There wasn't enough butter for the toast and some yoghurt would have been appreciated, otherwise fine.

we couldn't find the wheelie bin to empty the inside rubbish bin, we thought staying 2 nights using the same towel was hard so maybe next time put extra towels in the rooms

We had a great stay - we visited as a couple with my mum so having the self-contained rooms meant we both had the privacy we needed. We really appreciated the wonderful coffee in the morning which we drank whilst watching some rabbits hop about the garden! Blissfully quiet but close enough to town for anything we needed.

We struggled to get the TV to work despite following instructions but in the end we chromecast Netflix so it was no problem!

The host was very friendly and has awesome communication. The property is not too far from the shops within Havelock North. The property is clean, tidy and hidden in amongst the hills and trees. It was good to have breakfast cereals, bread, coffee and milk available on arrival, thank you. Awesome for our team while we are in the Bay for work.

Nothing that we didnt like, we loved the property and stay.

Comy 2-bedroom house in quiet garden setting. A 5 minute drive into Havelock North, so easy to access restaurants, cafes, Te Mata Peak, Napier, wineries (we went to Craggy Range and Church Road) and Cape Kidnappers. Excellent wifi. We stayed (two couples) for 2 nights. The re: 2 bedrooms both have ensuites and are on the ends of the house, with the living space in the middle, and a large deck too.

It was all good.

Lovely stay in Havelock North. Very peaceful spot. Nice bathrooms and I liked the 4 burner gas hob and full size oven. Great small house design.

It's going to be great when you get the heat pump in! The heater works well but is bit fiddly to get going.

The outlook was amazing. The coffee was beautiful.

It was cold. The heatpump wasnt working and trying to figure out the heaters/dehumidifiers in the bedrooms was difficult. It would have been good to have some instructions.

The location is superb, quiet, birds twittering. The cottage is very new with a lovely view of the grounds and surroundings. A lovely place to chill out. When the sun is out the room is very warm and lovely.

The heating is not good. Whilst there is a floor type heater provided it is insufficient and not easy to use for us oldies. We found it cold in the mornings which was disappointing.
