The lake house was super clean and way more in the house than the listing said. Great game rooms and board game. Full loaded kitchen full of all tool and spices you will need. If you love steps you will get your steps in going down and up from Pier. I had my boat and 2 jet skis there. The pier was perfect for it.

Everything was perfect for a long weekend getaway over Easter. The house was perfect for our group (5 adults and 3 kids) and is situated on a quiet cove, offering plenty of privacy. Catherine was a great host and communicated easily with us. Will happily be back!

Nice well maintained property. We had a great time with our stay and looking forward to our next trip. Stairs were a little intimidating prior to our visit but turned out not so bad and helped keep our normal fitness routine in check. Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect Lake Vacation
What a wonderful vacation. The house had absolutely everything for the perfect vacation. Kitchen, well stocked, and many activities for on or off of the water. The dock was perfect for our rental. Best of both worlds , nestled in the woods so plenty of shade to enjoy all 3 decks and perfect location to get out and enjoy kayaking, swimming, boating, and tubing.

Beautiful, spacious house right on the water with tons of extra features
4 day stay with 5 adults and 3 kids between 1 and 7 years old.
This house is better in person than it shows in the pictures. Every room is large and well appointed, there are multiple places to hang out and spend time indoors plus a large variety of games/things to do (including tons of toys for smaller kids), and the multiple decks are fantastic. The fully screened one was particularly great at night when more bugs came out, and we spent a lot of time in that hammock. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions, and when there was an issue with the dishwasher she quickly offered compensation to make up for it. Water views everywhere and we were able to drive our rental boat right up to the dock for a day on the lake. Everything we wanted in our Lake Anna rental.

October fun
Perfect place for a family vacation! We had 11 and there was plenty of room for all of us to be together and not be on top of each other. Our 4 and 5 year old grandsons loved the large array of toys and games. My 80 year old parents loved the screened porch and decks. My 30-something kids took advantage of the 70+ steps down to the dock for a workout, running up and down them several times in a row. The cove is quiet and great for swimming and fishing. It opens out to a part of the Lake that isn't too busy so is great for water-skiing and tubing. We stayed in this cove in June and was true then as well. A close-by marina is handy for gas and a nice lunch or dinner. One of our best stays at Lake Anna and we have been coming for 20+ years.

Great get away spot!
This house has everything and is great for groups of adults and kids alike. Friendly people and well appointed house. Beds were comfy and lots of places to hang out. We had a great time.

Great Lakehouse!
Our family had a wonderful time staying for the week and would go back in a heartbeat. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the games and the well stocked kitchen. The kids had fun jumping off the dock, swimming and fishing. The house is on a cove with no boat traffic and plenty of room to swim. Water was about 6 feet deep off the dock. There are a lot of stairs to the dock, just be mindful if your household has any mobility issues. We managed just fine though and our group ranged in age from 1 to seventy years old.
