This is a great property, well represented by the description/photos. And just a short drive from Sunday River. This is our groups second time visiting and the hosts are very accommodating. Hope to book again!

The house was perfect for our two families skiing at nearby Sunday River. All of the appliances were good quality and worked well. Beds were comfortable & we had more than we needed for the group. House is 20 mins away from Sunday River and is lit up with stars at night. Host had great check in & local info & even left us a bottle of wine 😊Hot tub was great for post ski relaxing. Perfect house for our trip!

We just left this beautiful home that we enjoyed for the past few days while we were in the area to ski Sunday River. The property was clean and kitchen well stocked in terms of pots, pans, dishware and glasses. The layout is great for families and friends. Our girls loved the bunk beds which were sturdier than some I’ve met in rentals. We loved the rain shower in the primary, though apparently water pressure is a challenge in the other bathrooms. Because of weather we were only able to use the hot tub twice but would have been in every day of it weren’t for the frigid temps. We did lose power in a wind storm with far sub zero temps, but the owner was responsive and did everything they could to help, even sending someone to the house to problem solve a generator. Ultimately power was restored and we continued to enjoy our stay. The privacy of this home worn close proximity to Sunday River can’t be beat. We would love to return someday.

This home is beautiful, comfortable and easy to get to. Very peaceful area with beautiful views of the mountains. The star-lit nights were amazing as viewed from the beautiful large deck or screened-in porch. I have never stayed in a rental with such a well stocked kitchen which was perfect for making family meals after a full day of skiing at Sunday River. The owner was very prompt at responding when we reached out. We would surely stay at this property again. It was a perfect vacation.

First and foremost, we would a absolutely stay here again. Beautiful spot, very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, great views. Would def recommend. But a few things we think should be spelled out more clearly in listing. 1) The house is 20 minutes from Sunday River ski area. 2) on a winter stay, a four wheel drive car is necessary to get up driveway. Was very icy and we only received a small amount of sand dropped on the driveway the first night. My 18yo son took a BIG spill we were grateful didn’t hurt his activity for the rest of the weekend. 3) listing mentions cable tv and Netflix. Important to note it does not include ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox. So keep this in mind if looking to watch any football games, local news, etc. 4) Decor includes a number of Christian items like crosses, references to prayers, etc. Some visitors may not appreciate. Again, a great stay and we would recommend! But there are property “quirks” that renters should be aware of.

Family ski vacation to Sunday River ski resort… only 15 minutes away! Kids had a blast in the hot tub after a day of skiing, and the beds (especially the one in the master bedroom) were AMAZING!… and the Pillow!… I need to get one! Best bed I’ve ever slept in! Thanks!

Great stay at a beautiful place with a beautiful view!

Depending on what one is looking for, it is a nice, quiet place, far away enough from town, but not too far away so that it is horribly inconvenient. Perspective to get away from it all and relax.

I was here for my sons wedding. Originally, my brother & wife were staying 2 nights and the rest of the week I was going to be there myself - unfortunately, they could not come - so two of the groomsmen came to stay with me! They enjoyed the property very much and kept me in good company. We enjoyed a wonderful rehearsal dinner. & family & friends stopped on there way to the resort. Everyone remarked how beautiful the property was. For this visit, I was farther away than expected and people came by to help with wedding plans & check in on me, do the property got a lot of exposure for future visits. I would suggest only two things, letting renters know it is 18 minutes to the Jordan hotel and that the faucets and showers be adjusted to reflect the proper temperature. Everything else was perfect! Lovely home with a fabulous view, jacuzzi & a fire pit . Fall is a wonderful time to visit and this home has everything you need . 5 stars for sure . I have stayed in timeshares all over the country & will use Vrbo in the future because of this home. Thank you- your attention to detail is very much appreciated- we left a few consumables for the next group because I had brought them thinking they would not be available.

We had a fun week and enjoyed the Mountain views from this beautiful property. The house was clean and the kitchen had all the dishes and cooking pans we needed. The description on the VRBO site described it as having two king beds but had one king and one queen. Disappointing at first but we adjusted just fine. It has AC but the lower level/bedroom does not and the fans offered no comfort at night. Jose is a very nice host who responds quickly and always kind.

We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful cabin! It was even better than we expected. Great location convenient to town but felt very private and you could see no neighbors. The hot tub is great and kitchen very well equipped for the meal we had. Our group all loved staying in this beautiful home. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long, July 4th weekend here! The view is absolutely amazing and the house had more than enough room for our family and pups. It has all of the amenities that you would need, and the fire pit and jacuzzi were an added plus.

This is one of the most awesome cabin to stay at while we were around Sunday River. I'd recommend this place to everybody

We had a few issues upon arriving to the house but they were very quickly resolved by the owner. The house was spotless and beautiful. The hot tub was perfect after skiing! There was plenty of kitchen supplies, we cooked every night and we did not have to improvise anything. We hope to return in the summer and sit on the front deck to watch the beautiful sunsets.

Our family of four and a couple of friends stayed here to be close to Sunday River. We couldn’t have asked for more! The house is spacious and cozy with plenty of comfy places for hanging out. The fireplace is wonderful first thing in the morning while sipping coffee and eating breakfast but also after spending time outdoors. The hot tub was a wonderful treat even on the coldest of days (one day we had a high of 1*)! Jose was incredibly responsive to our questions and small concerns. The only recommendation I would make is to add a reading lamp in the area by the fireplace. I’m hopeful we can return again soon!

We came across this place while looking to check out a different area of Maine. We had plenty of space for the adults and kids to relax, hang out, and sleep. We enjoyed the mountain views from the spacious deck!

The house was clean and very nice. It was hard to find though, GPS took everyone to the wrong location, so do your homework before hitting the road.

We stayed at this amazing property last week. It had everything we were looking for, pet friendly, decorated beautifully, spectacular views and a hot tub. We cooked a meal or two in the spacious kitchen, it had everything we needed. I also LOVED relaxing on the comfortable sofa with a book in front of the fireplace. It's a large property but at the same time very cozy, I loved the number of blankets available to us to snuggle in. The hot tub became a nightly ritual and it was spotlessly clean. It sat far enough from the main road that it felt nicely isolated from the real world. My daughter and husband skied at nearby Sunday River and had a blast. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at jose’s home during our ski trip to Sunday River. We enjoyed the hot tub, board games, and stunning view!!

The house was nice and cozy . When we got there the house was warm which I loved for my kids . They provided sledding which we used . Hot tub was nice to use .Jose responding was quick and fast which I loved as well . The only thing is there is a lot of dust on top of the fan that you can see when you lay down on the bed. Overall I will recommend to rent this house again .

Rented this house for our family’s annual ski trip to Sunday River. Very comfortable for all 9 of us ( and 2 dogs). It is like “brand new” kitchen had all utensils we needed to cook for our family. Would have like to stayed longer if we could of :)

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. Jose was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and stay. Less than 15 minutes from Sunday River was the highlight for us!

This Christmas get away was just what my family needed. The house is perfect. Super clean and has just about everything you could possibly need. Only regret was that we didn’t get to explore the quaint town of Bethel or take advantage of the skiing. We will definitely go back.
