My family & I had a great time staying at this property. Chris was extremely responsive anytime we had a question and check in was a breeze. The house was cleaned properly and had all the amenities needed for a week stay. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and someone came to clean half way through the week. Also, the location was so convenient, there is a beautiful boardwalk that brings you straight down to the beach and you’re only a 2 to 3 minute drive from all the main stores. I would recommend this house to families!

We had a great Vacation. The home was perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was well equipped, tons of dishes and silverware, etc. The pool was great, very clean. The home felt private due the fence enclosed yard which was surrounded by trees. The beach was a close walk and the sand was soft and there was a Life Guard close. Thank you for a Great time.

My family and I stayed in July 2023. This was our first trip to OBX as a family (we usually have gone to Delaware) We loved this house! The pool was fantastic! We grilled dinner several nights. The beach access was wonderful - just a quick easy walk down the path. Chris - the property owner - was super easy to communicate with, gave us a ton of great information about the house and area/restaurants, etc. One of the best!! We would definitely stay here again!

Chris was excellent with communication. Notified use immediately with a problem with the pool. The location was great and weather was awesome for a family vacation.

The house was a short walk to the beach which made it easy for going back and forth when needed as we had 2 babies with us on the trip. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our 3 dogs and the house had plenty of room for everyone. I think because we went late in the season, the house was in need of a good deep cleaning. Overall, this space was great for our family trip.

My family loved everything about this house! It was exactly as advertised. The house had plenty of room for our large group. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the foosball table! The beach was a short two blocks away walking on a newly built walkway. Every evening we ate outside on the deck at the picnic table that has a cross breeze to help with the heat of summertime. One evening we had trouble getting the TV to work, and the owner responsed right away and helped fix the issue. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this home for your next beach trip.

Communications with Chris were excellent

Overall the house was ok.. What I did not like is that you have to bring your own linens and towels. We have rented houses from VRBO for11 years and have always had linens and towels provided. We had 7 adults and 4 children. The kids enjoyed the pool and the yard was good for our son’s dog to run around. The people before us did not pick up after their dog. The house could use some wine glasses and more plastic cups to use around the pool. We had to wash all the bath mats before we left but no detergent was provided.

This property was perfect for the whole family and dogs to get together! Very close, short walk to the beach. Huge backyard for the dogs. Loved hanging out on the porch and in the pool. Chris was awesome with communication. We would definitely stay here again!

My Husband and I along with our two well behaved dogs had a FABULOUS week at the Seven C's. House is accurately depicted in the listing. The Fenced in yard with tons of shady areas was such a treat for my dogs - being able to lay out there and join us while we laid poolside relaxing was wonderful. Chris is an excellent host and super responsive! Everything was in great working order and plenty of pots and pans and so forth in the kitchen. Located just .25 mile or a 7-8 minute walk to the glorious wide beaches of Whalehead. Conveniently located ~1mile to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Neighborhood was quiet and safe! Will definitely return for a future stay. Book this home - you will not be disappointed!

My family and I greatly enjoyed the amenities of this property, its location, and the lovely mild weather during the third week of October. The house was a quick two block walk to the beach. The development was conducive to walking and biking and was just off the bike trail. It was so close to shopping and restaurants as well.

My family, friends, and myself loved the time we spent at the beach house. The location is only a two block walk to the beach and was on a quiet street. Going in the shoulder season was perfect as the crowds had gone and it was so easy to enjoy the beach and neighborhood. Chris is a phenomenal host and manager. He communicates so well and is very responsive. The top floor is so perfect for hanging out and relaxing in the morning and in the evening for cooking. The bedrooms were great sizes and everyone had plenty of space. There are fans in all the rooms with queen beds but no ceiling fans in the twin or bunk room (which makes sense in the bunk room), but given some restrictions on the thermostat settings it would have made my stay in the twin room more comfortable with a fan (even if it was a floor fan rather than ceiling). The pool and hot tub were perfect for days with red flag warnings and the back yard was perfect for our pups to run around. Heads up there are some prickers in the back yard, not sure if it’s possible for them to be cleared. The dogs didn’t get them more than once but they are there. Overall, there’s some love that went into the top floor that I look forward to seeing applied to others in the future. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. So thankful we found this place and Chris accommodated the extra days we requested at the beginning. It made for a really wonderful celebration of the end of summer.

Host was responsive to any and all small issues. Property was as expected and as listed. Location was great, yard was great for pups, just watch out for thorny things that may get between paws.

This property had everything we wanted. Everything was in working order and the owner was very responsive. It was a little hard to initially enjoy this property because it was not fully clean. The kids feet were filthy from walking around barefoot and the railings were really dirty! I contacted the owner and he promptly sent out his cleaners. They came in with spray bottles and "spot-cleaned" the floors. At that point I gave up and just cleaned the floors and railings myself. I'd really recommend a new cleaning crew.

Really enjoyed our family vacation here! House was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc for cooking large meals. Really enjoyed using the pool after long day at the beach, which was only few blocks away! Good location for the beach and food store. Would definitely recommend this house!

The property had everything we needed for our vacation. Beautiful, spacious house. We loved the pool and the game room. The view from the third level was great. This was a nice, roomy house for our extended family. Everyone had space, everyone had a bathroom, and it had inviting places for people to gather. Having a pool made it even better! The location was great, walking distance to shops and right near a beautiful walkway to the beach. The owner, Chris, was super responsive and helpful with any questions. We had a great vacation here!

From start to finish the stay at sevens seas was amazing. The house itself was incredible, very short walk to the beach. Clean pool and hot tub, yard for the pups. Check in and check out we’re easy and the owners were very proactive with anything we needed. We are enjoyed our stay in OBX because of this house. It was well supplied and comfortable for our group. So happy we chose The Seven Seas!

My family had a terrific vacation in Corolla. The house was very accurately advertised. The pool, hot tub and backyard are wonderful features. We had a rainy week but despite the weather it was great. Two short blocks from a beautiful beach. The homeowner is very accommodating and interested to ensure that our experience was great.

Chris was so easy to rent with. He was responsive and we appreciated that he allowed our dogs to vacation as well. The gated decks and fenced in back yard were wonderful and the location was amazing. Truly enjoyed a relaxing vacation with a house that had it all. Thank you.
