This home is exactly as described and even better in person. Check-in was very smooth. The keyless entry was a dream! No problems unlocking or locking the door. The home is clean and not cluttered with a bunch of unnecessary things you sometimes find in a vacation rental. Being from Hawaii we remove our shoes at the door. That is one way you can tell how clean a place is - my feet didn’t get dirty walking around inside the home barefoot. All the little details are there like the bedside phone and watch chargers, night lights, exterior lights come on automatically before dark and plenty nice fluffy towels. We only used the master bedroom and that bed was super comfortable!! Made it hard to want to get out of bed every morning. It was a little chilly during our stay and the heat was just perfect and worked wonderfully to take the chill off and very comfortable at night. Washer and dryer came in handy and worked very well. Driveway parking was a nice clean open space. Kitchen has lots of countertop space and the fridge was nice and clean too. We really liked the long countertop next to the dining room table. We used it to lay out the gifts and souvenirs we bought every day. Jen is a great hostess and truly cares about your comfort and enjoyment of your stay. I would definitely love to stay in this wonderful home again if we came back to the area. Thank you Jen!!!

This is a well-appointed home with ample space, all the amenities, updated appliances, and a beautiful back yard. But the absolute best part of our stay was the courtesy of the hosts. Their response and helpfulness were sensational. As I stated in the title here, five stars aren't a high enough rating for this home and the hosts. How about 10 stars!

Very lovely home. Host was very courteous and replied immediately to our questions. We were in need of an iron and she had one delivered within 45 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Great weekend

This is 3 BR 2 ba home with a nice backyard. We brought our dog. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. It is right behind an Ace Hardware so there is some noise in the morning. There was bath gel and shampoo, laundry detergent and dish soap and a vacuum. There is parking on the driveway and some street parking across the street. The bathrooms are updated and there are lots of towels. There is a large TV in the backyard but we didn't use it. It was very convenient to the fairgrounds where we were competing in a horse show. A Park Pass was available but we didn't use it. We will book again!

Great location

This house was a great location for exploring near Monterey for a long weekend! The Monterey Bay Aquarium, redwoods at Big Sur and Pfeiffer State Park, and the CA-1 coastal drive were all within easy access. We kayaked on Elkhorn Slough (just 15 minutes away) and saw lots of sea otters, harbor seals, and pelicans. Convenient grocery store and shops were nearby and some really good restaurants. The house was exactly as described - very clean, nicely decorated, and really comfortable! The backyard space was beautiful and a wonderful spot to enjoy the amazing weather of the area. We had a little trouble with the front door lock when we arrived, but the owner was very responsive and helped get it resolved right away. I definitely plan to stay here again. We had 4 adults on this trip, but it would be great for families, too. In short, it was wonderful!

Wonderful rental with all amenities provided even a bottle of wine in the fridge and a bottle of cider for our teenager. The hostess, Jennifer, was extremely helpful & made an exception about the use of the garage. We had band equipment on one of our trucks & it needed to be in a protected space. Great experience.

We loved staying in this large, clean, comfortable 3-bedroom home! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the host could not have been more helpful and attentive. The fenced back yard wzs fantastic for our little dog. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful clean house. Great little toys and games to keep our kids occupied during downtime. The weather was a little rainy or we would have spent much more time in the beautifully furnished backyard. Took advantage of free Monterey Bay Aquarium passes which was a full day of family fun just a shirt drive away. Also visited the Martinelli's factory store and a cute apple farm with the most amazing pies. Easy checkin and checkout procedures. Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing long weekend in this lovely house. Everything was very clean and neat. Great communication from the homeowner. Local hiking info and the passes were a great bonus. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well stocked home. It had everything we needed. The outdoor patio and TV area was nice for our family. The master bedroom and bathroom were like a spa retreat! The host was very nice and answered all our questions quickly. We would stay here again without question.

The smart backyard living space is perfect for entertainment, play, and dining. The aquarium tickets and central location made for easy travel to nearby attractions. We will be back!

Amazing home in Watsonville. We have never stayed In Watsonville before, so we weren’t sure what to expect and this home put us at ease. The home is beautiful and the amenities were plentiful. We had so much fun watching the Super Bowl on the patio with the outside TV. Very happy with our stay and the property owners.

From start to finish, this rental was amazing? The communication was immediate and thorough. The home is beautiful inside and out! The backyard is beautifully landscaped with several areas to relax and enjoy good company. The bedrooms are cozy and the decor is very welcoming! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking and serving tools. It was the perfect place to enjoy our mini vacation with family!

Excellent place for a getaway; we will definitely be back. --great host; communicative and there if you need her --home is nicely decorated, SUPER clean and has all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils that you will need. --beds are super comfy; plenty of extra bedding and blankets --strong wi-fi; wireless chargers placed in bedrooms and living room for guests to use and plenty of TV channel options --natural foods grocery store, liquor store, brewery and BBQ restaurant within walking distance --short drive to beaches and sightseeing.

This property was better than described - and no surprises! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for visiting family in Aptos and Watsonville (and local beaches!). The four of us who stayed at the house hosted Thanksgiving. The kitchen was really well stocked and the host provided an extra table and chairs for us to use so that we could accommodate 8 adults. The weather was perfect so we hung out in the backyard for many hours; the backyard is spacious and great for a dog. Jen (the host) was easy to communicate with and responsive (I had a lot of questions regarding kitchen items to avoid traveling with a lot of cookware). I will definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend it to others traveling in the area.

My first time booking a vacation home and definitely did not disappoint. Jen was very easy to work with and gave great recommendations. Their home is simply beautiful with tasteful decoration that made us feel like being in our own home away from home. Super clean and stocked with everything you could need. We wish we could have stayed longer, but for a last minute booking, we were grateful for being able to stay for a few days. Looking forward to our next “stay-cation” with you guys!

My family stayed for 5 days for a coastal getaway before summer ends. The house was perfect! It was very clean, decorated adorably and had everything we needed! The backyard was a great place to enjoy the cool air, and for our pup to run around. The owner, Jennifer, was very communicative and helpful. Location was super central. Will definitely stay again!

The property and layout were perfect for our stay. My in-laws and my family had areas to be apart to give them some space from the grandkids when needed. The hosts were amazing. The home was very comfortable and welcoming. It smelled clean when we walked in! The back yard was perfect for my 2 and 6 year old to run around in. The location was perfect for day trips to Monterey, Santa Cruz, the beach, etc. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because we are a family of bare-footers indoors and our feet were pretty dirty the couple days from the floor/rugs from others wearing shoes inside. This has been a common theme in most rental houses we have stayed in. I usually Swiffer the floors the first night we get there, but the rugs are impossible for me to clean. This host puts extra effort into welcoming guests and it made us feel special. If we ever come back, I would absolutely stay here again.

Jen went above and beyond to ensure me and my family's needs were met. We were in town to attend my cousin's funeral. Jen was very empathetic and helpful. The house was soothing, spacious and kept up. The backyard is a plus. I would definitely book with Jen in a heartbeat.

Our trip to Watsonville was totally enjoyable! Our host Jen, was so helpful and kind with all of our little requests. The house itself was located in a quiet neighborhood and it was fairly easy to find stores and restaurants. I was very impressed with how the house was arranged and organized.
