The condo was wonderful. It has two very spacious balconies and we enjoyed watching the sun set over the ocean. The condo is very well furnished. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware and dishes needed if you are interested in cooking. The owners thought of everything - beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, etc. The beach is a 5-10 minute drive, and we never had an issue finding parking right along the beach. Flamingo Beach is peaceful and absolutely beautiful!

Everything about this property was amazing, the view, the location, the cleanliness and attention to detail. We absolutely loved staying here and hopefully can do it again. Maria was a great host and promptly addressed any issues we had, which were very few. The check in process was stressful, but once we got that figured out, our stay couldn’t have been better.

Property was everything and more then we were told. Great location and the view was amazing. Perfect place to see a sunset. We could walk to the beach and the location was great.

Wonderful views, great layout of unit, very nice extras (beach chairs, umbrella, water toys, cooler) made our stay fantastic.

We loved having coffee on the deck listening to the howler monkeys and enjoying the beautiful view. Great condo - great location -close to beaches. Wonderful pool - we were visited by a very large iguana - fun! Exceeded our expectations. Thank you for sharing Sea View Play :-)

Spectacular view!! Very nice and clean. Drive up to property a little scary at first but got easy.

We loved this condo. It’s super clean and well maintained and had everything we needed (and so much more! The snorkel gear, beach towels, umbrella, beach totes and coolers were a HUGE help!). Everything is as listed but you really can’t explain or fully capture that view online- in person is the only way and I highly recommend them from Sea View Play! You get a view of two different beaches and the jungle between them. At night we saw fireflies and during the day we watched the whales jump right from the balcony. We only had two nights but would have loved to stay longer. The drive up was a little crazy and even the drive to town had us driving through a river (ok probably a stream but I’m an American so I’ll exaggerate a bit-also there was another way to town but Google maps took us the back way), but what an experience and it was worth it for the sunset at the end of the day! Thank you for having us! Pura Vida! We love Costa Rica!

Very nice and clean condo with amazing views. All of the beach items you could need were provided along with nice kitchen appliances. The deck was just fantastic. Very comfortable place. The welcome book was extremely helpful with beach info, restaurants, etc. One word of caution, the drive up is a little treacherous during rainy times. We are accustomed to Costa Rica roads, but newcomers might have an issue. We really enjoyed our stay.

This condo has an incredible view and despite the rain and high hill to climb to get to the condo it is more than worth it! Very short drive to the beach. Wish we had more than two nights here. It was worth every penny.

The Sea View Play condo was incredible!! It had everything we needed from comfy beds, cooking supplies, and all the equipment necessary for a great day at the beach. Maria was extremely helpful and responded timely to every question we had. We would all love to come visit again and will recommend this spot to all.

Great place with an amazing view. Super well maintained and well appointed property. They have thought of everything! Really comfortable beds. And THE VIEW - Absolutely priceless!!!! The only negative, and it's not a big deal if you know what to expect, is that the property is at the top of a very steep hill. You are definitely not going to be walking to dinner; however, we went on a sunset cruise and the company (Lazy Lizard) picked us up no problem. Our non-4WD vehicle had a tiny bit of trouble with the loose dirt. We were thankful it didn't rain much when we were there.

In July of 2021 I started looking for a perfect place to spend a month and connected with Maria who responded immediately. We went ahead and booked and counted the days for our arrival. This property is exactly as listed..very beautiful, with amazing sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with all a person needs. A rental car is necessary but we found the location for us was exactly what we were looking for. Maria was so helpful whenever I reached out with inquiries or concerns. This is a wonderful condo property that three of us shared. The position of the property is stunning on top of a cliff overlooking the Brasilito bay or which the main bedroom has a complete view of. The second bedroom has it's own balcony and bathroom enjoying views to Playa Flamingo. Our rep was great with all the check in information and responded immediately with any queries. The property has a couple of pools which were small but great. We were there just prior to Xmas break so not many people were there. This is really the only minor drawback of this property is that is isn't located within 'easy' walking distance of anything. To get to Playa Flamingo or Brasilito the other side you have a decent up and down trek over the peninsula - if you're the active type - no problem and it would take you 20-30 mins. I do say this is a MINOR drawback though and arguably it's a lot quieter from being away from the road. For us it was perfect but we had a car. The condo itself was very clean, had everything you could possibly need, laundry and kitchen was nicely equipped and should cover anything you need. There is a stack of great places to eat close by to fit all budgets and tastes. The view on the large balcony is the feature of this property. It's unbeatable unless you're paying thousands extra. Stunning, uninterrupted view sunsets every night. If you're looking for somewhere to use as a base, to chill and watch the sun go down and wildlife in the bay.....this is the one.

