My fiancé and I came to stay for the night so we could attend the TPC Sawgrass golf tournament and it exceeded our expectations! Carol and Steve were super responsive to all my questions leading up to the event and upon arrival, we had personalized messages in the room to welcome us. This will certainly be a place we look to rebook whenever we want to come up to Ponte Vedra!

This efficiency has everything you need including a nice welcome gift of wine ! Bed is comfy, space is clean and well provided for. Would definitely return when next in the area. Thank you to wonderful hosts.

A wonderful place to stay. Parking is a little challenging, but once you’re in, it’s great. Private, quiet, close to everywhere I wanted to go. Charming! It would be nice to have a little more flexibility checking in. I left by 8 in the morning, but wanting to get in a little earlier. Rules are rules, I understand. If you book, you will be delighted.

The Studio is spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. My husband was able to remote work each morning using the wifi.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here. Carol and Steve were very kind and gracious hosts. It was my birthday and Carol left me a sweet note in the room. The location in the back of the house was nice and quiet. The location of the property was close to the Concert Hall I was going to and MANY great restaurants. Very clean, labeled, and well-explained. I will definitely stay here again for my next concert ;)

The space was exactly the right size to meet my needs and was close to where I needed to be every day. I felt right at home working during the day from the bay window overlooking the secluded backyard.

Carol and Steve are an awesome couple and very accommodating! My stay at their studio was heavenly. They put an extra touch into everything they do to provide peace, beauty and tranquility. If I could give give more than 5 stars, I would!!!!

Very clean and inviting with some very special touches upon arrival. Perfect location to go to a concert at Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. Very comfortable and quiet location. Anything you need is nearby. Hosts are friendly and helpful but not overly intrusive. The only suggestions I would make would (as a former Risk Manager) would be to change the bathroom rug to a non-skid one and re-think the pathway from the stairs to the driveway; we mis-stepped a couple times coming off the last step. But overall...5 plus stars! We would highly recommend.

This charming property is a quiet, private getaway in a very desirable location. We walked up the lush, tropical path, entered the suite and found a bottle of chilled wine, fresh-cut flowers and a (flameless) candle waiting for us! It's well equipped and stocked with generous supplies. Our host left clear, thorough instructions for everything and made excellent dining recommendations. We'll be back!

This vacation rental surpassed our expectations. So easy to communicate with the hosts and the room is spacious, immaculate and homey al in one. Very private and quiet located on the backside of the hosts home. The backyard is very tropical and adds to the ambiance just off your own private deck. Small kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, microwave and an ice maker. Arrived to find an ice bucket with a bottle of wine with flowers setting on a tray in the bed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. They obviously set the bar high for others. Make the reservation and enjoy your stay!!!

Overall - unit itself is wonderful, owners were SUPER responsive and very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We would rent from them again in a heartbeat! The unit was perfect! The condo was VERY well equipped. I can't think of any amenities that were not provided by the owners. The owner's themselves were terrific and returned our call almost immediately regarding e-mails while traveling, and they were on it! An excellent stay!

Loved my stay , peaceful and quiet. Very comfortable and I felt li oh e I was at home immediately. Television was a little difficult to figure out but that’s probably more my fault because I’m kind of a technical dinosaur lol. Definitely will come back in the future.

Natural Florida
Studio Setting was In a Natural Florida atmosphere. Traveling alone my first concern is always safety, this property more than gave you that secure comfortable experience. The Pates are very easy to communicate with, and friendly. Many extras. I felt on Vacation, but at Home.
