No kitchen/ette facility - only kettle and fridge. Codes for doors were annoying but efficient.

The size of the room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well appointed.

More like a motel room rather than an apartment. No window to speak of made it feel very claustrophobic.

Flecken auf dem Teppichboden, keine Möglichkeit, sein Essen einzunehmen, oder abzuwaschen. Die Kochecke war ein Witz. Besonders gestört haben uns die laut schlagenden Türen sowie die ab 8:00 Uhr laut lärmenden Mitarbeiter. Auch gibt es keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Fächer für die Kleidung. Für diesen hohen Preis hätten wir wesentlich mehr erwartet, und wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen!

Lovely apartment in the centre of town with great facilities and a really comfy bed.

The smart lock to enter the apartment didn't work when we arrived and we couldn't get hold of anyone to help us for a little while.

The location was excellent and close to the shops and dining. The room was fitted out beautifully and the tv was large. The internet, when it was working, was fast.

There was no sink other than in the bathroom. There was no window to look out. The room was not serviced at all, even to take out rubbish or replace dirty cups or dishes, since there really wasn't anywhere to clean them ourselves. The wifi stopped working on the last day.

Location within St Helen’s. Close to cafes, restaurants, specialty shops and IGA. Comfortable rooms and secure check in with front door and rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location good. Limited interaction, email and text only, with Emily(manager) was good. She showed good level of customer service.

The limited kitchen facilities were a challenge. Hard to wash up in bathroom basin. No toaster. My wife had an allergic reaction to the smelling "sticks" outside our room and whilst the intention is to make it smell fresh, it had an adverse reaction to her.

Lovely apartment with a gas fire, coffee pods and very comfortable super king bed. Enjoyed the large rainfall shower also. The keypad locks were perfect for a last minute booking.

The single bunk bed in the second room wasn’t comfortable. Best just for kids.

Upon entry we were confronted with overwhelming putrid ‘perfumed’ stench from hidden stink sticks! Now relocated to foyer. Unfortunately ventilation so poor smell impossible to remove. Absolutely not good. Why not use Tasmania’s clean breathable fresh air???

As it was called 'Apartment', I was expecting more of an apartment rather than a room wth a microwave and sandwich maker. So I think the name is a little deceptive.

Exceptional from pre to post check in. Luxurious. High Quality. Ease of entry to the building and our room with detailed correspondence from manager Emily. Thank you so much! So glad we upgraded to the room with the gas fireplace for relaxed, romantic ambience and instant warmth on the one grey day we stayed in with a movie or two 😜 King size divine bed and spacious room that was a struggle to leave after three nights. Fantastic restaurant and well appointed providore just downstairs so if you never wanted to leave you needn't 😂 Quality products and linen. After a over a week on the road the simple ability to use the laundry was a life saver too. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet yet centrally located, walking distance to the St Helens township centre and amenities. Highly recommend 🥂
