location and comfort

There was an incident and we were kicked out. My property was gone through and They were negligent and allowed my property to be stolen. They have cameras someone should have been able to something. Purses shoes that were in boxes stolen.

I loved the room, the cleanliness, the staff are awesome!

Location

High noise level starting around 5:00am each morning, people walking down hall and in rooms.

It was modern, and I did like the extra security door before getting on the elevators. Good location. Easy check in and out. The room rate was good.

Many things factor on why I will look elsewhere next time. 1- walls are thin. Could hear my neighbors on top and beside us way too often and it was loud. 2- parking was atrocious. One night we had to leave our car with the people we were visiting and get an Uber because of no parking. The large work trucks took up way too many spots. 3- Bed too high and room didn't have comfortable seating. 4- room itself was a tad small. One side of the bed didn't have a bedside table and it was too close to the wall for a 2nd person.

Staff was great. Made me feel at ease. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water dispenser was nice.

Fire alarm went off in the first floor. I got to use the general wifi, but if each room had it's own wifi, i was not able to figure it out.

We are displaced for a moment so having laundry facilities is definitely a plus. and the machines are not expensive. if you download the laundry app, they’ll give you $5 towards your laundry!

i don’t like that the wifi isn’t unlimited. With employees and kids doing work and school remotely because of the pandemic, I can’t have connectivity issues. they give you 3 devices per room. and the catch to that is how many megabytes you’re using. We have two devices connected and the system keeps telling us we’ve reached our limit. A hotel should have unlimited wifi. The ad says they do, I even called to make sure, but they don’t.

the friendliness

How the night staff likes to party at night, the lobby often smells like weed, and little kids are running around at wee hours in the morning.

The staff were very helpful and resolved any issues we had during our stay. The hotel also has a gym that made it convenient to work out. Lastly, the free parking nice and there were always plenty of parking spots available.

The gym was a bit small and too hot for an intense workout. It also would be nice if the hotel provided other amenities like lotion, paper towel, etc.

the location was perfect for visiting family nearby

we often struggled with the key card working. had to attempt several times before opening any doors. the front desk being closed often caused us to just do without.

Dirty dishes when I checked in room.

Hotel was Clean and so were the grounds. The staff was professional.

No ice machines. You have to buy pots and pans and dishes for the kitchen area.

The decorations granite countertops , the floors and cabinets .

The sound proofing was not good you can here everything From your neighbors taking a shower to walking and coughing Upstairs downstairs and on you sides sound proofing definitely needs improvement!!!!!!

This hotel is fairly new and therefore clean.

High bed, too soft mattress, polyester sheets.Room too humid. PTAC a/c doesn't dehumidify. Residents congregating in groups with pickup truck tailgate down and folding chairs in the parking lot. Children running in parking lot. Very close to freeway w/ a lot of traffic noise. Thin walls and floors. King Kong must've been living in unit above me. Too many dogs.

The hotel is good and clean

The service is very bad, the house cleaning not coming every day, also no equipment in the kitchen if you want do something!

The rooms are fire🔥🔥the staff are great and I the fact that there’s a stove in the room mannn thats lit😎

You can hear your neighbors next door.

Front desk lady was a rock star

Would be nice if they picked a shower curtain that was designed to keep the water from shower near the tub. Spent 4 days mopping up the water after each shower. They accept dogs we didn’t have one with us but must have had one in the room previously.
