The house is in great shape and exceeds the photos in the listing. Jessica was great great to deal with. The beach is a block away which made for some very nice walks.

We had a wonderful vacation to Pismo beach. Staying here was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 5&8 year old) plus my husbands cousin and his two kids. We had plenty of space to chill, rest, eat, watch movies… one day the kids grandparents all came and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax and spend time together. Everything was CLEAN, nicely updated, and felt welcoming. Having the garage space was really helpful. We were able to do laundry and there were tons of extra blankets and pillows- more than we needed. The sand toys were appreciated, one less thing to bring. The kids had so much fun playing at the beach, watching the sunsets, playing board games (we brought some but the house had plenty) and walking to get ice cream and churros. The teenagers did a spa day in Avila, we went to the pier in Pismo, and took our canam out for a couple of days to play in the dunes. The only thing we ran out of time for was the farmers market Thursday in SLO from 6-9pm. It’s supposed to be awesome. We reached out to the host with questions multiple times and they were immediately responsive, so kind and so helpful. We felt the price was a good value and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Clean, comfy, roomy house by the sea. Just bring your food and company, the rest is already there. Plenty of things to do, just use your imagination.

Overall the stay was very nice. House was very roomy and nice. I would recommend it to friends.

We were up for graduation and needed a place to hold grandparents, aunt, cousins, and us. Jessica's place was perfect. There was plenty of room to hang out and everyone got a bed, it was comfy and just what we needed.

A beautiful open concept upper floor to rest, relax, and use a perfect meeting spot for friends and family alike. With large, comfy beds, every convenience of home, and a few added luxuries for vacation, everyone found a restful retreat in Oceano. Literal steps from the beach, this is a perfect spot for family, friends, and relaxing on holiday!!

The house was perfect for our girls gathering. The kitchen and living areas were great and the beds were so comfortable. Loved the location to the beach and the weather was beautiful!

Great location and awesome home fully stocked with everything you can imagine. We would recommend it to anyone who needs a larger place to stay in that area.

The house was super nice to have my bachelorette party at, we got to relax and enjoy the house. Even got to the beach and walk the beach with my sisters and soon to be mother in law and sister in law! We had enough room for everyone and the Wi-Fi was great especially since my older sister and I had homework to do while we were there!

Property was well equity and very comfortable- the neighbors were a little loud but it was NY Eve. The house was very comfortable.

Clean and as billed, close to the beach, and easy access to local restaurants and sites. Great for families.

House was perfect for our family stay. Steps away from the beach and ocean. Enjoyed atv's on the sand dunes and bonfire on the sand. House came with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. A quick walk to the beach, a short drive to Pismo and Avila - great access to lots of activities. The house itself seems to have been recently updated. It’s gorgeous! The bathrooms have lots of space. The beds are very comfortable, and the great room gave us lots of room to duress out but still be together. It was perfect for our purpose.

Beautiful place, very close to the beach. The beach nearby has lots of car traffic on it so we went to Avila. Enjoyed our stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Every single bed was comfortable to sleep in (which almost never happens!). The property manager was easily reachable and promptly attended to our needs. The house itself had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach is perfect. I only wish I knew beforehand that this part of the beach is accessible to vehicles. That part made truly relaxing on the beach a little difficult with little ones who want to run around as cars/trucks drive nearby. The house itself is not lacking in anything and I would fully recommend it!

The house was perfect for our post-Covid family renunion. The living room/dining/kitchen area was great for hanging out (just watch little ones by the stairs - perhaps bring a baby gate). There was plenty of everything and a very generous supply of cooking essentials. The beds were comfy and the yard very cute! The only bummer was the beach. It's not good for kids. There was a lot of broken class and burnt logs from the beach partiers. The cars go very fast on their way to the dunes. It was great to watch the sunrise and sunset from the top of the dunes, though! We found the beach at the pier, a very short drive away, to be much better.

We had a great time staying at this home in Oceano. The home was very clean and well stocked. It’s location was perfect seeing as how we came to ride atv’s at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The accessibility to the beach was perfect. Quick walk up the street and you are already standing in sand. We loved that because we had kids and a baby who wanted a lot of beach time. The home was very clean and recently updated. The large open kitchen and living room was ideal for our family to spend some quality time together playing board games and cooking meals. We only had a few disappointments while staying here. One being that there was a spa in the backyard but we were told it was for medical use for the owners and that we could not use it. Try explaining that to very excited kids staring out the window with oogly eyes. Other than that, we would highly recommend it!
