We provide two stylish Retro RV’s with all the comforts you need to enjoy San Diego’s campgrounds. Please take a look at our pictures that provide what is provided. High Recommendations: We highly recommend reserving a campsite with full hookups including water, electricity, and sewage. This helps you enjoy everything the RV has to offer especially during the summer when AC is needed. We no longer provide generators for our RV's, very sorry! Bring your own food & drinks. Unlike a house we can not leave any sort of food or liquid in the RV during its time in storage. Please be understanding in bringing all you need to cook/eat and take everything when you leave. Do not expect any condiments being provided since they can go bad when RV is stored. Entertainment: Please be understanding that RV is similar to a vehicle, it is not connected to cable or WIFI. We only provide TV with “Screen Cast” / “Mirroring” options from phone. Some locations may receive certain channels but we can not guarantee you will have TV entertainment as you would at a home/hotel. INTERIOR Sleeping: Queen bed & dinning area that converts into Queen size bed. Kitchen: Two burner stove, Fry Pan & Sauce Pan, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster, Plates (4), Cups (4), Bowls (4), Spoons & Forks (4), Cutting Board, Knifes, Scissors, Lighter. Extras: Smart TV, Games, Mosquito Killer, Electrical Heater, Fan, LED Lamp. Fridge and Freezer - Automatically switches between Propane & Electric. Air Conditioner above dinning area, Roof Fan/Vent in Bathroom & Bed area. Shower & working Water Heater - provides hot water to shower and faucets. Storage: Lots of storage in kitchen and bed area. Bathroom: Toilet - Always left with 1-2 gallons of water & chemical, stocked with RV toilet paper & extra Black Water Chemical Bags for after dumping. EQUIPMENT Chalks and 4 Leveling Blocks to secure tires. 30 AMP electrical cord. Awning - Electric for easy to extend & retract. City Water Hose w/ Pressure Valve. Sewage connections for dumping.
