This VRBO is perfect for a couple. The location is excellent and the home comes with all the amenities one could want from a coffee bar to a white noise machine. We will defiantly stay here gain.

It is close to Zero Gravity, a farmers market and a couple of restaurants we like. Close to interstate easy to get on and off.

The property description was confusing and somewhat misleading. The description indicates the property sleeps 4 and describes a full-size mattress in the bedroom and a twin-size bed in the living room. What is there is an older vinyl-covered couch and according to the owner an air mattress.
I called the property manager to express our concern and left a message on his voicemail. He did call back but we were at dinner and could not take his call. He did meet us at the property the next morning. But became defensive when I challenged the description on the VRBO website. He said it was VRBO's fault he could not describe the property accurately and that we should have read the fine print on the leasing agreement - seeming to indicate it was my fault I had to sleep on a vinyl couch...
The property would be great for a couple willing to share the bed in the bedroom, but not for two couples or other guests who need separate sleeping accommodations -- unless, of course, you are willing to sleep on a small vinyl couch or an air mattress.
Realistically this property is best for one couple. Parties larger than this are likely to be as disappointed as I was.
On the positive side, the property was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We stayed 4 nights. There was a park within few blocks for playing with my grandson. The hosts went out of their way to find 2 matchbox cars that this Grandma lost. My grandson was heartbroken so I really appreciated this. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time visiting Spearfish. This little Vacation Rental is a gem! We could walk to/from downtown, which has a lot to offer. It was very clean and provided all we needed. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. I would highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect place for a mom and daughter weekend. The place is adorable and was the perfect size for 2 adults. The place was nicely stocked with everything we needed. The check in and out process was flawless! We simply were five. A code to the door and I texted the property manager when we arrived and when we departed. Wasn’t necessary to let them know when we arrived, but I had to share our satisfaction with their adorable property. I will definitely choose to stay here in the future!

We had a great stay here. Everything was perfectly as advertised and check in was flawless. My only suggestion would be maybe some room darkening curtains as the bedroom got bright very early but definitely wouldn’t keep us from going back!!

Absolutely adorable. Very clean and had everything you need. Good location, close to town and the Spearfish Canyon. Lots of hiking trails within a few miles. Will be back.

Full kitchen, very clean, close to Interstate and downtown Spearfish. Bed was small as we’re used to a King-size. Easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.

Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! The property was clean and well taken care of. The apartment is on the smaller side but was perfect for my husband and I. It also provided more room than a hotel and was less expensive!

My wife and I stayed here one night on our way out west to celebrate her retirement. The place was exceptionally clean and convenient. Was also a short walk to downtown with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

It's right off the interstate, yet you don't hear the traffic. It's right up the hill from downtown and maybe a mile and a half from BHSU campus. And the guy running it (Ryan I think) is great.

Stayed at this property for a wedding we were attending. Very cute place. Location was great, within walking distance of downtown. Place was quite even though it is in residential neighborhood.

Perfect for Us
My wife and I travel to the Black Hills every year to see her family. This property is perfect for just the two of us. It is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to cook breakfast every morning before heading out with relatives on site seeing adventures, hikes or to one of our many favorite fishing spots. The apartment was spotless and well equipped and the price is significantly less than the hotel properties where we usually stay. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to SD.

Great stay- fit all our needs
Lovely property and incredible helpful property manager! Everything we need for our stay was available. My daughter loved the coffee bar. I loved the list of places to visit both attractions and restaurants. Beautiful natural light, bring sleeping eye mask if you need to sleep late. Neighborhood is nice, close to the interstate and downtown. Checking in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location. Wish it was lit up a bit more at night. Very dark. The bed was a futon and not comfortable at all. Needs a better couch/seating area in living room. I would say overpriced for comfort level.

Vacation in SD
Great place . Decorated very tasteful . Close to downtown, groceries etc. perfect for getting to the sights, monuments etc. Nice set up for our days of travel. Thank you! Only suggestion would be a small side chair in the main room. Cozy couch but nice to have another spot to sit.

Excellent experience
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property in Spearfish. The apartment was clean and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. The owners were exceptionally responsive. I’d highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the northern Black Hills.
