clean, quiet, well maintained; but above all it has EV charging. This was our main reason for choosing this property. The stations are conveniently located; included are one Tesla station and two standard stations. We visit family regularly and have stayed at other properties. We are pleased that the EV “filter” brought us to the Holiday Inn because it is preferable to the other places we have stayed in Wooster.

The food at the morning “continental breakfast” could have been better.

The hotel was very clean. The pool was warm.

No hot tub. The hotel was a bit chilly. Staff wasn't very friendly.

I had juice, they were out of oj, so I had cranberry.

We were changed to a second room because there was a leak around the toilet. The second room also was leaking around the bottom. There was no wax seal on either toilet in either room.

room was dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty. I was going to set on the chair but I think there were dogs in this room who slept on the chair. Absolutely dirty. I have never had a room at the Holiday Inn like this ever..

This room needs a deep cleaning.
