Late summer vacation after Labor Day was just why we were looking for before we have school aged kids. Very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and town center.

This was our second time staying here and we love it. It's in a great location. There's plenty of space, so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. It's a beautiful property that is well-maintained. They provide a number of thoughtful amenities. Seriously, just can't recommend it enough!

We stayed in this house for a week with family! It was the perfect house and it fit all of our needs! Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants! Victoria was amazing to work with! No complaints here! We had toddlers, teens, young adults and adults and it accommodated us all! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The property location is perfect for all ages. The Hosts included everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are quite comfortable. Relaxing on the large covered porch was a highlight of our mornings and evenings. We would definitely stay here again! Excellent property and hosts!

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion getaway, Victoria was quick to get back to me with any questions ahead of our stay, luckily we didn’t need her much during! The house was clean and so nice. The location couldn’t have been better, we had lots of little kids with us and it was so easy to get to the beach or boardwalk (for ice cream) on a daily basis! The house came with a beach buggy and chairs which was so convenient. We were a group of 3 families with little ones and it was a perfect size. Would definitely recommend the house for anyone looking to stay in Ocean City!

The bunk beds are okay for kids but the mattresses are not comfy for adults but that’s typical! We enjoyed the large great room and porch, and in May the traffic and crowds were much less.

We stayed at this beautiful house for an extended weekend. Our 80+ parents stayed with us so having an elevator was a must. This one was easy enough to use. The house is extremely spacious and well designed. The bedrooms were quiet and having three with en suite bathrooms was wonderful. There was plenty of seating for us in the dining and living rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. The weather was nice enough to use the porch, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Keyless entry and plenty of parking were definite pluses. Communication with Victoria was quick and easy. As my sister said when leaving, see you next year house!

My family and I stayed in January and it was the perfect location to stores open even on the off season!

This property was spectacular. The location was perfect - close the the boardwalk and shopping. The house was HUGE and the front porch was such a great bonus area for everyone to spend time together. I highly recommend this rental!

We a wonderful week at this Ocean Ave location. The home is super clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and toiletries. The pictures are very accurate. There was more than enough space for 6 adults and 4 children under 3. The main living area/kitchen/dining allowed for all of us to spend quality time together. The front porch was fabulous for relaxing and watching the hustle and bustle of the location. That was one of the favorite activities for our 2 1/2 year old grandson! Having parking for three cars and the beach chairs, wagon, bikes and beach passes (we did not need these in September) are all a bonus. Communication with Victoria was wonderful before and during our stay. We did have a few issues that needed attention which is why I deducted a star. The internet connection was very unreliable and we ended up using data on our phones throughout the week. There was also a problem with the cable. The renter on the first floor had the same problems and even had Comcast come and try to resolve the issue. Victoria did arrange for the tv to be replaced on Monday morning and the tv made accessing cable channels possible. The other reasons for deducting a star may not affect many renters but they did affect us since we had small children, including a 3 month old. The tub stopper did not work initially. Victoria arranged for it to be replaced which was essential for our stay. Also, the listing says there is a high chair. We only brought one high chair with us as we planned on using the one at the rental. However it was a small booster seat that was not high enough for the kids to sit at the table. This is a terrific home and would have been rated higher if not for the details I mentioned.

Perfect from start to finish, this gorgeous property is beautifully maintained both inside and out and only a short walk to the beach and boardwalk! Perfectly manicured lawns, wrap around porch with more than ample seating, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach make this a top rental! Moving inside, this home does not disappoint. Photos are an accurate depiction of each room. Spacious and again well-appointed, there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. Even a fantastic gas fireplace for those chilly nights! The kitchen is a chefs dream with a hood that vents to the outside, massive center island for prep and setup with kitchen seating for 14! The kitchen itself had everything you could need to prep meals and serve all of your guests including sufficient plates, bowls and cups. Two coffee makers including one Keurig the other brew (basket filter). Follow the packing instructions provided and your stay will be superb. For hot stays, the AC is more than sufficient to quickly cool the unit off. Staff were quick to respond with answers to all of our pre-arrival questions and always there to help along the way. Again, felt like home! We will rent again no question!

The house is well equipped and relaxing. It is one block from the boardwalk and nice restaurants in all directions. You are sure to enjoy your stay

Loved this place. Well appointed place in a great location. Just a short walk from Boardwalk. Plenty of room for our family. Host was very responsive to our questions. Only some small issues- internet seemed spotty in the main dining area which made working remotely a bit tricky- maybe related to placement of the wifi repeater as we would have speeds of >100 Mbps sometimes which would intermittently drop to 1 Mbps for a few moments. Also, the back rooms were warm even when the AC was on and vents were open wide. However, these were small issues for an otherwise impeccable unit.

Nice clean and comfortable place

This rental was in a perfect location to be close to boardwalk and beach without the noise from rides as night. Rental was well equipped and accomdated 3 families plus grandparents. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

This property was great. The location was very nice, especially with the younger kids. It's only a short block and a half walk to the boardwalk and near all the attractions. We were not disappointed with the property. Spent many an evening winding down on the wrap-around front porch.

Such a great place to stay. The house is perfect for multiple families, extremely clean and new, spacious, amazing location and has everything you could possibly need. The owners were a pleasure renting from and we hope to rent here for many years to come!

This property was brand new and very clean upon arrival. The location was only was a few blocks from the boardwalk. We visited in February so we couldn’t enjoy the beach however this house would be a perfect beach house for an extended stay during the summer.

The property is as described and located in a great part of town. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This is a lovely property that is comfortable, well appointed and very clean. There is plenty of room in the living area for both lounging and preparing and eating meals. The location is great as well as you can walk to everything. The only issues we had were we are unaware that the property did not supply sheets and towels until the last minute. We also had trouble accessing the TV channels and ended up having to log in to our own TV provider to get it to work. Other than those issues it was great.

This was an incredible property located in the heart of Ocean City close to everything including the ocean and boardwalk. Our hosts left detailed instructions on check in and check out procedures as well as plenty of updated information on things to do and restaurant menus. The condo has bedrooms for everyone - we have adult children and there are three bedrooms that have bathroom/en suites which really made our stay so comfortable for all of us. Everyone got a beautiful bedroom with privacy and it was a truly lavish stay. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Great place for a family vacation!

We stayed here for a week with a party of 12: three families of four. The house was beautiful, spotless, and well designed, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is excellent, and very well equipped. We loved the large covered porch with plenty of comfortable furniture, and the easy stairway access from the street was helpful. Outstanding location -- the walk to the boardwalk took less than five minutes. In the center of everything, but not noisy. Victoria, the property manager, was communicative and helpful. No complaints -- we would highly recommend this property!

The unit we stayed in was nicely decorated and not over filled with embellishments. Less is more. Modern and new. The spacious of the kitchen, dining and living room was great and was sufficient for our family. You can't always hang out together in the same space. Everything on one floor was an added plus, it helped to keep an eye on the kids without running up and down stairs. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk without being on the main drag and off the beaten path was good for us as well. We loved it. Thanks for responding quickly to the problem with the trash disposal. Victoria you were great and accommodating.

this is a brand new property with top end appointments. basically everything was provided, just as listed. it is right in the heart of ocean city. everything is within walking distance. there is always something going on outside which is great for porch sitting. parking is a little limited (3 spaces for a 5 bedroom home which sleeps 12 easily). i would definitely rent this property again.
