Marco Island was beautiful! The house was not far from the beach and had a beautiful pool/hot tub! However, we have had better experiences with prior hosts.The host was a very poor communicator. Let me start by saying prior to my stay I had questions about the stay and an early arrival. The host was delayed by weeks before responding. Finally, a couple days before the stay she responded that we could arrive early and arrival instructions would be sent the morning of. She also informed us that the dryer was broken and a part would come in by Wednesday. We arrived on a Sunday at around 2 pm. No instructions were sent and we waited in the driveway. I sent a message via the App with no response so I called the host. She said she was in Disney about to get on the monorail and already sent the instructions. Basically she acted as if I was bothering her. She did give me the garage door code and we were able to get in. Later on the App she said she thought she sent the instructions. Overall, I would would recommend new cleaning staff for future customers. The cabinets were dirty and carpets were old. We actually swept the floor and ran the sweeper in every room and took trash out from the previous renter. Then at the end of our stay we were told we left some trash and this would come out of our deposit. Some of which belonged to the previous guest! I sent my rebuttals to this and questioned what would be taken from our deposit. We still haven’t heard back?

This is the perfect house for a family vacation. There is so much space for a large group. The house has everything you need. Close proximity for walks to the beach and everything you need. It’s a beautiful home and the best part is the owners are the friendliest and easiest to work with. They were awesome and very accommodating with our travel schedules. We will definitely be back. Had a great stay with the family. It’s an amazing house. Very clean. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was perfect. Walking distance to the beach with strollers and chairs. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely come back again. Probably this January Thank you

The house and accommodations were wonderful! There were 10 of us total and plenty of room. The grandkids (ages 4, 6, 7, 8) loved the pool and the walk to the beach was very easy for all. There were also some good restaurants that were walkable too. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 7 days. It was our first time on Marco Island. This was an amazing time away from the cold and snow of MN. We explored, walked, swam and ate so much food. Kitchen was well equipped, had a few spices and nothing in the fridge for condiments. Owners responded to any questions we had in a resonable time frame. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for three couples and room enough for one more. We wish we could have stayed longer. The patio area was mostly protected from sun so you could enjoy time outside and not get burnt - that happened easily at the beach :). Fish markets had great fresh fish. Kirk Fish Co on Goodland had the best ever crab cakes. Every meal we ate out was so yummy. We would highly recommend staying at this home. We will again if Marco calls our name again soon.

Terrific communication with homeowners. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, and more. Four full baths is perfect for larger groups. Comfortable beds. Washer & dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Fishing in the backyard. Bikes/ beach gear in the garage. I could go on and on… Great rental property on beautiful Marco Island!!

This home is excellent

Great very well equipped house, nice pool to relax in during the hot afternoon and close to the beach. Everything you need for the beach, chairs, toys for the children and carts to wheel everything there.. A pleasant 9 minute to the beach. Highly recommended. Philip

Four couples total stayed at this home and it’s better in person. The location was perfect…a quick walk to the beach and ice cream, and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The two fridges (one in the garage) and loads of beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, beach carts were a nice touch. The owners were responsive and helpful. Great stay overall! Be sure to check out Paddle Marco, Tigertail Beach, and the JW Marriott at sunset for the fire dancer.

Our family had a great week staying at Abbeville. The Kastings and their home were accommodating to our large family. The house was very clean, well stocked with beach/pool supplies, and was in an excellent location for beach and restaurant access. We hope this property is available for future vacations! Highly recommend: pinchers and snook inn!

Our big family group loved our stay. The home was beautiful and so well stocked with everything you could ever need. The owners were helpful and responsive with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Kids loved the pool & the walk to the beach was easy. Loved that the house had chairs, wagons etc to use. Would definitely stay again.

My family was down on Maro for a wedding. We opted to rent a home, which was walking distance to the wedding venue (The Hilton). The house had everything we needed and we were in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great place!

We enjoyed this beautiful home!

This was a perfect rental for my family. It was the best stocked rental I have ever had. The house had pack and plays, a high chair, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, toys and plates, paper towels and utensils left from the last renters. It was about an 8 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The only negative it that the back patio is in need of a good power wash. We had a great trip and would rent this home again!

House has good location for walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Kitchen well equipped. Does need a new couch in the living room.

We booked this property for Spring Break and had a wonderful time. It was the perfect size for our party and loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay in this well cared for home

We rented this home for 2 weeks and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The rooms are perfect sized and having a bathroom for every room was a huge plus. The owners were very responsive to our questions which was truly appreciated!! We had 2 little ones with us so having use of beach carts was such a big help in bringing everything down the the beach which was a 10 minute walk. After a day at the beach coming home to a pool and a grill was an awesome way to end the day. We did venture out for 2 meals which was also a short walk away. I would recommend booking this home. You will not be disappointed!!

This is a great house for all ages. Easy walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Pool and spa were wonderful. Loved the layout of the house. Over the course of our stay we had multiple guests & everyone liked it! (The most overnight guests we had at one time was 7 & the most we entertained at once was 10 …. Huge area available when the doors to the lanai are opened…. So we never felt crowded) The washer and dryer were amazing, as was having an additional refrigerator in the garage. This was an in season stay so the cleaning service has little time between guests and the owners aren’t local, so if you are extra picky like me - use the cleaning supplies that are available or buy some at the nearby Publix…. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was simply beautiful, tastefully decorated. House had that clean feel when you entered. Owners responded quickly to all of our questions. We left a piece of carry-on and they overnighted it to us within the hour of us calling. If you have a chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Stayed with 3 adult couples. Place was fully stocked with everything you needed and then some. Great having 4 bathrooms with the 4 bedrooms. Only downside was the ice maker didn't work but they had plenty of ice made for us in advance. Very nice pool and hot tub which we used nightly. Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We would stay there again!

House has a great layout and location. We had a perfect day at Tiger tail beach thanks to the beach cart and chairs in the garage. House had everything and more!

We rent on Marco Island often. This is definitely one of the best rentals we’ve had. Great communication with owners, home was well appointed, very comfortable for a family of 7. Location was ideal for beaches, restaurants and shopping. Pool was so warm which has, in our experience, been hit or miss with rental homes. Look forward to renting here again.

We were very happy with the house, especially the 4 baths and six TVs. Our granddaughters loved the pool, convenient to everything we needed, 10 min. walk to beach & sunsets. (Bike tires could use inflating.)

The house was as described from the minute we entered the house everything was great. We enjoyed exploring Marco Island and the beach was a super easy walk as well as shops and restaurants were a easy walk. Enjoyed just having a cocktail by the pool everyday. Would return and recommend this property.

Kelsey's property fit all of our needs. Very comfortable and spacious for 8 adults. Each couple took advantage of separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The pool and spa was clean and relaxing. The poolside basketball hoop was a huge hit and offered tons of fun. We enjoyed the convenience of the close proximity to dining options, shopping, & the beach. Would definitely recommend this Marco Island property! My friends and I will most certainly be returning!!
