests. Close enough to EVERYTHING I want to do; dining, ocean, and shopping are just a quick bike ride or walk away!

LOVE everything about this house! The layout is so open and spacious. Love that every bedroom has its own bathroom and it is perfect for families that vacation together with the enormous bunk room! HUGE plus were the bikes that are included! Saved us from having to rent bikes for the kids. The location is perfect...we were able to walk to Rosemary or to Alys and it's such an easy walk to the beach as well if you choose not to take the shuttle. Beautiful home and perfectly decorated, making us feel at home. Love it!!

Spent an awesome weekend at Dunn Inn 2 for a girls tennis weekend! The house is beautiful and laid out perfectly for a large group or multiple families! Living space is large and comfortable and beds are amazing! Super clean and perfectly located to beach and all the fun 30a has to offer! I will definitely be back to Dunn Inn 2!!!

Enjoyed my first girls trip in this amazing house. I felt right at home the minute I walked in. Bed was comfortable, excellent furnishings through out and tons of space for everyone. I will definitely be back!

The property was immaculate and true to the photos. The beds and linens were comfortable and great quality. Hollie & Heidi were helpful and prepared us for ease and use of all amenities in the home and area. The house is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood and easy access to visit all the 30a tourist spots, the house is close to the pool and beach. The house was equipped with plenty of bath and pool towels and plenty of extra's such as laundry detergent, soap, coffee and the most amazing decadent welcome cookies! We will book this home again.
