Wonderful vacation..... There's no trash bin on site, instead haul trash across courtyard to dumpster behind fence.

We use to own a property 4 years ago about quarter mile down into Sunnyside. If you love plenty of space on the beach and not as much noise than far east side, then you will love this place. Rooms and house are very spacious as well. Inlet beach and 30A about 5 miles away. Will be back.

Nice and comfy for family. 2 minutes to the beach. Ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. Clean and well appointed. Garage had lots of beach and pool supplies and equipment. Bring your beach towels. Few negatives. Kitchen sink soap would have been nice, and a high chair, too. King beds springs squeaky enough to wake you up when you turn over. Ice maker stopped working after first day. Narrow staircases could use a second handrail for older guests. Tub drain plugs faulty. No grab bars in any of the showers. 3rd floor common sink slow drain did not respond to Draino. Overall 3.75 stars for the cost of $675 per day after all the taxes and fees. Not unhappy. Family made the trip a success.

Our family enjoyed the townhouse. There was lots of room for our family of 6 adults.
The beach access was right across the street and the pool in the back yard area which was shared.
Time flys when having fun at the beach so we really hated to have to leave after our week stay!

The property was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. In a great location. Far enough from Pier Park to not have constant traffic but close enough to get there pretty quick. Best part is it is steps to the beach! We walked back and forth several times a day. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful. Honestly the pictures did not do it justice. However there was a property owner that actually lived in the connected unit that was not renter friendly at all. He would purposefully impede or block the driveway entrance to this unit. When I asked him to have either his guest or him move the vehicle for us to clear the vehicles he was hostile about the matter and made sure to tell me he was an owner and not just a renter. I did report the matter to management and they did all they could to make my family and I comfortable for the remainder of our stay. Just watch out for this guy and his shenanigans.

We really loved our stay at this location!! The kitchen was well stocked! We loved the location and the Beach is just out the front door and across the street. The kids loved the pool and the grassy yard area was perfect for a little game of football or tag! I can’t say enough about how pleased we all were!! The master suites are hard to choose from when picking out your bedroom! Decor was perfect. Easy check in and hosts were so incredibly helpful and just a text away!! Everything was PERFECT!! Thanks for letting us stay!!

The home was very nice but we had a few problems while we was there. The stove went out while we were cooking breakfast so we had to cook our food in the microwave. The furniture in the living room is so nasty we couldn't
believe a house that nice would have so dirty furniture . I must say that that they did send someone to look at the stove that afternoon. Overall everything else was good.

Chose this property for this years family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our party had 4 adults and6 teenage girls and my wife and I still had plenty of privacy. Location is convenient and has very short walk to the beach. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The property was exactly as described, and larger than expected. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the outdoor space as well as the updates throughout.

What can I say... I never enjoyed the beach, but my wife loves it. The location was 100 yards and my feet were in the sand. Pictures were spot on for every room, everything was exceptionally clean. The only minor hiccups we encountered was waited on a propane tank for a day, so the T-bones had to wait and couldn't get the WIFI to work but that was called out in the information page, Other than that it was perfect. Will definitely be a return customer. If the wife wants to go.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is beautiful, clean, comfortable and very well equipped! Awesome find for a last minute switch after Hurricane Sally hitting Gulf Shores!
