Parking and it was clean.

Big problem getting the key for my room and the only mode of communication to the owner was by email. Requested the owner call me twice or meet me there so I could get my room key; never received any phone call and had long waits for email responses. Never came to help me. The bed was a cot and very uncomfortable, 2nd floor hallway light did not work and I ended up hitting my head on the wall. Not a place for a 69 year old to stay and nothing for people with disabilities. The owner just took my money and did not care about my problems. The city of Miami should be notified.

Cleanliness of room

Location, no AC only fan, it was upstairs

The room was clean, the area was nice and the bathroom was spacious and new.

The fact that we weren't informed that there are stairs, the entrance has 5-6 steps to the porch, the room was on the 1st floor accessible only via stairs, when contacted they never answered, and that the room had central air-conditioning which you can't control and the room was cold. Zero accessibility for handicapped persons.

It wasn't clean. I found black hair on the floor in the bathroom and a few ants in the bedroom

Good ambience, clean, kitchen utensils were good

During checkout, we got stuck outside due to heavy rain, and facility team were too strict on checkout time, made us to run back in rain. Giving room for 3pm to 11am per day and not allowing for an hour more for checkout on request during Rain is not expected and disappointing.

Everything was great, the host always responded immediately, there is a parking in the garden
