The location is great and the property management is responsive if you need to contact them. The size of the unit can’t be beat.

The comfort is not the same as staying in a hotel. There is no housekeeping so if you run out of something or need something, you will have to ask. The furniture is falling apart and the bedding was stained and of poor quality. The floor was so dirty that it stained our feet black and I mopped the floor myself because it felt terrible to walk on. I’ve stayed here many times over the years and it’s gone into major disrepair and lacking basic cleanliness.

It doesn’t sleep six. The mattress for the couch was ridiculous and not usable.

Price for a place big enough for my family was great.

I was given the wrong key code. Fortunately, I arrived shortly before the office closed and they gave me access. The flush handle on the toilet was broken. The water connection to the toilet was leaking. No plug for the bathtub. The layout was unusual, it was more like a one bedroom with another bed in the living room.

Apartment was in need of a lotof repairs. Homeless persons wandering around the property. Entry doors to the building complex found left open on many occaisions.
