Schöne Unterkunft, Anlage und Zimmer modern gestaltet

Nur ein sehr kleiner Strand Abschnitt, man konnte nicht so gut baden gehen. Die Lage war zudem sehr abgelegen. Ohne Roller kommt man dort nicht gut weg. Zudem war das Hotel nicht wie auf der Karte angegeben in der Bang Bao Bucht.

Frühstück naja war nichts für uns. Beim Mittagessen Kamm die Vorspeise als letztes . Mein Mann war mit Hauptgang fertig und 10 min später kam erst meins 🤦🏼‍♀️

Modern style of the hotel

From a style perspective this hotel aims for one of the best on koh kood. However, there is a huge lack of service in terms of capability to understand and sense what the customers want. This is shown by e.g., the room service which does not exists except the refillment of the whole minibar eventhough nothing was used. They just hand you over a bag which includes the whole minibar everyday. Thats it with the room service - no house keeping (bed, change of towles, cleaning of bin etc…) were done during our stay This hotel has a huge potential if it improves and trains its staff.

Etwas abgelegen, aber mir dem Scooter ist das kein Problem. Die eigene Bucht ist zum Schwimmen nur bedingt geeignet, da es hier nicht wirklich einen Strand gibt. Allerdings 5min! Fußmarsch weiter, wunderschöner Strand der zum Verweilen einlädt.

A beautiful and luxurious property set in a lovely location. Very good food and service in the restaurant. Great seating areas for relaxing.

For me, as a single traveller, not wanting to hire a motor bike, the location was a bit too remote. Nothing else within walking distance and therefore I was relying on the on site facilities. The swimming pool was lovely, but not really big enough to do much swimming and the sea not that attractive for swimming, particularly as quite a lot of plastic seemed to wash onshore. Therefore, whilst I recommend the hotel for couples wanting a romantic and relaxing break, I felt it was less suitable for a single traveller such as myself. Limited English spoken by the staff

Check-in, maid service, front desk were all substandard. Cramped room with rotting stairs.

The location , the bungalows and the swimming pool

I think the bar is not well used. ( no happy hours) Additionally, we were very much disappointed when we asked the reception to book a taxi to return toBangkok. We asked for a large car, and we got a wreck. The taxi was a very old and accidented Toyota. Thus, the confort was bad and the trip period was longer than normal . The car was not able to go over 80 km/h…Next time, Iwill do it by myself.

Great location. They own beach is small, but 400 meters away is one of the best beaches on island - it is front of another low key resort, but access is public. Great cocktails in bar. Friendly, helpful staff.

Mediocre quality dinner in resort restaurant, but its not a big deal - about 1 km away are plenty of fantastic local restaurants. Isn’t it best way to explore island anyway? Resort staff helps to arrange taxi if you need one, another option is to rent scooter directly at resort.

Hideout Resort is very beautiful and the bungalows are great: Good sized, wonderful beds, nice bathroom and free snacks and soft drinks in the bungalow every day. The breakfast is not very nice. Or that is: Its very asia style. If you are from europa and don't want rice and noodles for breakfast, but want good coffee and good bread and cheese, the breakfast is not very nice. The dinner at the resort is very good. Great thai kitchen! The surroundings are very beautiful and compared to other resorts, the bungalows, the bar and the restaurant is very stylish. Everywhere you go ont the resort the style is repeated. Hideout has kajaks you can borrow for free and snorkeling masks. Scooters can be rented very cheap. The staff is very sweet and helpful.

The beach is not good, but 5 min. walking distance there is a great beach. and you can kajak from the resort to other bounty beaches. The breakfast is not very nice. Or that is: Its very asia style. If you are from Europe and don't want rice and noodles for breakfast, but want good coffee and good bread and cheese, the breakfast is not very nice. I little detail is the lightning in the restaurant and the bar. Its very sharp. And of course its nice that you can see what you are doing, but it would be the final touch to the nice design, if the light could be dimmed a bit and maybe more indirect.

The location was amazing - in fact the most beautiful and mesmerized place I stayed in so far. The interior was very beautiful and modern - everything was just perfectly put together. we had a bungalow at the beach and the view was just so dreamy. We stayed 3 days so it was definitely too short ..

It really looks like the pictures and the rooms were very nice. Payed a lot of attention to detail. There are towels at the pool you can use and the private beaches were cleaned everyday to make it look nice. The milkshakes and smoothies are really nice and the pool is also nice. Food was fine. A lot of places to relax and enjoy the sun/shadow.

The wifi was really bad in our rooms and didn't worked so we had to lay at the pool or restaurant if you want to use the wifi. So a lot of people looking at their phones in the restaurant. Also a lot of people only there to make 'fotoshoots' sometimes a bit annoying. The material to use for kayaking, SUP and snorkeling could use a renew. We went supping and had glass fiber over our bodies. So be aware of that.

Less Hot water availability, No mirror at wash room or hand wash area for shaving / makeups. For each and everything we have to go to one and only one mirror near to the bed.

Very clean well maintained resort. Great staff who made us feel very welcome. The resort caters for small children but does need more baby chairs ( they have 1 only). The breakfast is a buffet style with a selection of thai and western food and pastries. Eggs made to order anyway you like..no bacon!!!! Coffee good. The restaurant has a great chef and is not too expensive..the Thai food is superb. Drinks are pricey 120 baht for a small Singh beer!!! So get your beer at the local shop about 1km down the road( near the small petrol station). You get free snacks everyday and soft drinks plus water and coffee ( instant). The Pool is small but clean with a sort of jacuzzi to the left. It also has a nice shallow end.

The beach is very rocky and so not small child friendly ( good for snorkeling with coral making a comeback!). However the resort next door ( less than 5 mins walk has a beautiful long sandy beach...which saves the day for kids...) you need to hire a scooter about 200 baht a day to get around the island..so you need to be prepared to take you kids on these or rent a taxi (700 baht plus). The rooms really need an outside chair and table on the verandas..At breakfast the tables are not numbered..so keep track of you egg order if its busy!
