Good location, renovated room, quick responses from staff..... though some responses were never fulfilled.

A lot of issues with the renovated room. Some things were never fixed/addressed by staff

Nothing.

Dirty with hair everywhere. So much dust behind the tv. Tv remote did not work. The power outlets were in the most ridiculous places. The room had no outlet besides behind the tv. Stains on blanket. Walls and door frames and furniture were falling apart was not “renovated” if was then it was poorly done. Elevator had 2 puddles of dog piss. Same thing the next morning in the elevator. No shampoo only body soap. They get you in by the low price then they hit you with fees then a $100 security deposit you won’t see for 2 weeks(5-10 business days.) if I would have known it was going to be that much of a hassle and such low quality from furniture to cleanliness to everything I would have had a much better stay at any other hotel here.

Everything was comfortable, and quiet.

For the price I paid, I would have expected more.

It was fairly clean and in a decent location/ neighborhood!

Poorly furnished. Bedroom had no bedside table(s) overhead fan only worked with the light on( impossible to use when sleeping) as a result bedroom stuffy even with air running and set low. Other room too cold as a result. Room supposed to sleep 6 but only three bowls, all spoons were huge. Coffee maker tiny. TV in bedroom not hooked up so useless! Unable to lock door from inside so not safe! This room seemed like someone’s after thought! Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to anyone!

Dishes in the dish washer. Sinks not clean. Advertised as 2 bedroom but actually one bed in an enclosed room and one in the living space. Credit card charged $50 damage deposit which is still showing on my charges.

The location was good and the rooms were clean.

The upstairs appartment was pretty noisy jumping around. The fans could not be run without the light on and the enclosed bedroom got pretty warm.

Great location, and good value! The kitchenette was perfect, and the unit was clean and comfortable. The Roku worked well for us since we mainly watch streaming TV.

Just a few dusty spots and the walls were thin. The unit was also pretty warm.

it is very confusing with the 2 simultaneous businesses. the people who wrote me throughout the stay never answered my questions. honestly it would have been better if they didn’t write because it’s insulting to be told that they would look into it with no actual intention. in particular the fans being connected to the lights was annoying. the room has no light other than attached to the fan. no way to choose one or the other. during our stay there were 3 fire alarms (in the first 24 hours), 2 arrests, 3 evictions, and the laundry room was locked for 48 hours with no staff when the technicians showed to repair it. all for a 2 day conference leaving the premises unattended. several people showed up and found rooms were not ready and no staff would respond on any app. i watched 3 families cancel their stay because of the conference.
