Outdoors you will find a propane grill and a 20 lb tank(for a fee), 4 outdoor chairs, outdoor rug, outdoor garbage can. I will drop off the rig, set it up completely with slides out, chairs available, grill (grill is extra fee) and everything ready for you to just arrive and start your vacation. Then I'll take over after your vacation is completed and pack it up, disconnect and haul back to storage ( I do not allow anyone to move the rig). Delivery only please. No pick ups. I charge min of 250 for that service up to 20 miles of Houghton Lake, then 4$/mile. Prefer to keep it under 60 miles, but will try to accommodate. Please ask resort or park for a level site if possible, pull through a plus and full connections a major plus for both of us. (Cost you less and you have unlimited water and sewer, showers and water) Please limit the amount of people to 6 staying in the rig. You mush have an electric 30 amp site (or a generator with same amps) that’s somewhat level and can accommodate a 35’ travel trailer. The camp ground reservation desk can tell you.
