Beautiful house with all the necessities we could want. Just was easy to communicate with via text even though he was out of the country on vacation. Had an issue with internet, but not from house and he worked with company to try to get it resolved for us. Perfect location and wonderful time was had by the whole family

Our family of five, ranging in age from 31 to 69, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manhattan Beach. The house itself is in a beautiful, residential neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, full of several amazing local restaurants and cafes. You really don't need to leave the house though, as you can spend hours on the patio in the front of the house taking in the view of the ocean! The house itself was well equipped with plenty of sheets, towels, and other amenities for an eight-day stay - no need to find a store for toilet paper/dish soap/hand soap/etc (though there is a grocery store in town!). For the adventurers, the house had bikes, surf boards, and skateboards...and beach chairs for the more relaxed ones among us. Steve and the property management team were extremely welcoming and communicative both before booking and during our stay to ensure that all went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. The house has three different living spaces, which allowed for us all to escape to our own corner when we needed a break from family time! We all had a blast during our stay in MB, and would 100% book this property again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a charming house with great views and is super quiet. The location is amazing and the hosts are really spectacular! You will love every minute here.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The location is amazing, the views are great. The only sound you ever hear is the OCEAN and maybe birds chirping! Communicating with the hosts was so enjoyable and easy. You can easily walk to town and the beach. The garage is a PLUS since parking is a bit of a pain. The kitchen has every appliance you could possible need, including an amazing blender. We absolutely loved it here and hope to return again soon.

My wife and I stayed at Steve and Brigette's place for a week and we enjoyed every aspect of their home. The location is absolutely perfect and we did not need to rent a car as we could walk downtown or up to Highland and walk north to the great restaurants up there. The home has a very nice vibe to it, it served as a great meeting spot for our young adult children and their significant others. We utilized the front living outdoor space daily and the fire pit was perfect for the cool nights to hang out and enjoy cocktails. We also loved the pool/ping pong table in the bottom floor. Being from the Northeast, we particularly enjoyed the nicely landscaped front area with the lemon tree and many different succulents. We will stay there again for sure!

This was so much better than we expected! First, the owners were so easy and responsive when we had questions. The house itself is wonderful and they really put awesome decor and live-in touches that made it a joy to explore, though it wasn't cluttered in the least. We had everything we needed. The master bed was very plush and comfortable and we loved the outdoor space and the abundance of plants. Parking is very easy with their garage, food delivery was easy, they allowed our goldendoodle to stay, and we made use of their skateboards and water toys. We were so sad to leave!

Zero issues, everything better than expected. This place is worth the price - you'll love it!

Steve & Brigette's lovely home was the quintessential SoCal stay for us while we waited for our home remodel to finish up in the Bay Area. The proximity to the beach and all of the wonderful restaurants and shops Manhattan Beach has to offer was sublime. We spent every moment we could on the gorgeous front patio enjoying the sun. When we weren't lounging, we took advantage of the many bikes and surfboards they have stocked up in the garage. This place has everything you need and then some! We decided to extend our stay and regret not extending it longer!