This condo has one of the most spectacular views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. Sitting on the deck in the evenings, watching the sun set is magical. Our second time here and we can't imagine a better place to stay in Costa Rica. This was our 5th time in Costa RIca, we have been on both coasts, up and down, in the middle of the country, and this to us is paradise.. Thank you to Maria who greets us and answers all our questions promptly. The condo is equipped with everything you need -- beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Great, and very clean property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and in Costa Rica. We loved it so much we're already planning our next trip back in this same condo. The view from the balcony is so relaxing, we loved sipping Costa Rican coffee with the beautiful view each morning and loved our evening sunset watching from the balcony. The unit is perfectly appointed. It's well-decorated and the owners thought of everything. We had beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and even toys/things to do on the beach! We've never had these items provided with any rental we've ever had. The kitchen offered everything we needed and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The area around the condo was outstanding. We enjoyed spending time at both pools. They would be great for families with small kids as there are shallow areas of the different depths of the infinity pools that would be great for all ages of kids. Flamingo Beach is only 5 mins away and was our favorite beach. There's so much to do in the area, we enjoyed a sailing trip, a guided hike to 2 waterfalls, multiple fantastic restaurants, massages on the balcony of the condo and several relaxing days on the beach. We can't wait to return again in the next year!

What an amazing trip! We traveled to playa flamingo, flamingo towers and stayed for 7 nights in unit 13. We had 4 adults in our group and fit perfectly. We could have easily taken our two children and put them on the couch or had a slumber party on the floor in either bedroom! There was plenty of extra bedding to make any situation work. The condo is on the 2nd floor with easy elevator and stair access. We only took the elevator with our luggage and would exit right by the condo door. We took the stairs right next to the elevator every other time. The condo sits on the very end of the upper unit of the two buildings. The main patio on the side facing the water is huge and outfitted with 6 comfy chairs, two ottomans and a fan, which makes it perfect for lounging any time of the day with a killer sunset view from the patio (which can be accessed from the master or the living area). We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the waves below. The other patio faces the other direction off the guest bedroom door, which is great for sunrise views. The condo sits at the top of a huge hill, so our rental car was a nice addition. I would recommend getting a rental car so you can easily explore surrounding towns and restaurants. A grocery store is just down the hill and around the corner. Nothing is really within walking distance, but with a car, you wouldn’t want to walk anyway. We easily visited conchal beach, tamarindo beach, las Catalinas and flamingo beach. We took a great guided hike from “goose”, who was recommended to us by the condo owner. She was also great to recommend a contact for a sailboat cruise and local restaurants. We had to reach out to the property manager one day when we blew a fuse and maintenance was there quickly and got it fixed with no incident. The unit is decorated so great! Original Costa Rican art hangs on the walls along with some personal touches. It was VERY clean and fresh! You can tell it is taken care of and loved. The condo is outfitted with everything you need for a wonderful stay! The Wi-Fi works great and the tv has access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. Before checking out, I checked the tags on the pillows and mattress, since they were so comfy! We will definitely stay at this condo again and will bring our 6 and 9 year old children next time. They want to swim in the two pools at the condo and see the howler monkeys who live in the trees next to the condo!!!

We had a great experience at this property! It is beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed, including beach towels, beach umbrella, and hair dryers. It was great to not have to pack these items. The views were spectacular and the grounds and pools were very well kept. The location was close to the bank, convenience stores, and many restaurants. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, the owner is helpful and responds fast to requests. The property is safe and secure.Most importantly, the unit itself has amazing views, privacy, quiet, and all the extra touches you need to have a relaxing beach holiday. It's clean and in great shape. It's quite nice to have coffee on the balcony in the morning and gaze out at the Pacific Ocean, or at the howler monkeys doing monkey things in the nearby trees. The master bedroom has plenty of room and killer views but the second bedroom also has good square footage, a big balcony, and a great bathroom. Plenty of room for everybody and we never heard any neighbors.The area has lots of quality restaurants and clean sandy beaches. Tamarindo is within easy reach but the immediate area has plenty of options.Highly recommended and I am already planning a return visit.
