We had a great time! Loved the spaciousness of the home, the bikes and access to beach and other activities!

Very nice neighborhood and home. The home is clean and spacious with everything you need. Very nice community pool a short walk away. The beach is a little longer walk than the pool, but you can ride the tram if you need to. The beach is very crowded in the morning and early afternoon.

This was a wonderful house for my family and I to stay at. Everything was so clean, nice size rooms and bathrooms. It was the perfect spot for shopping, restaurants and beach time. We will definitely be coming back.

We had the BEST time at Charlotte’s Gift! The house is incredible- amazing layout for 3 adults and 2 kids! We all had so much room to roam! The location could not be beat!! Walking distance to EVERYTHING- the pool, the beach, restaurants and shops! The neighborhood was so beautiful and quiet! We absolutely loved it! Only complaint (if I had to find one) is the house being built across the street. The front patio and balcony was not enjoyable during the day when the workers were there- it was somewhat loud, but they left at a reasonable time and the evenings were pleasant!

We enjoy the community and this house in particular. It’s nice having beach towels and beach accessories. Everything we needed was there.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! This house easily accommodated 3 couples and our 3 children under 2. Very clean and close proximity to beach, restaurants, and shops. Alice was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We had an issue with the cable/internet and garbage disposal during our stay and she was quick to fix both issues! Thank you again for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

This home is as advertised and spacious. The property manager was spot on if anything occurred that needed to be corrected which was only issue but what rate this house a five star.

We had a very enjoyable week at SeaCrest Beach staying at Charlotte’s Gift. The house is well maintained, nicely equipped and stocked. The property manager was super responsive to all messages and the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

In the back of the neighborhood and a short ride to the beach by shuttle - the shuttle picks you up outside.

Looked even Better than the pictures!! I would have liked more cookware. Also the microwave would run when the door was shut but otherwise it was fabulous.

Everything was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with essentials (which most properties do not include)! We have stayed other places there and this is the best we’ve been! 5 stars all around!

This is our second time staying at Charlotte’s Gift. This house is so comfortable and perfect for our family, including our furry child. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. We enjoyed the bicycles and walking in the neighborhood. We hope to return soon.

Had a wonderful week at our rental. House was very clean, loved all the decks, loved riding bicycles and beds were all very comfy. Loved having a grill to cook outside and the huge smart tv was a plus. Alice the property manager was very quick to respond to all questions and issues. We had some loud neighbors partying over 2 nights that kept our grand babies awake and we alerted Alice and she took care of it right away and no more issues. You definitely need to take the shuttle to the beach for it wasnt a quick walk and there are many stairs down to the beach that we struggled with being older. Overall we loved the house, location, being allowed to bring our pup and Alice the property manager.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The house was clean,bright, airy and nice touches done to it. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very flexible. We are looking forward to returning next year,

This house was perfect for my husband and I and friends from southern Florida. Beds were comfy. Living area spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Everyone had their own bathroom. Everything you need is supplied! Great location near the back of the neighborhood. A shuttle takes you to the beach. Highly recommend.

Our overall experience was great. The neighborhood, the environment, the visiting neighbors — all top notch! The house is lovely. Enough room for all. Love the separate porches! The only issue we experienced were dirty/stained linens on the beds. Very very disappointing and uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a relaxing time.

We absolutely enjoyed our time! The house was so comfortable for all of us, super clean, and easy for our beach vacation.:)

What a great home to enjoy my family at Thanksgiving. We walked around Seacrest and Rosemary, enjoyed bike rides and holiday festivities. This home was comfortable for all and Alice was great to work with.

The property is located in a very mice area. Plenty to do and beach is within walking distance Also , restaurants and shopping close by. The house has great decks to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon / evening cocktails! We will stay here again if we come back to this area!

The home was beautiful and spacious. It was well stocked and the smart TVs were a great addition. It was also great for our pet as she was met with a large dog bed and treats. Our family enjoyed our time in this home. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful communication from booking all the way through checkout. The house is beautiful, in a prime location for all 30A has to offer, and is well stocked with all necessities plus extra comfort items. We had a slight issue with the A/C and had instantaneous response from the property manager and communication from the owner, and a complete fix within hours. The community is picturesque and has an incredible pool complete with a poolside grill that we enjoyed nearly as much as the pristine beach that was a very reasonable walk away, even with a four and one year old in tow. We will definitely be visiting Charlotte’s Gift again!

We found this wonderful house while finding ourselves on a sudden evacuation and I cannot speak highly enough of this rental. I loved everything about it. Not only was it extremely clean and well appointed, but it was also spacious and perfectly located! I honestly wish we could have stayed much longer. Each room was so comfortable and the main living was literally perfect. I loved the kitchen and all of the balconies! This place is absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would recommend staying here!!! Alice, the property manager was also an absolute gem and communicated so well with us. We are so grateful Charlotte’s Gift exists! Can’t wait to get back.
